We enjoyed the week in Seascape very much. The apartment is comfortable and peaceful. It's huge merit is the view from the living room window of the Kyle and the ever changing sky over the Isle of Bute, . It is unfortunate that the blind obsures so much of the window.
To raise the apartment to 5 out of 5, the plumbing needs updating. We gave up on using the water boiler because the water pressure is too low; to fill the kitchen sink was slow, and the bath impossible. The old sink taps in the bathroom are cobbled together, leaving protruding sharp edges of screws.
To feel so remote, and yet have a well stocked grocery store a few minutes walk away was brilliant. The coastline was very pretty, with stunning beaches to discover. .
