Cidermill Cottage was built at the turn of the 18th century, originally as two country cottages. Packed with character and charm, the cottage is delightfully furnished and benefits from a South facing enclosed private courtyard garden.

Situated close to the beautiful church of St James and only a 2 minute walk from many shops, pubs and restaurants.

Great location and cosy cottage

We enjoyed our fifth stay in cidermill very much. Lovely cottage equipped with everything you need. Comfy beds. Very tastefully decorated and super clean. Has a nice sitting area to the back. Chipping campden is gorgeous. Very old village with a great countryside for lovely walks. Can highly recommend having a meal in the Noel arms. Very good food.

We had a wonderful few days staying in this cottage. It was well appointed, comfortable and clean. It was an easy walk to restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. There were also walks straight from the door…ideal as we had our dog with us!

My daughter and I only stayed 2 nights in Cidermill Cottage, but it was enough to admire the cottage itself, the beautiful furnishings and blissfully comfortable beds! the location was also perfect, as it is within easy walking distance of the many great pubs & restaurants. The late lunch and food quality in the Noel Hotel was amazing, where I had 3 Cotswold sausages with mash & gravy (which I would never have at home!). We even, after an exploratory walk round Chipping Campden, went back to the same hotel for an enormous cream tea, then another lovely meal (just pizza then..) at Da Luigi, which is full of atmosphere and friendly waiters!
This was our first afternoon and on the following full day we walked from the town centre to Broadway along the Cotswold Way. That was what we had gone for & we were not disappointed by any of it. Fabulous views, good weather and easy signposts to follow. We had another well-earned lunch at the historic 'Lygon Arms' in Broadway, which was a real step back in time, to Cromwell.. We tried to take a bus back, but they are few, so we walked back, feeling slightly smug and tired, after nearly
23 kms.!
The cottage is an absolute gem and the history of it and the whole of Chipping Campden is very interesting and all is well preserved. We loved the tributes to the Arts & Crafts movement in the late 19th century and the 'Hart' gold & silversmiths in Sheep Street is well worth a visit. They still use 19th c. tools!
Cidermill Cottage is a real gem, with a lovely patio area and we highly recommend it!

Lovely cottage in a prime location in Chipping Campden. We had our dogs who loved a bit of outside space and all the walks on the doorstep. Would definitely book again.

We loved this cottage. It was our first stop in our tour of the U.K. And it was delightful. The location is right near the Main Street so you can walk all over town and the Cotswalds from there. The cottage is storybook, great kitchen, comfortable rooms, lovely fireplace. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We love this cottage...scrupulously clean, well appointed and its position in the village is great, just a short stroll to eateries and shops. This was our fourth stay in 7 years and the fact that it's dog friendly is a must for us - the walled cottage garden keeps our Houdini dog in
check! All rooms are characterful, comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommend as a base in the beautiful Cotswolds

Cidermill Cottage was fantastic! Well equipped, comfortable and very nice, with a beautiful private courtyard. It is well located in the lovely village of Chipping Campden. We used our stay to base road cycling in the Cotswolds from and were highly rewarded! The riding is fantastic and to have such a beautiful and comfortable home to come home to each day was wonderful!

The only reason we didn’t rate it as 5s across the board was because the traffic up Cidermill Lane can be a bit loud from the bedrooms with trucks and tractors and we didn’t get a response to one email request we sent.

We highly recommend it and would stay again!
