We enjoyed our fifth stay in cidermill very much. Lovely cottage equipped with everything you need. Comfy beds. Very tastefully decorated and super clean. Has a nice sitting area to the back. Chipping campden is gorgeous. Very old village with a great countryside for lovely walks. Can highly recommend having a meal in the Noel arms. Very good food.
We had a lovely Easter weekend at Vine Cottage. Very well equipped and spacious so the whole family was accommodated comfortably. The weather was sunny so we made the most of the garden and local walks. The cottage is really first-class and Andy and Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll be back!
Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Easy walking access to Chipping Campden with a good choice of pubs and restaurants, will stay again next year. Excellent walking from the front door.
My sister and I had a wonderful stay in Number 5 in Chipping Campden. The apartment was very centrally located, close to shops and restaurants and many walking trails including the Cotswold Way. The cottage had everything we needed. We used the kitchen to prepare meals including takeout from Toke's on High Street. We had a couple questions on arriving and Andy was very responsive and helpful. The apartment had many useful guidebooks and local maps. Have stayed here many times and love it.Spotlessly clean and tidy.Comfy bed in main room ,not tried othef room. Has all you could need in the modern kitchen. The lounge seating is reason comfort only rated 4 as chairs and settee are not very ckmfortable for sitting on too long. Great shame otherwise perfect home from home. North Cotswolds are lovely to stay,plenty to do and see. Andy and Sarah are local in village and are there to sort out any questions or issues promply.Great hosts.
This house is lovely and only a short walk into Chipping Campden. It has plenty of space on the drive for parking. It was very clean and comfortable. We always stay with Honeypot cottages as Andy and Sarah are great hosts. We particularly appreciated the early arrival time. Thank you so much. We will definitely return to Mellowstones.
A lovely stay in a super cottage. Near the centre of the village so able to walk to shops pubs and cafes. Special car park for cottage right outside door. Very good cafe almost next door.
Parking space great asset. Location wonderful. There is really only positive things to say. The internet suddenly stall, and then it loses its channel. Only lasts a few seconds but did happen several times. TV a little bit on the old side and shows in the quality of the picture. No big deal though. Loved staying here and shall book again!
Gem cottage was adorable! Great location, very clean and quiet. The kitchen space is efficient and easy to use. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious. The neighborhood is beautiful and you can just walk outside and take your pick of public footpath hikes. We hope to visit again!
High House was perfect for my family of 5. We had a beautiful stay. The cottage is expertly decorated and a 2 min walk to the shops and dining at the center of town. We had everything we needed for a wonderful time.
Everything about Kissing Gate Cottage was excellent. Three generations of the same family all enjoyed their stay. Communication with the owners, Andy and Sarah, was easy. They were prepared to do all they could for us.
Our first visit to The Studio. Having rented holiday cottages for well over 40 years we have seen the best and the worst in hospitality across the UK. I am very pleased to place The Studio in our top 3 of best stays. The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and situated in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds, only 5 minutes from Chipping Campden. There was off road parking on a gravel drive way for two cars. I have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful thatched cottage to anyone who wishes to explore the stunning Cotswolds and stay in luxurious accommodation.
We had a lovely stay at The Thatch for six nights. The garden is absolutely stunning and very private. We could really switch off. It was great being within walking distance of town as well. Our only complaints are: - there’s no shower, so I had to sit down in the bath to wash my hair every day which was a chore - the stairs are precarious (I fell on them), so they could do with some anti-slip strips on them - the bed creaked badly so every time my husband moved in the night, I got woken up.
The cottage is in a fantastic location with easy and free street parking and just off the high street in beautiful Chipping Campden. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with clawfoot bath and separate shower. The stairs are very tight and steep but with a child gate at the bottom. The living room is cosy and comfortable with wood fire & TV & front door to small front garden. The kitchen is small but well equipped & includes a small table & 3 chairs. We had a lovely stay & I recommend a stay here!
We were fortunate to stay in the Wixey House while exploring the Cotswold area this summer. Wixey House did not disappoint! All of the rooms are significantly larger than they appear in photos. We had loads and loads of space to spread out and be comfortable. The place was very clean, the beds comfy, perfect amount of starter supplies, etc. Nice size kitchen with everything one needs while on vacay. Washer/dryer worked well, always a must for us when traveling for a lengthy period of time. While we did not have a need, Wixey had multiple baby cots/etc available for families of infants/babies....more
