Mellowstones is a 3 bedroom holiday home in the picturesque village of Broad Campden, offering comfortable and well furnished accommodation for up to six people. Located approximately 1 mile from the picturesque market town of Chipping Campden, this cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday and from which to tour the Cotswolds. Chipping Campden is a traditional wool market town with beautiful buildings, wonderful independent shops and many excellent restaurants.

Located in the popular North Cotswold village of Broad Campden, you are perfectly situated to access many of the small villages in the North Cotswolds. There is a traditional country pub, The Bakers Arms, serving food in the village and Chipping Campden is within walking distance either by road or via footpaths across fields.

Fantastic stay, incredibly relaxing. Our only feedback would be it would have been very helpful to have an outside tap/hose to wash the dog given the amount of mud we encountered on walks. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Would recommend instructions on how things work and when bins meant to go out etc. could also do with a thorough clean as a lot of cob webs.
At other cottages it’s nice to read through a feedback book so would recommend one of them.

We spent a week staying in Mellowstones and had the most wonderful time using the house as a base to explore the gorgeous Cotswolds area around Broad Campden. The local pub, The Baker's Arms, which had been closed since March, opened whilst we were staying and we enjoyed a few drinks and a meal. It is a very easy walk into Chipping Campden where there were many lovely shops, eateries and pubs. The house was very well equipped to accommodate 6 adults (and a dog). We requested all rooms to be set up with king-size beds. The rear garden is small but adequate and a large front area allows for cars to be parked safely off the road. We would happily recommend Mellowstones and the letting agent company of Honeypot Cottages (excellent and attentive service)

This house is lovely and only a short walk into Chipping Campden.
It has plenty of space on the drive for parking.
It was very clean and comfortable.
We always stay with Honeypot cottages as Andy and Sarah are great hosts. We particularly appreciated the early arrival time. Thank you so much. We will definitely return to Mellowstones.

I stayed at Mellowstones for a week before moving into my home in the UK. It’s as pretty as the pictures look.

The location is perfect for walks to Chipping Campden nearby and dog walks down the road.

I work from home so I can verify the WiFi is fantastic for zoom meetings but slower for any YouTube uploads if you need that.

The master bedroom has a fantastic super king-size bed which is important since you want that comfort! The other rooms were perfectly decorated too which we used as dressing rooms.

The garden is tiny, and not much sunlight hits that part so we didn’t really use it, however the rest of the house and the front of the house is beautiful and made up for it.

Needless to say Andy and Sarah are fantastic hosts and were very responsive to any request we had!

Last minute booking for this cottage a short walk from Chipping Campden high street.
Nice pub 4 doors down.

Cottage was nice, clean and warm. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
