This ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with private decked garden area is perfect for relaxing in the evenings with drinks.

The apartments are modern with contemporary furnishings and a light, neutral decor.

The apartment has a modern living/dining kitchen space, a modern family bathroom with a bath and a shower, and beautifully decorated bedroom.

The living room has a double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.

It has views towards the City Walls and a leafy courtyard.

The apartment comes with fast wireless broadband which is free of charge for all our guests.

Ideally located just outside the Monkgate City Walls and a short walk from the magnificent Minster and a 5 minute walk to Coney Street the main shopping street in York.

This really is a superb holiday property offering guests a terrific location from which to explore York, and to be away from the hubbub at night

Absolutely fantastic location just a few minutes walking and you’re in the city centre. Car park right next to the accommodation, fairly expensive parking but the convenience of being so close makes it worth it. The flat itself was immaculate and has all the amenities you would need, nice comfy bed and a lounge area for relaxing in the evenings. Would certainly stay again.

Found the flat met all our needs and excellent location for visiting York. As my brother has some mobility issues the close proximity to car park was excellent too. He has a disable badge and so all car parks are free in york and unlimited stay.
A very small complaint the freezer in fridge was full of loose ice cubes so unusable. Cushions on bed look good but nowhere to put them when using bed.

The location was amazing, the office had advised the car park was a 'stone throw' away, they really was not lying. Its right on your doorstep! So convenient, and you could book via an app on your phone so you did not have to jump out of bed to renew the ticket first thing. Modern flat, very nice inside. Can see its recently been renovated and is looked after by its owners. Very clean. Useful welcome folder with some great reccomendations.

We enjoyed our stay at Minsters Reach having stayed numerous times previous to the new owner taking over. The renovations are lovely but still remains a relaxing place to stay. Just one complaint, there are not enough dustbins for general wastage, rubbish was flowing all over the place when we got there and just got worse.

I have stayed previously in this appt but this time no basic toiletries like bath gel was kept.
There was no dishwashing sponge as well.
I think check on necessary items in appt is mandatory . Frying pan was provided to us on asking by the staff next day n that was ok.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. We were travelling to York for the weekend and booked this Airbnb as a last min choice for our get away. Well it absolutely exceeded expectations!! The apartment was in the perfect location. We came via car and the car park was right next to the entrance! Car parking prices did seem a little higher but throughout our stay we realised this was in line with the rest of the car parking charges throughout York. Plus you could book it through the RINGO app so this meant we did not have to keep going back to the ticket machine to renew and could do it from our phones.
The apartment itself was extremely modern and you could see that it has been done to a very high standard, there was a lot of thought and care put into the property. We would love to stay here again, it absolutely made our stay in York.

This location is great for anyone looking to visit the heart of york. It is only a five minute walk away from york's centre and best shopr, restaurants and bars. The bed were very comfortable and a spacious bedroom also.
Very clean property and is in a block of 4 apartments that are run by the same company. The company we dealt with and spoke to were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It comfortably slept 6 guests, 2 bedrooms and a decent sofa bed. The décor was extremely modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The location was the best by far, literally a 5 minute walk for us through York's historic walls, Straight into Centre.
The Hosts mentioned to us that the parking was on your doorstep, they meant this literally! It was a stone throw away, plenty of parking spaces, paid by the Ringo app so was very convenient. The host was extremely attentive, we had plenty of questions and they seemed more than happy to help.
Would absolutely recommend this apartments, there was another 3 apartments in the courtyard, it would be perfect for a large group to have the whole block as it was gated and private.
Minsters Reach apartments will certainly be our new go to, in our favourite City to visit!

It was our first visit to York and as with any new place was unsure where the best base for us would be. However felt we made a great choice. York Boutique Lets were very helpful and efficient and the apartment location was perfect. We stayed for 5 nights and never used the car once, very pleased it was parked close in Monks Bar car park.
We did have a couple of queries about our stay but the response from the agent was very quick and got sorted the same day.
The only criticism I would have is there needed to be a small chest of drawers in the second bedroom. There were hangers as no wardrobes, but other clothes had to be stored in the main bedroom drawers. Fortunately we were with family but had we shared with friends it could have been a bit awkward. Also far too many cushions on the bed.. looks great on photos but these had to be stored away, so just took up valuable room.
Other than that, everything there we needed for a lovely stay. The patio area was very handy and would be lovely in the summer, once the roses are pruned back.
The apartment is close enough to see York Minister and hear the Chimes. A fabulous break.

This is a very clean, well equipped and spacious apartment . Extremely conveniently located for the centre of York and with a car park adjacent. Ideal location for a short break with a safe space to relax.
