This was such a perfect little place to stay. It was a nice walk into town but super close to my son who I came to visit. I loved everything about the listing- it was clean, had all the amenities I needed, adorably decorated, and everyone was very friendly. I have already recommended it to other families and will reserve it again when I come back!

Lovely lovely place, very quick to respond when we had messages. Short on glasses but came with new glasses straight away. Would def recommend! Perfect for a big group!

This place is perfect for the main sites in York. Easily walkable to the York Minster and Shambles. Easy to find also. Apartment is exactly like photos. Very comfortable. Perfect place for a weekend getaway!
Very good apartment, a short walk from the centre of York. Everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds and a good shower with toiletries. The kitchen had a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in sachets which was very useful. Overall very pleased with the accommodation.

The property and Yorkshire Boutique Lets were very well suited to us and our stay. The property has suitable facilities, was fairly well equipped, very modern, clean and well kept. Internet access was good. Our only negative about the property itself is that the bedroom window blinds need upgrading to provide more of a "black out" quality. Privacy is ok, but the current blinds are very "bright" and we found this woke us up some mornings with the bedrooms being almost fully daylight by around 5.00am. It was in a quiet location. Really great apartment, walking distance to the city centre. Beds really comfy and had everything you needed for a great short stay. Lots of restaurants close by. I would recommend Del Rios for a fantastic Italian. Thankyou and would return!

The host is kind with quick response to the issue and fixed it. The apartment is spacious and well decorated with assigned parking space. The view and the environment outside the apartment is nice and comfortable. It is good for short stay.

Loved having access to the hot tub and found the house to be tastefully designed with very comfortable bedrooms and a great shower and bath in the main bathroom. Also a wonderful garden. Host was also communicative and quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was lovely, the beds very comfortable and the main bathroom was huge. Very tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for a city break. Pleasant walk into York ( seemed to find a different route every day!) taking approx 18 mins.
Our stay in York was great! Excellent location, you really can’t ask for much better, right across the street from the Shambles! Clean, well stocked, and very safe! I would recommend the York boutique for all!

Great location close to train station and places to eat, short walk into York city centre. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and beautiful modern decor and furniture. The hot tub was great too. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Large house in a quiet residential area as described. Games room is a good addition. Kitchen had good facilities. We were lucky with great weather so enjoyed the lovely garden, quiet location and table and chairs outside. A bit further from York centre than we had thought but only a short drive and parking in city centre was easy. Visited Shopping Outlet - only 15 mins from the house.
A well appointed apartment ( quiet ). I would only say it needs a much more comfortable sofa and new bedding and bed pillows.

Lovely cottage style studio flat, out of the city centre but theres a bus stop just outside on the main road that takes you straight into town, budget friendly too
Excellent place to stay during your time in York. It is walking distance from everything, and was extremely comfortable for 6 of us plus kid and infant. York Boutique was very responsive and accommodating. Great experience

This property is fantastic for a large group gathering.The outdoor space is fantastic and has under cover areas for if the weather turns bad which it had been during our stay. The hot tub was fantastic and the house had everything we needed and more.Hosts were very responsive and gave us a meet and greet service when we arrived to explain everything. Highly recommend
Really central location, easy walk to town centre 10 min, food shopping 5min & 6am coffee shop 5 min . Off-road parking was perfect. Accommodation was really clean, with sufficient clean kitchen utensils, great shower. We’d definitely return to & recommend this accommodation.
Excellent accommodation, couldnt have asked for any more. We are a family of 3 and this was ideal. The apartment is within a very short walking distance of York, we never used our car the whole time we was here. Parking next door is really convenient and a good price for the stay. Hosts are extremely helpful

We booked this apartment for the location for visiting family. The beds were really comfy and the garden was lovely to have. We had an issue with the heating. We arrived late at night very wet and cold, there was no heating on. All throughout out stay we had issues. We did ring to complain but it was not solved. Also the windows need blackout blinds as we were awake every morning at 6am with the light.

Perfect location for our visit to York. The Minster, Shambles places of interest all very close. Little Arras bakery just opposite our accommodation sells amazing bread, pastries and cruffins. Old York Tea Room also opposite sells amazing bakes, rocky roads, brownies and blondies. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Perfect

Gillygate boutique is a perfect apartment in the centre of York, suited for 2 people. Clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. Merely a 5 minute walk to the Minster and all that York city has to offer it is perfectly located. Highly recommend Osborne's @ 68 just along the road for food, and excellent service.
Great wee flat not far from the center we booked for 24/12 till 28/12 so wated something with outside space and not in the center so this wee place was brilliant

First, this was a lovely, well eqipped flat in an absolutely fabulous location. It needed some attention, however. More than a few bulbs were out. The cook fan and light did not function. One of the bathroom fans/heaters did not work nor did the heated towel rack. The freezer was completely frosted over. A note--be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. If the above were fixed, the place would have been perfect.
Had a wonderful stay at York's Boutique, the apartment was pristine, quite modern and comfortable. had all the necessary amenities, very close to the town centre, could walk anytime you want, have lots of shops but a bit secluded as well, excellent property, would very much recommend. parking was comfortable, a bit tight of you have 4x4, apart from that, had a great time, lovely stay in a lovely city.
Numbered allocated parking space provided with this property. Clean modern apartment which was fully equipped with everything we needed. A 15 minute walk in to York. Would recommend booking this property, really enjoyed our stay
Overall a great stay. Outside the city in Acomb which has plenty of shops apartment was cozy and had great facilities for a good stay.Highly recommend
