Nice! Apartment was comfortable, well set out and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time exploring the city and found that the property was in a good location. We will definitwly consdier coming back here if we visit York again. Thanks.
The apartment is located a short walk from the train station in a lovely, quiet part of the city and very easy to find (excellent directions supplied). The apartment is beautifully furnished with a lovely, warm and modern decor. Clean as a whistle and very, very quiet. The walk back into the city is crammed full of lovely pubs and restaurants, and they are so enticing that we didn't spend much time at all the cultural spots! We are already hoping to re-book next February to celebrate my Wife's birthday! Thanks very much to the owners and York Boutique Lets for a wonderful stay
Nice property within walking distance of the centre. Very clean and comfortable and had all amenities that are required for a short stay
Great house with great facilities. We very much enjoyed our stay here and loved the location. We will be back and hopefully soon!
We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect, minutes from shops and restaurants, and the space is nicely furnished. It was really convenient to be able to have the two adjoining spaces which are connected via an internal door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens had all the equipment we needed. We would happily return.
Well appointed apartment close to city center. Easy walk or short taxi into city center for sightseeing, shops, pubs, restaurants and racecourse. Amenities available locally. Everything you would need for a short stay is available in the apartment.
This was my 2nd time coming to this apartment complex and I’ll visit again Apartment was great everything you needed was there location for me is brilliant, literally less than 5 mins walk from train station and 10 min to centre , very easy arrival details Bed was very comfy perfect solo trip
We chose this apartment as it looked lovely, and the location was perfect for us. We got married at the registry office a few doors down, so it was perfect for us. The apartment was easy to access, having a lift was helpful for all of our luggage. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We were allowed to check in early which was a massive help. The staff in the office were also incredibly helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment and York Boutique Lets. Thank you!
Lovely flat, very conveniently located in central York. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable.
We were very impressed with our stay. The property was in a great location and was ideal for our trip. It was clean, comfortable and had excellent facilities, with plenty of thought clearly put into making guests feel welcome. The hosts were easy to contact and communication was excellent throughout. Everything was just as we hoped it would be.
This was the perfect place for a short getaway. The accommodation was well equipped, very comfortable and clean. It was easy to settle in straight away, and the location made it convenient to visit local attractions, restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive and made the whole stay effortless.
We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for everything we wanted to do. The hosts were also brilliant at keeping in touch and responded promptly whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.
We booked this as a girls weekend away and it was a great find, Nice and big with plenty of beds and a huge bathroom and en-suite, the decor was stunning too. We had a great stay.
Great place for 4 adults and a baby, centrally located with good communal and outside space. Unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen and cigarette butts outside the back door to the garden.
Gorgeous place, lovely location and had everything we needed! Hosts were brilliant and attentive and we really couldn't have asked for more! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!
Lovely clean and spacious property over looking the bar walls. Beds were very comfortable and the property very clean. Paid parking only a couple of minutes walk away. Check in instructions very easy to understand
A lovely clean and nicely decorated home with everything you need (although we never cooked there so don’t know what kitchen utensils etc there are). Great location. We had a fabulous weekend! Very easy and cheaper to book direct.
Firstly like to say how great the communication with staff was! Absolute 5 star, thank you! Apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay. We had a lovely few days away and found the accomodation perfect for us. Thanks for a great stay.
Stayed here for our first wedding anniversary. The lodge itself is beautiful. Very well furnished and comfortable. The garden area was just a beautiful with the hot tub and garden swing over looking the lovely lake. The cinema room was nice and cosy. Would 100% recommend this place
A group of 15 of us stayed for a Hen Do, the customer service was absolutely excellent, arranging for a large group came with a few challenges and the team were on hand and quick to reply to my seemingly endless questions and queries! I also had to change the number of guests a few times and they updated my quote each time. The house itself is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice and it is so much bigger in person! All the bedrooms were comfortable and well sized, and the main living room/kitchen on the top floor really makes the entire house! The kitchen was well equipped and the karao...more
We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the accommodation. It was comfortable, exceptionally clean and had everything we could have wanted during our visit. The apartment was well equipped and felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent and ideal for making the most of our time in York. York Boutique were also fantastic throughout, providing great communication and making the whole booking and stay very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to come back.
Great clean and modern apartment not far from the Railway Station. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.Parking an added bonus! Would return
Wonderful signature property, perfectly located with everything in close distance. Had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Will be back.
This is my second time using York Boutique and it has never disappointed. The location was perfect - 3 mins to Coppergate Mall, Shambles market was well within a short walking distance. Pubs and restaurants all around the address. My 4 year old didn't even mind the walk! Everything was spotless, perfect and to took the stress away. My kids love York so much, and would want to come back..and stay at York Boutique. Win - win!
A gorgeous property in a great location. We had a really comfortable and relaxing stay and appreciated having everything we needed available. The communication from the hosts was excellent, which made the whole experience even easier. We would love to come back.
Super location and quality of accommodation - really clean and comfortable with everything we needed and 5 minutes walk and you were on the cobbles in the start of the town. Couldn't beat that!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Just 2 comments - if you have any difficulty getting in and out of a bath, this was difficult and it would have been helpful if there was a handle or rail to hold on to, both to get in and whilst showering, as the bath was slippy. Also, the cushions on the bed settee slipped forward when you sat on them and I would suggest this could be improved. But...more
Our stay at oakwood lodges was amazing ,the lodge had everything you could need for a holiday away ,it is so tastefully decorated and everything matches , The outside area is brilliant from the outside tv to the hot tub ,the pool table and the darts board and the pizza oven is just amazing . We just sat outside and watched the wild life it was lovely . We had no problem with noise it was so very peaceful just what we needed . We can not wait to see what the new lodges look like . Thank you so much for a lovely week awsy .
Really enjoyed our visit to York. We look forward to coming back in the future and would definitely stay at this property again.
Nice cosy apartment with everything you need for a short breakaway, the location was great with just a short walk away from the city shops etc.
Third stay this year in this fabulous apartment. It is nice and clean, comfy beds and has everything you need for your stay. Cannot beat the location.
I am very new to the Airbnb scene but after my experience with York Boutique it certainly won’t be my last!! Jo and Claire in said team were so quick and helpful with any queries that I had and for that I am most grateful. The actual location of the property was undoubtedly the best point as it was central to everything we wanted - a 10 min walk from the railway station and close to all local amenities. It was easy access, quiet, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.
We had a lovely stay here. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The facilities were excellent and the location was really convenient for getting around. Communication with the hosts was great from start to finish, and everything was made very easy for us. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great weekend staying at Creamery Cottage for a girls weekend. The house is beautiful and really spacious making it great value for money. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was really easy to get into the town centre. The only negative is that the house is clearly very popular and has a few areas that need some attention after it has been used but it did not affect our stay!
What a beautiful apartment! Can see the York Minster from the property outside and just a short walk to the town centre. Had a lovely stay and will come back in the future.
Cosy, clean and had everything we needed for a short stop off! Would 100% come back in the future. Loved it, thanks!
Absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful and had a really welcoming feel to it. It was in a lovely location and was ideal for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were brilliant with communication and made everything straightforward from beginning to end.
A lovely place to stay! It was warm, comfortable, and really well equipped. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept really well, and it was nice to come back after a busy day sightseeing. The location was ideal and the communication from the team was excellent throughout. We'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting York. Thanks for making our stay one to remember, we'll be back!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The location was great, the property was really comfortable and everything we needed was available. It was immaculate and clearly very well looked after. Communication with the hosts was excellent and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.
Lovely clean property only 5 minute walk to Fossgate in the centre of Yok. Lots of bars and restaurants on your door step. Very clean and really comfortable beds.
A fantastic stay from beginning to end. The property was spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed during our visit. The location was also excellent. The hosts were incredibly helpful and communication was brilliant throughout. We would definitely return!
Great city centre location with parking. Property was as shown on pictures and had plenty of amenities although could of used a few more spare toilet rolls for our stay with 5 occupants. We requested an early check in the evening before as per instructions as dependent on the previous booking and were told we could check in from 12, no charge which was great. Clear instructions sent about how to find the property/parking and how to self check in/out. Overall great experience would stay here again.
This house looked good at first glance (and in the pictures) but everything was very cheaply done, with stained furniture and a filthy stair carpet, bodged flooring etc. The stairs to the second floor bedroom were so steep that it would fail building regulations; the pipes made a knocking noise in the ensuite bedroom which disturbed sleep. There was no welcome pack, not even milk - generally not a great experience.
Absolutely stunning lodge! Completely exceeded our expectations and we were beyond happy when we arrived. The care and detail that has been put into these lodges is amazing. We will defintiely be back in the future.
Lovely apartment very central, it was clean and spacious and the hosts were very responsive. York is such a beautiful city and we can not wait to come back.
Such an ideal mini break away! The lodge itself had everything you could need and was made to feel very modern and cozy. The hottub was private and overlooked a lake, very picturesque and peaceful. We have already discussed staying here again in the future and have recommended it onwards. Everything was straight forward and all relevant information was given to us prior to our arrival which made it so easy and stress-free! Loved xxx
Having made a late booking we were delighted with the fast response from the host, Claire. The accommodation was clean, tidy and cosy on arrival. It was well equipped and spacious. We stayed for 4 nights and had dinner in the local pubs, all of which were friendly and great food. Our accommodation was handy to York, so great for getting around. We will be returning again in April and have booked to stay again with York Boutique Lets. Both Claire and Jo were exceptionally helpful.
Really lovely stay here, we had everything we needed and the hot tub was great! Really modern place with home from home comforts! Would definitely reccomend.
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The apartment was exactly as described, beautifully clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The location was perfect for exploring York, with plenty of restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We'd definitely stay here again.
A lovely, comfortable place in a great location. Everything we needed was provided, and the property was exceptionally clean on arrival. The hosts were fantastic and communication throughout was quick and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.
We travelled by train and the property was not too far to walk from the station. We were able to get into the property early to and explore the city. So much to do and see. The Apartment is very well equipped.
Henry Court Apartment 1 is compact but very well laid out and has everything we need even for long stays. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main street of Acomb, 10 minutes walk from Morrison's and just 20 minutes by bus from York. The number one bus to the centre of York stops almost outside. We have stayed there many times and it is our accommodation of choice when we are in York.
Great location next to Brew York brewery, set back from main road so very quiet. It’s a really modern apartment with everything you would need, the free secure parking is a bonus.
We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect and made it so easy to get around and explore the area. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the hosts was brilliant from start to finish. We would definitely stay again!
Very enjoyable stay. Loved the outside area and were blessed with nice weather. Hot Tub fantastic. Not too far from park and ride for a couple of trips into York. Also we had a nicewalk along the Selby canal. Only small criticism is would be great for a hook on back of bedroom doors especially with not having a dressing table or chair. Cleaning could have been better. The outside area had cobwebs and leaves which I understand you can’t keep on top on all of the time but would do best you could before arrival. Found cobwebs on bathroom wall in shower! Also some work going on park workmen ...more
Wow I can only say how amazing this lodge was. Beautifully decorated with lots of personal touches and everything you could possibly need. Was so quiet and relaxing and loved both the inside and outside space. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful time
Overall, we had a very nice stay. There was some small bits that needed attention if you’re wanting to charge over £1000 for a lodge for 4 nights. We noticed there was a hole in the wall just behind the door upon arrival. There was a couple of dead flies in the window sills. We pulled the sofa out at one point because a spider had gone underneath it, to find an old M&M underneath. The walk-in shower had no shelf to put shampoo, body wash etc. There was no wardrobe to be able to hang up as many clothes as we needed to. However there was a few places to hang up clothes and drawers to put other b...more
Absolutely loved it, lovely place to come, central to every we’re, loved the wildlife the hot tubs was amazing, definitely worth going too, wouldn’t hesitate to go back
Beautiful place, stunning views over the pond. We had a problem with the amount of house flies in the lodge, it was a daily battle. Will be much better once building work is complete. we wasn’t notified of building work when booking, only a couple of days before arrival and it was a bit noisy during the day. Would love a dog friendly option with pool table and games machine as our teenager did find it slightly boring.
Excellent stay and a well set out quiet location. Something a bit different from the usual log cabins in the design and detail which made it more enjoyable. Will definitely be going back.
Not central but still close enough to get to the centre in under 10 minutes. Really snug little place with eerything you could need. We would happily return in the future. THANKS!
Good location for walking into the centre of York with an unusually great parking arrangement right outside the flat. On arrival the communal stair didn't look as if it had been cleaned in a long time - we sent a message about this and while no one got back to us it was done the next day. The flat seemed clean enough initially - it was just when we used the dishes we discovered that they weren't that clean, and a couple had been put away broken. No loo roll was provided. When we stripped the bed before leaving it was unfortunately obvious that the mattress protector hadn't been cleaned in a ...more
