We had a good time as a family in this place. It was within walking distance of the city centre, and there may also be buses closer. We liked the decor, and we could really relax together in the living room after a long day. The bathrooms were clean, and it's a luxury to have 2 toilets. We thought the beds were a small downside, but we have already shared this, and there was a friendly response to it. It felt like a luxury hotel to us, but with the extras of being able to cook for yourself and get together. York itself is also beautiful, and there are such lovely people everywhere!

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect, minutes from shops and restaurants, and the space is nicely furnished. It was really convenient to be able to have the two adjoining spaces which are connected via an internal door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens had all the equipment we needed. We would happily return.
Well appointed apartment close to city center. Easy walk or short taxi into city center for sightseeing, shops, pubs, restaurants and racecourse. Amenities available locally. Everything you would need for a short stay is available in the apartment.

We chose this apartment as it looked lovely, and the location was perfect for us. We got married at the registry office a few doors down, so it was perfect for us. The apartment was easy to access, having a lift was helpful for all of our luggage. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We were allowed to check in early which was a massive help. The staff in the office were also incredibly helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment and York Boutique Lets. Thank you!
Blue bridge court was like home from home it had everything you needed for a perfect stay. The location was perfect not so much in the centre but with a lovely 10 minute walk down the river and you was right in it. With the property having no allocated parking space, please don’t let this bother you as with the permit provided the street parking is easy enough. Honestly a perfect stay for a trip to York! Thank you.

We were very impressed with our stay. The property was in a great location and was ideal for our trip. It was clean, comfortable and had excellent facilities, with plenty of thought clearly put into making guests feel welcome. The hosts were easy to contact and communication was excellent throughout. Everything was just as we hoped it would be.
This was the perfect place for a short getaway. The accommodation was well equipped, very comfortable and clean. Great place for 4 adults and a baby, centrally located with good communal and outside space. Unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen and cigarette butts outside the back door to the garden.

Lovely clean and spacious property over looking the bar walls. Beds were very comfortable and the property very clean. Paid parking only a couple of minutes walk away. Check in instructions very easy to understand
This is a large property which we used for a family get together for 4 nights. Everyone was happy with the size of the whole facility, the rooms, the cleanliness on arrival and the location at a reasonable walking distance from York City Centre.

The location was perfect, right in the city centre but not too close to the noisy bars, the house was clean and well appointed. Would recommend.

The lodge was the perfect place to chill. Very well designed with added comforts, Hot tub and outdoor cinema which was quite different. We will be returning.

This is my second time using York Boutique and it has never disappointed. The location was perfect - 3 mins to Coppergate Mall, Shambles market was well within a short walking distance. Pubs and restaurants all around the address. My 4 year old didn't even mind the walk! Everything was spotless, perfect and to took the stress away. My kids love York so much, and would want to come back..and stay at York Boutique. Win - win!
A gorgeous property in a great location. We had a really comfortable and relaxing stay and appreciated having everything we needed available. The communication from the hosts was excellent, which made the whole experience even easier. We would love to come back.
Super location and quality of accommodation - really clean and comfortable with everything we needed and 5 minutes walk and you were on the cobbles in the start of the town. Couldn't beat that!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Just 2 comments - if you have any difficulty getting in and out of a bath, this was difficult and it would have been helpful if there was a handle or rail to hold on to, both to get in and whilst showering, as the bath was slippy. Also, the cushions on the bed settee slipped forward when you sat on them and I would suggest this could be improved. But...more
Our stay at oakwood lodges was amazing ,the lodge had everything you could need for a holiday away ,it is so tastefully decorated and everything matches , The outside area is brilliant from the outside tv to the hot tub ,the pool table and the darts board and the pizza oven is just amazing . We just sat outside and watched the wild life it was lovely . We had no problem with noise it was so very peaceful just what we needed . We can not wait to see what the new lodges look like . Thank you so much for a lovely week awsy .

This property was absolutely beautiful, the outside of the property was absolutely perfect for evening relaxation after a busy day exploring York. The facilities in the cabin were much more than you would usually find in cabins, especially for the price. We had a small problem when we arrived at the property ( no lights and we couldn’t find the fuse box )and within 2 minutes the problem was rectified over e-mail, now that’s customer service! I am already planning our next stay there.
Nice cosy apartment with everything you need for a short breakaway, the location was great with just a short walk away from the city shops etc.
I am very new to the Airbnb scene but after my experience with York Boutique it certainly won’t be my last!! Jo and Claire in said team were so quick and helpful with any queries that I had and for that I am most grateful. The actual location of the property was undoubtedly the best point as it was central to everything we wanted - a 10 min walk from the railway station and close to all local amenities. It was easy access, quiet, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.
Have stayed in this apartment numerous times and it never fails to please. Fabulous location. Spotlessly clean and everything you require for your stay is supplied. Hosts are lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
We had a great weekend staying at Creamery Cottage for a girls weekend. The house is beautiful and really spacious making it great value for money. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was really easy to get into the town centre. The only negative is that the house is clearly very popular and has a few areas that need some attention after it has been used but it did not affect our stay!

Location of this property is great for walking in to York, the street is very tight for parking though. The house has 3 good sized bedrooms and clean bathrooms but is in need of some tlc and a refresh. The lounge would benefit from curtains to help add comfort and maybe extra seating in the lounge if 6 people were staying. The back yard was nice to sit in but again could do with a tidy up.

Lovely clean property only 5 minute walk to Fossgate in the centre of Yok. Lots of bars and restaurants on your door step. Very clean and really comfortable beds.

Spacious flat in central York with parking. Had everything we needed and felt very content theoughout our stay. Would be very happy to stay here again.
Great city centre location with parking. Property was as shown on pictures and had plenty of amenities although could of used a few more spare toilet rolls for our stay with 5 occupants. We requested an early check in the evening before as per instructions as dependent on the previous booking and were told we could check in from 12, no charge which was great. Clear instructions sent about how to find the property/parking and how to self check in/out. Overall great experience would stay here again.

Having made a late booking we were delighted with the fast response from the host, Claire. The accommodation was clean, tidy and cosy on arrival. It was well equipped and spacious. We stayed for 4 nights and had dinner in the local pubs, all of which were friendly and great food. Our accommodation was handy to York, so great for getting around. We will be returning again in April and have booked to stay again with York Boutique Lets. Both Claire and Jo were exceptionally helpful.

This lodge is in a great location made all the better for the lake views. The lodges was well equipped and the outside area including hot tub and games area was fab. Minor repairs for the lodge would have made it really special but didn’t detract from our pleasurable stay.. We will be back I am sure in the future thanks.. ps Gary the little Grebe was great to watch…
We travelled as as a party of 4, 2 mums with kids for 3 nights during half term. The property was ideally located for walking to all the York sights - and we easily walked to and from the train station with a wheelie bag. The apartment felt really secure and had every amenity you’d need for cooking should you wish to. Loads of restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money and perfect for putting the kids to bed and being able to sit and chill with a glass of wine. Great communication with the hosts, have already recommended York Boutique Lets to friends.

Henry Court Apartment 1 is compact but very well laid out and has everything we need even for long stays. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main street of Acomb, 10 minutes walk from Morrison's and just 20 minutes by bus from York. The number one bus to the centre of York stops almost outside. We have stayed there many times and it is our accommodation of choice when we are in York.
Myself, my partner, and two friends stayed at the Mulberry Lodge for 2 nights. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, and in a quiet relaxing location. The outside area is wonderful with a pool table, darts board, seating area, and hot tub where we spent lots of our time! The checking in and checking out process was contactless and super simple. We would definitely like to return here in the future but adding on another night as we weren’t ready to leave!
Great location next to Brew York brewery, set back from main road so very quiet. It’s a really modern apartment with everything you would need, the free secure parking is a bonus.

We had the most amazing time at cherry tree lodge. From arriving to leaving we had the most wonderful Time. The lodge it’s set on lake along with other lodges yet still private and secluded, so quiet and tranquil. Our dog Marley loved it he was so settled and made to feel very welcome with his own welcome pack so cute. The lodge itself was immaculately clean, very welcoming with all the comforts of home. Couldn’t fault a thing. The staff are amazing too.
Beautiful place, stunning views over the pond. We had a problem with the amount of house flies in the lodge, it was a daily battle. Will be much better once building work is complete. we wasn’t notified of building work when booking, only a couple of days before arrival and it was a bit noisy during the day. Would love a dog friendly option with pool table and games machine as our teenager did find it slightly boring.
Excellent stay and a well set out quiet location. Something a bit different from the usual log cabins in the design and detail which made it more enjoyable. Will definitely be going back.
