This 1 bedroom apartment is on the first floor.

The apartments are beautifully modern with contemporary furnishings and a light, neutral decor.

The apartment has a modern living/dining kitchen space, a modern family bathroom with a bath and a shower, and beautifully decorated bed.

The living room has a double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.

It has views towards the City Walls and our leafy courtyard.

The apartment comes with fast wireless broadband which is free of charge for all our guests.

Ideally located just outside the Monkgate City Walls and a short walk from the magnificent Minster and a 5 minute walk to coney street the main shopping strip in York.

This really is a superb holiday property offering guests a terrific location from which to explore York, and to be away from the hubbub at night.

We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect, a few minutes and you’re down York’s high streets and within perfect walking distance of the Minster. There was very minimal noise from the street.

The flat was modern, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short city break. Only thing I would say if I was being picky was it could do with a few more glasses (not wine glasses - there were loads of those!) and some more cutlery. The parking charges in the adjoining car park have also increased since the information in the welcome booklet was written; it’s now £20 for a full day if you use the ticket machine. I would definitely stay here again, my children and I had a great few days in York, thank you.

we absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning! the bar walls are literally across the road and its a great spot to explore York!! The apartment itself is beautiful and decorated immaculately. The apartment was spotless and the courtyard was a lovely touch, we felt very safe and in the heart of the city yet very private! I would 100% reccomend!! we have already booked for next year and booked all 4 apartments for our full family so we can really enjoy the courtyard!

Nothing bad to say about this apartment, from the get go we received very detailed instructions on how to get there, some how we still managed to get lost and the management company made it clear it was absolutely no trouble helping us find our way there. Once we were in we felt instantly safe and secure, in a gated complex. Parking was expensive but after travelling round the city we realised that was the going rate for the car parks. Décor was really nice, you could see it was all fairly new and very modern. Information booklet was great, we used it a lot throughout the stay for some great recommendations. The bed was very comfy, we had a great nights sleep. And the sofa bed was better than I expected to be. Exactly like the photos and very clean! We will 100% be returning.

We had a great short stay at the York Boutique, parking was very easy, the location was great, right in the centre of York so walking distance to everything, the apartment was very clean and modern. We'll definitely stay again if we ever get the chance.

Location couldn’t be better for the city centre in York. Decoration is bright and modern and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We didn’t cook but the kitchens seemed really well equipped and had everything you would need. Booking process was easy and the hosts sent us all the arrival information in good time. We stayed here for 2 nights and the property is perfect. There is free parking, wifi and a smart TV which we made great use of. The property was cleaned very well and beds very comfortable. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is really good. The location was perfect for us and is only a short walk into the city centre. The lady on the phone was very friendly and guided us on how to work the cooker as we wasnt sure. Absolutley nothing to complain about. great stay

The apartment was very nice, almost immaculate, and the decor was very modern. We did find the mattress very very soft and both suffered from sore backs. A previous guest noted this also in the guest book. The pillows were very old and lumpy and need replacing. The rug in the living room is a little tatty and there were some stains on the carpets.

Other than these very minor gripes, the apartment was very enjoyable, the kitchen was well-equipped for breakfast, and the location is perfect.

Overall, this is a great holiday apartment.

Booking was straight-forward and York Boutique Lets were very flexible accomodating our date changes.

The flat was extremely-well presented with good instructions from accessing the wifi to finding good local restaurants.

The only thing we did not like was the mattress, which felt a little like a hammock to us. I don't think the mattress was old or worn, rather it was one of the 'super-soft' variety...

A very warm and cosy Apartment in an excellent location. Carpark was a short stroll away and was easily reached by the Apartment. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided which was a lovely touch. The only shame was the awful weather we had but at least we could dry out our clothes as the Apartment was very well heated.
