Set within a recently converted development, this apartment makes for a great choice for any length of stay in York.
The on street parking for the apartment sits outside the development with a parking permit provided.
The dining area seats 4 for dinner .
The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. All the electrical appliances you would expect to find to make life a little bit easier are here like a dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The oven and hob are electric and the kitchen features some stylish wooden worktops that give it a luxury feel together with the neutral decor.
The master bedroom has been stylishly furnished. The king bed and high quality linen make it the perfect place to collapse after exploring all that York has to offer!
The comfortable modern living area seats 4 and has a large Tv for cosy nights in, it also has a double sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests
The bathroom of the property has been decorated to a great standard with stylish, modern tiling and contains a large walk in shower .

Very good apartment, a short walk from the centre of York.
Everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds and a good shower with toiletries.
The kitchen had a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in sachets which was very useful.
Overall very pleased with the accommodation.

5 minute walk into town on the river. Everything you need and we'll equipped apartment. Be aware there is a school next door that is noisy if you want a lie in.

The apartment was in a very convenient location for central York with plenty of on street car parking (permit provided).
Though the kitchen was well equipped although a tea towel would have been useful.
The bedroom was a small double and would have benefitted from curtains, in addition to blinds, to keep out the early morning light as it faces east.
Good Wi-Fi. We would happily use it again when visiting family in the area.

Lovely, comfortable flat, within walking distance of York city centre and sights. The flat was warm, spotless and well equipped. Great communication with Jay who provided clear information and responded to questions promptly. Really helpful to have free on street parking too. Very happy to recommend!

A super apartment just 10-15 minute walk into York. Great to have parking, We were greeted with a decorated Christmas tree & lights etc - a lovely welcome as we were visiting York for the Christmas market, as well as a relaxing 2 night break. Everything was to hand in the apartment, even coffee, tea, sugar, milk sachets along with shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, all bed linen & towels, we needed for nothing to top up our stay. The Welcome Basket of biscuits, crisps & popcorn were much appreciated. Will definitely book again the next time we plan a trip to the beautiful historic city of York.

Jay was absolutely wonderful, she has a beautiful apartment in walking distance of everything you would ever need for a trip to York. She has thought of everything and leaves nothing to want or need. very nice experience! The apartment was clean and aesthetically furnished. I will note that the building walls are thin however that it to be expected as this is an apartment complex. The kitchen is well stocked with facilities and utensils if needed. Its a 10 minute walk into the city centre, which is easy enough to navigate. Served as a great base for our adventures and a place to rest when needed. Would we visit again? Absolutely It genuinely was a pleasant place to stay and the price is just right. Thank You!

A beautiful apartment, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. This apartment has everything you need. It is very comfortable and there is very little noise from the other residents in the apartment block. We loved our time here. The 10min walk into the town centre is easy. Stayed here over New Year. The apartment is a short walk from the centre and has everything you need.

Comfy bed and all the items you need to enjoy your stay.

Only minor gripe would be noise from apartment above, I think it’s the downfall of wooden floors. We could hear people walking around but not voices or TV etc.

We can recommend the Chinese restaurant just up the road.

A fantastic apartment, perfect location, just a stroll from the city centre. The accommodation was comfortable, bed was lush! The apartment had everything we needed and there are plenty of local shops to stock up (Sainsbury's and Tesco). We had a great Indian meal from Mirchiz across the road. It was a brilliant stay which was great for what we needed. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

The apartment has everything you need. I stayed for 3 nights with my mum and we made use of the sofa bed as well as the bedroom. the location is ideal and is easy to walk into the centre of York. there is a really lovely walk dowb by the river which takes you straight in. Jay was easily contactable and made the apartment feel homely with the small touches like the guest information, tea and coffee and blankets. we would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again

Had a fantastic stay at blue bridge court, only a very short walk into the centre in the day and very cheap in an Uber at night when wearing heels, good central location, easy to find and had parking! Lovely apartment, plenty of space for us as a couple, nice and modern and everything you could need in kitchen, iron etc! Would definitely stay again and have recommended to a friend

Well located apartment close to the city walls and just 2 mins from the river Ouse where you can walk along the river bank into the city. Parking is on street adjacent to the apartment with a parking permit being included in the price. My visit was earlier postponed due to COVID so special thanks to Jay and her colleagues for being so accommodating in rearranging my stay hence the 5 out of 5 marking.

A fantastic modern property within walking distance of central york. Comes with parking space which was something we wanted as parking can be expensive. The property itself is clean and modern, the bed is so comfy, I slept like a baby and I could have spent hrs in the shower! Definitely recommend and would be happy to stay in the property again if we went back to York

The apartment is beautiful very clean and the decor is fresh and well put together. There are lots of little touches to enhance your stay like a good selection of culture, kettle a few snacks on offer, a fan so much I could go and on ~ the location is perfect for town access it took us a few minutes to reach the outskirts of York town we will be visiting York again and would love to stay at the same

A fantastic base camp for anyone visiting York. Clean, tidy, brilliantly positioned with easy access to York centre and the river - it is a great place to stay. The amenities there worked well for our first family holiday, Jay’s instructions for checking in were spot on and easy to follow and we had a very comfortable few days away. Lovely apartment with everything you could need. Short walk to city centre. Easy check in, convenient parking. Would definitely stay again. Only negative would be the flat did get very warm and found it difficult to sleep on a warm summers day. A fan was provided tho which was amazing and greatly appreciated

My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay, the apartment is cosy and private but well within walking distance of everything you need, would definitely recommend staying here !

Jay’s apartment is second to none. The attention to detail is so thoughtful and we really appreciated it! The attention to detail, is better than some 5* hotels i have stayed in. I cannot recommend this amazing apartment enough! Jay thought of everything, From ear plugs toiletries, I am very grateful we found Jay’s place! I had a great stay at Jay's place. It is a lovely modern flat in a good location. Easy for nice walks by the riverside and easy to walk into the town centre. Check in instructions were very clear.

Highly recommend visiting this apartment. Fabulous location and very secure. Very good host who has thought of everything you could need. The place is very comfortable and clean and ideal for local amenities and short walk in the city centre. Loved that they provided ear buds for sleeping but in all honesty we didn’t hear any noise. There was a parking space with a permit provided. Can not fault the place. Look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you Jay!!

Great stay here, just a short stroll from the amenities in York. Very clean apartment with good natural light, comfortable bed and well equipped. “This was probably the best experience with Airbnb I’ve ever had. We stayed for a month and can assure you the place is perfect for long stays as well as short. The apartment is lovely, perfectly sized for two although could comfortably fit four. The fridge is big so if you’re isolating you can properly stock up, and having a dishwasher is just such a convenience not often offered with Airbnb. Perfectly good workspace too if you’re working from home. Bathroom is lovely and bedroom offers lots of space for storing clothes. Bed is very comfy and there are so many cosy touches such as blankets and pillows and soft rugs that make the stay extra home-y. :) Heating works amazingly; not that we needed it much due to the fact the apartment is already pretty warm. And I didn’t even mention yet how sparkling clean the place is! The area is nice; just a bit out of the centre so you can have a nice stroll for five minutes or so and reach the shops. There is also a co-op around the corner for late night needs and further on big supermarkets including Aldi, Morrisons, and Waitrose. It’s perfectly quiet even throughout the day and super close to the river so very peaceful. Feels super safe due to the series of locks you go through to get to the door. Jay was very responsive to any messages; she was very knowledgable and helpful. We had no problems except the heating which was resolved in the first 20 minutes of saying. So many nice touches including some snacks and jams, coffee, etc so if you’re staying for shorter you don’t need to be inconvenienced. I am seriously missing this place already!”
