Bootham Luxury Apartments is our brand new development of apartments located in a prime location close to York City Centre.
The accommodation is truly luxurious and sumptuous, in a terrific location just a few minutes’ walk away from Bootham Bar, York Minster and all of the city's amenities.
Bootham Luxury Apartment Flat 2 is our gorgeous 1 Bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of this magnificent building. Heading into this apartment you will find a comfortable lounge area with luxury interior. In the lounge you will find a large sofa that can be pulled out and made into a King-size bed, providing ample space for 2 extra guests to sleep comfortably. The lounge also offers a smart TV, and High Speed free Wi-Fi for your stay. The Master bedroom offers a King-size bed with luxury furnishings, hotel quality bed linen and towels for your use and a spacious area providing the perfect base for you to collapse after a day out exploring our beautiful city.
The Fully equipped Kitchen area provides a stylish interior and is complete with an electric hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave all for your use. All the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a simple meal are provided, a dining area for 4 guests is also provided to sit and enjoy your home cooked meal.
The bathroom contains a walk in shower. Inside the property you will find the luxury of a hairdryer and ironing facilities, this property is located in a terrific area and is complete with high quality furnishings making it the perfect home from home property.
Free parking is provided on street with a parking permit.

Super comfy apartment, in an amazing location given its proximity to the historic centre of York.

The bed was the best in an airbnb that we've slept in, for comfort of mattress and pillows.

Compact but beautifully designed shower room.

The hosts have responded to previous guest reviews by putting a new rail with lots of hangers into an alcove in the bedroom so there is now somewhere to hang short items like shirts, jackets etc as well as the previous hangers on the wall for long coats and dresses.

The customer services leading up to the stay was good, the location ans style of the flat was very good but unfortunately I did feel very mislead about the flat itself. Id booked the accommodation for 3 adutls, and there are a couple of pictures of different bedrooms on the website, so I assumed there were 2 bedrooms. I also couldn't find anywhere that clearly said it was 1 bedroom and 1 sofa. If I had known this, I wouldn't of booked the accommodation so I do feel a bit let down by that. Great place for a couple to stay though, but not for 3.

Large one-bedroom apartment ideal for longer stays like ours (2 weeks). Perhaps needed a few more items (eg toilet paper) for people staying a longer time but, then again, we didn't ask for any more! All other facilities provided including good cooking facilities, instant hot water and plenty of linen.

Myself and my boyfriend had a great 2 night stay here. The apartment is a really great size and very comfortable. Has everything you need and has been tastefully decorated. It is in a great location and you can walk to the minster in under 10 minutes and into the city through the museum gardens which is lovely. The on street parking permit was brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone visitng.

Lovely apartment. Excellent location. 10 minute walk to the centre of York. Sainsburys close by. Added bonus of free parking.
One suggestion is it could do with an outside light at front door as doorway in total darkness at night, making it difficult to see the door lock.

We had the most lovely stay here, we will absolutely be returning to York and to this property. The company were brilliant to deal with from the second we booked the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Despite its central location on Bootham and near the train station, the property was quiet and peaceful. We had plenty of room and found the bed to be very comfortable. The apartment is fitted with everything you could possibly need, allowing you to cook or prepare a light bite if necessary. The walk into town is less than 10 minutes and it’s just around the corner from the train station. There are also plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants along the main road. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend staying here if you’re coming to York.

My second stay here - very cozy and comfy and short walk to the city center as well as the train station. Spacious living room allows you to work, and stretch out and quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Large kitchen where you can cook is stocked with plenty of utensils and tea. A perfect home base.

This is a beautiful apartment within easy walking distance of York centre. We didn’t use the kitchen, apart from the kettle but it seemed to have everything you need. We had no issues during our stay. The sitting room, in particular has been decorated really well, with comfortable chairs and a useful expandable table.

This apartment is nicely styled, the lounge is lovely with its exposed brickwork and decorative features and it had a little dining table. The whole place is quite compact, shower room and bedroom are small but it’s what I expected and it was still plenty of space for what we needed from a weekend break. Location is great, there’s a nice beer garden at Churchill’s a stone’s throw away, York Minster is 5 minutes walk away. Parking was on street permit. I thought it was great value and will stay again sometime.

The apartment was very central (10 mins walk to the Minster) so the car stayed put outside with the very handy parking permit provided. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped with crockery, glasses etc. All extremely comfortable, particularly the bed! A small but perfectly adequate bathroom with sufficient towels. A great place for 2 people for a short stay.

We choose this apartment because it provided on street parking, so helpful in York. We also wanted somewhere close to the centre and to the National Railway Museum and this apartment is just 10 minutes walk from each. We’d stayed in a similar apartment in that area 10 years ago and knew how pleasant and convenient it was - there’s a bridge across the river that gets you close the the NRM, almost at the bottom of the road. The apartment was very stylish and comfortable with everything we needed, especially as we prefer to self-cater for dietary reasons. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again if we ever want another stay in York.

we had alovelt stay here, the flat was left very clean and is beautifully designed inside. The company we used were very thorough in describing the arrival details and also very helpful answering our questions and queries. my husband and i were extremely happy with the property and the services provided from york boutique.
it is a short 10 minute walk away from york's city centre, however, has free parking so that is helpful.
The interior is beautiful and ever so modern, we were very impressed.

This appartment was a perfect size for me and my husband for a weekend away.
There was everything we needed at the appartment and the beds were super comfortable. there was also free on street parking if we needed to use a car, however we got a train to york so did not make use of this.
The appartment was left very clean and tidy for us which was a nice touch as the appartment is beautiful.
York's City Centre is about a 10 minute walk from the property which was fine for us.

We had a great stay at bootham luxury appartment 2. The appartment is close to the city centre with free on street parking which we found really helpful as we travelled by car. The appartment was left very clean for us and we felt very comfotable during our stay. We had a few issues finding the appartment however the services were happy to help and explained it thoughrougly.
We are very happy we chose to stay at bootham luxury appartments and we will definitley be returning to this property.

The Apartment we stayed in was lovely. The location was brilliant, most of the places we wanted to visit were within a 10-15min walk. I loved the fact that I could park right outside the apartment using your permit. My only downside to the apartment was the sofa bed. It was so low down and uncomfortable, it was worse that just placing a mattress on the floor and sleeping on that. Its a shame because the rest of the apartment was lovely, the sofa bed let it down as we struggled to get a good nights sleep. I wouldn't market that apartment as suitable for 4 people unless you changed that sofa bed.

This apartment is nicely styled, the lounge is lovely with its exposed brickwork and decorative features and it had a little dining table. The whole place is quite compact, shower room and bedroom are small but it’s what I expected and it was still plenty of space for what we needed from a weekend break. Location is great, there’s a nice beer garden at Churchill’s a stone’s throw away, York Minster is 5 minutes walk away. Parking was great. I thought it was good value and would stay again. My only cons were that there was a bit of a fridge smell (fridge looked clean but did give off a smell) and I didn’t find the bed/mattress too comfortable.

we spent 2 nights here. The location was perfect for getting into the town centre and walking to the local parks. The apartment itself was lovely and the fact we got a parking permit was great. No issue with finding a parking space. I would stay here again, it was lovely. For a weekend stay it was nice after a day of walking about to be able to come back to and relax in comfort for a couple of hours before going out for the evening. The bed was really comfy.
