Bootham Luxury Apartments is our brand-new development of apartments located in a prime location close to York City Centre. Bootham Luxury Apartments are our brand new development of apartments located in a prime location close to York City Centre.
The accommodation is truly luxurious and sumptuous, in a terrific location just a few minutes’ walk away from Bootham Bar, York Minster and all of the city's amenities.
Bootham Luxury Apartment Flat 3 is our gorgeous 2 Bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of this magnificent building. Heading into this apartment you will find a comfortable lounge area with luxury interior. In the lounge you will find a large sofa comfortable sofa. The lounge also offers a smart TV, and High Speed free WIFI for your stay. This gorgeous property offers 2 fabulous bedrooms, both of which offer a King-size bed with luxury furnishings, hotel quality bed linen and towels for your use and a spacious area providing the perfect base for you to collapse after a day out exploring our beautiful city.
The Fully equipped Kitchen area provides a stylish interior and is complete with an electric hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave all for your use. All the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a simple meal are provided, a dining area for 4 guests is also provided to sit and enjoy your home cooked meal.
The bathroom contains a walk-in shower. Inside the property you will find the luxury of a hair dryer and ironing facilities, this property is located in a terrific area and is complete with high quality furnishings making it the perfect home from home property.
Free parking is provided on street with a parking permit.

The railway station is only a ten-minute walk over Scarborough bridge for easy access when arriving by train.

Loved it here and we will certainly be coming back, very clean and central and parking included and only a short walk into the city centre.

We booked this property for our friends when their accommodation became unavailable. It was a big responsibility to choose it for them but they had no complaints and ere really happy and had a great girlie weekend.

I was excited when it was advertised as luxury apartment? The place was run down, old worn carpets, bedroom blind broken had to roll up and wedge it to stay up, old appliances, poor TV channels. Plastic plants dusty, everything behind the TV has never been cleaned, dirty windows, no tension to detail or welcome package as like other apartments we stayed at! The bed comfort was okay but at least the bathroom was clean. Sorry but nothing special and was disappointed since it was supposed to be Luxury.

We had an excellent two weeks at I Bootham Terrace. It is a very comfortable flat, extremely well-situated, with convenient on-street parking, which is a real benefit. The kitchen area is well equipped, and everything worked, although the fridge had no ice-making or freezer facility. However, the fridge itself was inclined to freeze some things solid, which didn't improve the potatoes! The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. As we were three people, booked for two weeks, it would have been nice to have more than one hand towel (in addition to bath towels) between us, but that is a minor point. We'd be very happy to stay here again.

from check in until check out, it was smooth sailing and and easy process, the team were more than helpful with suggestions of places to eat and store our luggage. had a great experience and will certainly book again. The apartment was perfect for our needs and everything was high quality and very well thought out.

Really lovely stay here, exactly as described and within walking distance into the city centre of York. The addition of the parking permit made it super easy for us to just leave the car for the duration of our stay and walk into York. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is beautiful, very clean and well presented. Check-in was a doddle and staff are very helpful if you do need them for anything. We didn't need to cook during our stay, but I did note how well stocked the kitchen is in terms of cooking equipment. Beds were extremely comfortable. Our only criticism is that there are no blinds/curtains in the living room. We enjoyed the Spring sunshine, but it would be a different story visiting in the summer as the room is quite a suntrap!

This property was perfect. Absolutely lovely. Very clean and well kept. There was a useful welcome guide with many recommendations of things to do and places to eat which we found extremely handy. Parking was just outside the house on the street. Not a far walk from the city at all. We loved our stay and have nothing but positive comments towards it. The company is also highly recommended, we will be booking direct next time!

We usually stay in Hotels, but tried York Boutique Lets and found this a much simpler process! This property was reccomended to us when we told them the dates we wanted to visit York and what we wanted to do in York, it was a perfect location and very stylish throughout, the perfect place to relax on an evening. We can't wait for our next visit!

This property is in a great location near so many cafe's restaurants and bars and then a short walk into the main town centre, we wanted to visit the Minster and that is only a very short walk away. The hosts were amazing with reccomendations of places nearby to eat and any issues we had, we didn't read our check in instructions and they were on hand to assist staright away. Would highly reccomend this place!

We had a lovely stay here, we often stay in York and this area but this is our first time with this company and in this apartment. We will definitely be back. It was an enjoyable experience from the get go. Easy booking process directly, very easy to communicate with the company. Lovely interior throughout, very modern and well thought through and had everything we needed. Parking was easy. Distance to the centre was perfect. Not really a bad thing to say about this apartment.

We didnt realise how good of a location Bootham was in York as we rarely visit. You are literally a stones throw from the centre of York and close to some great food places!! We visted the art gallery which is a 10 minute walk away and worth the visit. My wife and I thought this apartment was perfect and met our every need, very clean and very well presented. The owners were amazing, let us know they were on hand and made sure we had everything before we arrived, makes it nice for a company to make it a little personal, felt as though we were very well hosted!

Had a wonderful stay, the apartment was gorgeous and had everything you needed. It was in a fantastic location, just a short 5 minute walk from the Minster. It was next to a train track but thankfully they didn’t run through the night. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, within an easy flat walk to the Minster and city centre and fabulously styled and comfortable

The only slight issue was lack of storage space in the bedrooms so lived out of suitcase which was ok for short stay but for longer stays would irritate

We loved our stay at Bootham Apartment, Flat 3. It was so clean and comfortable, the location was perfect! We loved the decor and layout of the apartment. It was a really lovely space to stay in! The only thing that I would say is, it would have been good if there were a few more 'essential' items such as; kitchen role, more than one tea towel, a few more mugs and dishwasher tabs etc. After a long journey, it's quite nice if these items are included:) Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family, thank you!

Very clean and beautifully decorated with thought for the overall look. Extremely modern! Chose it to be able to relax in a living area due to limited bars open and weather permitting. Very comfortable and close to the centre. Lovely street. Instructions on parking and key collection clear. Easy to walk to city centre. York Boutique Lets team were all really helpful on all contact.
All in all a perfect stay. Don't hesitate to book this apartment.

Very clean and comfortable. In excellent location. Very helpful staff. We had difficulty entering the apartment on arrival, but this problem was quickly resolved. My only criticism was that there was no disposable cloth to wipe the kitchen worktops.
