Bootham Retreat is our outstanding new apartment located in a prime location in York City Centre
The accommodation is truly luxurious and sumptuous, is in a terrific location just a few minutes’ walk away from Bootham Bar, York Minster and all of the city's amenities.
This beautiful apartment offers 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, with the opportunity to attach them together to make them into a king-size!
The fixtures and fittings in the apartment are top-class with luxurious modern furnishings throughout.
The accommodation is all on one level providing a gorgeous open plan living-dining room with a tastefully decorated kitchen, Beautiful bedroom’s and an immaculate bathroom.
This superb apartment provides off-site parking for 1 car right next to the property. The apartment is accessed through a private entrance.

The place was in a very good and convenient location. The accommodation was in very easy walking distance to a lot of attractions York has to offer. Parking was secure but a bit difficult to park larger vehicles. The neighbours were quite noisy at times however, overall this was a lovely stay.

Thank you for accommodating our stay. Conveniently located for exploring York. Very well thought through property with all the amenities. Easy check-in/check-out. Clear and instructive guest guide! Free parking space which is an amazing bonus. Located opposite to the carpark with paid EV charging points.
Quiet and comfortable beds, easily accommodated our family of 4. We would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough if you are wanting a central apartment, the apartment was easily accessible and decorated to a high standard, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the apartment was spotless, the bathroom was very spacious and a nice shower over the bath, very practical. I don't know what more you could want for a break away in York. The letting agents were fab and on hand when needed!!

Perfect location for York! The place was modern and exactly like the pictures.

After being moved from our usual apartment minsters reach a couple days before booking we where not sure what we would be going to ,
We arrived and got parked up then went to the apartment both patio doors where open , we went in and no one there , the rooms where very cold even after having heating on at 20c it is a cold building , neither bedrooms had wardrobes only drawers , double bed was made of white cheap wood boards which you bang your legs on the corners , the window is ground floor and looks out onto the passageway and noisy at night , there was people outside the window near the gate drinking beer and being loud leaving the cans of beer outside the gate , people in the appartment above kept us awake till early hours so in the morning we decided to go home a day earlier which spoilt our trip we had been looking forward to , on a positive note the bathroom was nice , kitchen nice but small with the settee and chairs crammed around the tv , we got the impression it was previously a sheltered accommodation as it gave us that feeling , it’s made us realise that it’s better to stay in a hotel in future so I have cancelled my booking at minsters reach for December and booking a hotel

Perfect location for York! The place was modern and exactly like the pictures. The WiFi wasn’t always reliable, but when you’re so close to city centre we were out and about most of the day! We did notice other people moving about in the flats next door/above, just the usual noises of a busy city :) It was really nice to have the parking space right by the flat.

We loved the apartment! It was fully equipped and more, definitely thought about adding everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was a pleasure to come home to after full days out exploring York and shopping. Close to lots of great restaurants and pubs. We've always used hotels before in York but will definitely use this accommodation should we return as all 3 of us would highly recommend.

We booked this short stay for our return journey from Scotland. We know York well and really appreciated having accommodation that had parking as this can be difficult and expensive.
On our arrival we found the apartment easily and were very impressed with it. Lovely bedrooms and plenty of space for the four of us.
Would book again if it was available

We booked this not realising how close to the centre it was, it has a great parking space that fit our big car no problem and close to lots of places to eat and drink and little cafes. The apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained.

great place to stay with a small family if you are looking to stay right in the centre of york. The shops and restaurants are on your doorstep.
The living space is very well decorated and modern, the kitchen has all the appliances and equipment and more that anyone would need. the property was left very clean and had a welcome folder with everything we needed to know inside. The wifi is very fast and also free!

Great stay, visited with my family so the twin room was perfect for the children. Nice apartment, close to the city centre. Location was great. There was a shop right on the corner which was perfect for just arriving and grabbing your basics. We stayed for 5 nights and the property was well equipped with everything we needed for this time. Very clean. Would come back.

Very spacious two bedroom apartment with very comfortable furnature. The bedrooms and living are a good size and it has more than enough room for 4 guests. There is free wi-fi and a smart flat screenTV which was great to occupy our children.
The property is a 10 minute walk in to the city centre but has free parking if needed. It was left very clean for us also. We will definitley stay here again with york boutique.

It is very modern and spacious, also very comfortable furnature.
There is free parking which is a bonus, also free wi-fi and a large flat screen, smart TV.

This property was perfect for our stay. Check in was really straight forward and well explained. It was in a great location, really close to the city centre, easy private parking. The house was extremely clean throughout, all on the ground floor which was handy, with a small outside seating area and little table. I would happily stay in this apartment again, value for money was great.

This property has a great location for anyone wanting to be close to York's City Centre. It is only a 10 minute walk into The centre! The property has free Wi-Fi and was fully equipt with everything we required, It was cleaned thoughroughly before we arrived and the beds are super comfortable. The Mews is very spacious and had well enough living space for me, my husband and our 2 children. it was very comfortable for a family of four. There is a car park located just a minutes walk away from the property which is useful if you want to bring a car with you. We were amazed by the beautiful, modern interior throughout the property. We would highly reccomend this propery for a small family wanting to visit York.

Lovely apartment very clean. Great location not far from all the local amenaties. Very clean and tidy and York is such a beautiful city lots to do and see

Great apartment with free parking .
Location fantastic and handy to have Sainsburys 1 minute walk away.

Beautiful accommodation. Location superb. Price reasonable.Very Central and great communication with hosts, I found them very helpful and were happy to help with any issues I had, I had received a coutesy call to make sure I had received my arrival details and if I had any questions before my stay, they do this for all weekend check ins so they know the guests can get access with the offices been shut. I found this very helpful! There is an out of hours number we called about an issue with the heating too and they were more than happy to help! A great experience!!

It was a clean/modern apartment, based in centre everything was close. Customer service was good! Will definitely be staying again
