Really quiet and very clean hot tub lodge overlooking a lake. The lodge had everything we needed for a great relaxing weekend. highly recommend

Stayed for a week and loved it. Everything you want to work well - WiFi, heating, hot tub, TV, plumbing - did so. Well equipped. Good base for exploring York, Harrogate and surrounding villages ( pubs). Sometimes you can judge a place / company by how they react if something goes wrong. We had a problem when we first arrived and a guy was round within five minutes and fixed it. Will definitely return.

These lodges are stunning, the hot tub was clean and overlooked the lake which was a beautiful sight to see.

Lovely lodge in a quiet location, the lodge was clean and well stocked with everything you could need for cooking etc, the hot tub was clean and hot on arrival

We have stayed here in 2022 and it was lovely. Just stayed here again and abit disappointed this time. In side was clean but they had alot of cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and behind a little side table in the living room which hadn't been moved just cleaned round it. The fridge was hot so had to use freezer to keep drinks cool and all the area above the fridge was very hot. The deck was rotten and bits where lose. Hot tub never got checked, never saw anybody about. The first time we went there was somebody there straight away seeing if we need anything this time time it was take your money an leave you to it no contact with anybody.
