Great location, very clean, very warm and were responsive whenever needed. Stairs may be a challenge for disabled visitors for anyone with access needs. Didn't affect our stay at all though.

Lovely place to stay for a few days visit in York. Just inside the walls and very close to the river. Plenty to see and do in walking distance.

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a group of 3. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We walked into York centre a couple of times which took around 10 minutes. We were given a car parking permit for one car to park on the street so we had to park our second car in a nearby car park which was quite expensive. But perfect little getaway place and we really enjoyed it,

We had a great stay at this property. The house was lovely and clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable - we all slept very well. The location is in a very quiet street - we had the bedroom windows open at night and didn't hear a peep - and we were able to park the car either outside the front of the house or just across the road, with a parking permit provided.

York is amazing and the city centre was just a 10 minute walk at the most, so the location of the house was great. We ate out quite a bit - there is no shortage of very good restaurants, plus we had a couple of easy meals in too. The kitchen was a little lacking in equipment and utensils if you like to be a bit more adventurous in the kitchen, but we managed perfectly well.

York Boutique were great, very responsive, friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. Overall, a great find in York and we would definitely go back.
