This city Central house in York City Centre provides luxury accommodation within the City walls. This stunning home is on a quiet, yet centrally located street, making it the perfect location to discover York’s top tourist destinations, bars and restaurants.

This tastefully decorated property sleeps 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms, a Kitchen/Diner, Living room and 2 Bathrooms.

The Living Room comfortably seats 4 people, and is equipped with a flat screen TV, and Kitchen/Diner, including Fridge, Washing machine ,Cooker and Microwave, as well as a Dining room table to seat 4 people.

Heading up stairs, you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite.

The second bedroom includes 2 single beds.
There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower and toliet.

Just a 2 minute walk into the city centre and hidden down a quiet street away from all the city centres hustle and bustle.

Closest parking option would be cliffords tower or NCP on rougier street.

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a group of 3. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We walked into York centre a couple of times which took around 10 minutes. We were given a car parking permit for one car to park on the street so we had to park our second car in a nearby car park which was quite expensive. But perfect little getaway place and we really enjoyed it,

A nice accommodation with parking, very well located, short walking distances to the city center and to the attractions of the city. We felt very comfortable and would visit this property again at any time.

Great location within walking distance to the centre. Parking permit is available which is great and beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed minus a teapot.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was lovely and clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable - we all slept very well. The location is in a very quiet street - we had the bedroom windows open at night and didn't hear a peep - and we were able to park the car either outside the front of the house or just across the road, with a parking permit provided.

York is amazing and the city centre was just a 10 minute walk at the most, so the location of the house was great. We ate out quite a bit - there is no shortage of very good restaurants, plus we had a couple of easy meals in too. The kitchen was a little lacking in equipment and utensils if you like to be a bit more adventurous in the kitchen, but we managed perfectly well.

York Boutique were great, very responsive, friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. Overall, a great find in York and we would definitely go back.
