Great city centre location with parking. Property was as shown on pictures and had plenty of amenities although could of used a few more spare toilet rolls for our stay with 5 occupants. We requested an early check in the evening before as per instructions as dependent on the previous booking and were told we could check in from 12, no charge which was great. Clear instructions sent about how to find the property/parking and how to self check in/out. Overall great experience would stay here again.

York boutique is a lovely place to stay right in the middle of the town so everything is walkable. Lovely shops and restaurants nearby, very quiet even though it was in the high street we were not disturbed at night at all. Overall we had a lovely time in York and we would most definitely stay in the York Boutique again.

We had a wonderful time exploring York from this lovely apartment. We wanted somewhere we could access everything without a car and we certainly got that. we travelled down by train and the station is walkable too.
We loved the accommodation. It was ideal for our needs, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location could not have be better. We ate on Fossgate all 3 nights. My only recommendation would be to book places you want to visit well in advance as we couldn't do everything we planned. We did do the Chocolate story which we really liked and the Van Gogh exhibition on top of the usual walk around the walls, the Minster and the Shambles.....highly recommend York

This is a wonderful apartment perfectly placed to explore York within walking distance of everything as well as every type of cuisine possible. The facilities are great and the parking is a bonus. The major downside is the noise the windows are only single glazed and to be honest it is like constantly having the windows open on the front. It is better in the rear bedroom. This is still a really excellent property despite that and I would stay here again.

Fossgate apartment was such a great find, we are delighted to have found this house and will be our new go to on our many visits to York. Such a beautiful city and it was so much nicer to stay here opposed to the usual hotel we stay in. We had everything on hand to cook our own meals etc. There was so much nearby, fossgate was full of quirky shops and cafes. Car parking was ideal and very secure. Nothing to complain about!

A large apartment over two floors with nobody above or below. Very clean and comfortable with great communication from the host.

I would highly recommend this apartment! It is extremely spacious with a large lounge area and a lovely kitchen space (with the added bonus of a downstairs toilet), smart TV and Alexa was a great touch. The upstairs is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a family bathroom. Decorated to a very high and modern standard, I actually couldn’t fault anything with this apartment. Great location, just a 5 minute walk away from York’s main centre with a huge variety of pubs and restaurants to choose from. Definitely stay in this apartment during your time in York, it’s absolutely stunning! We will definitely be back in the future when we next come to York. Excellent stay The apartment was very spacious and exactly as in the photos. Everywhere was very clean and lots of great amenities. Location is great for restaurants and attractions. Apartment was easy to find and self check in was simple. Parking space was a great bonus, can’t wait to stay again! An 11am check out instead of 10am is the only thing that could have made the stay better.

This apartment was lovely. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only down side with our stay was the noise late at night from the street below. Secondary glazing would help with this problem. If you are a light sleeper pack some ear plugs

A brilliant apartment, clean and homely, really well equipped and lovely that there was a Christmas tree up in the lounge. The location is fantastic, quiet but really close to the centre of town. We will definitely stay there again.

This apartment is really well situated in York close to the town centre, bars and restaurants. It makes an excellent base to explore York from. The apartment is spacious and clean and well equipped. Impressive stay. Easy and quick booking process, quick confirmation from the host and details sent for check in were very detailed and self explanatory. Flexible check in time was also nice. Apartment itself was in the best location, literally a 2 minute walk from the city centre and Fossgate had some really nice little bars and a great Indian restaurant just a stone throw from the apartment.
Onsite parking in a private car park was great. Overall a really great stay, we would happily stay here again in when next visiting York.

Excellent apartment, our only quibble was the floors creaked badly upstairs & downstairs.
Cleanliness was so very good which is important.
So nice to be central, shops & attractions a stones-throw away

This apartment didn’t disappoint.

Spacious, clean and modern. Beds were extremely comfortable with good quality bedding. Plenty fresh white towels also.

Heating was easily adjusted and kitchen had everything you would need.

Note - if you are not use to city noise early hours of the morning you will need some ear plugs for front rooms. It didn’t impact our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Parking was excellent- but be mindful only for one car.

Turn right out of the apartment and within a few minutes you hit the street with plenty cafes, restaurants and bars. Couple of minutes after that you are straight to shambles.

We booked late and the booking process , confirmation and arrival details all arrived promptly in my inbox. On arrival, all the details were correct and we entered the accommodation without any fuss, The apartment was excellent, very clean, very comfortable, packed with mod cons etc,

Accommodation was perfect...a short walk to the main attractions of York, felt like a real home from home! Parking space was a real bonus too

Wow amazing location - we couldn’t have asked for a better location everything is on your doorstep.
The apartment is beautifully furnished, with everything we needed for our stay. It was slightly noisy on the Saturday evening but due to the excellent location it was to be expected to have some passing noise.
The booking agents are really approachable and friendly and very accommodating.
My only feedback would be as we walked it didn’t smell great and also the floor boards are really creaky.
I would definitely stay again and would recommend this apartment for your stay in York.
