Great location for the centre of York. Lovely bedroom on the quiet side of the flat. Handy having two bathrooms as my son was sleeping in the lounge. Good comms with the landlord.

Fantastic stay. Very cosy and comfortable. Brilliant amenities within the flat and the location was superb. Bearing in mind how close we were to the centre of York, it was surprising how quiet and peaceful it was at night we slept very comfortably. The only small drawbacks were that we had to go around the flat to work out how and where to switch everything on. The fridge, showers, oven, heating were all switched off without any instructions in the welcome book. Luckily enough everything was easy to work out eventually. Would love to stay again and would recommend.

Gillygate boutique is a perfect apartment in the centre of York, suited for 2 people. Clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. Merely a 5 minute walk to the Minster and all that York city has to offer it is perfectly located. Highly recommend Osborne's @ 68 just along the road for food, and excellent service.

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of York. Everything we needed was there. Cosy and easy to get the rooms warm on the cold days we were there. Hosts were very responsive. Recommended and will definitely stay again.

Once we arrived we wasn’t made aware of the parking situation. They wanted to charge us £40 a day to park behind the apartments. When we got into the property we wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness. We found used ear buds and dental floss in the cupboards, and also the carpets was a mess and mould in the living room. Basically the cleaners need sacking

Overhaul stay was good, good location etc, but....there is a really strong bad smell of damp/fusty which is overpowering when entering the property and was glad to leave come the end of our stay. Also would benefit from a TV in the bedroom and sofa is uncomfortable. These remarks are from a regular traveller and as I say apart from these issues the overhaul stay was good.

a great place to stay if your going to be a "tourist" for a few days! The apartment was right near the centre and lots of restraunts and bars, we had a show booked at theatre royal and that was a short walk away, we had no need for any taxis during our whole stay. We will certainly return, very clean and spacious for me and my wife.

The apartment is a great location easy to find everything . Apartment are clean and everything is there what you need ! The only down side is the parking the RingGo app does work in this car park so you have to use pay by phone which work a lot more expensive but is was worth it ! We will come back again now we know about the parking

It was nice to have tea, coffee etc provided. Lovely and warm and a great location! Lots of little convenient extras at the flat which is great, foil, dishwasher, hand wash, washing up liquid, towels etc.

It was all perfect.
This spacious apartment is cosy and very well located to the center of York.
Confortable bed & a very good Sofabed. It has 2 bathrooms, very practical as we were 4.
There was also a beautiful kitchen, which we did not use, because we ate most of the time outside.
I can 100% recommend this apartment.

We have visited this apartment before and only noticed on arrival this time it has had a full refurb throughout! It was lovely, very fresh and cosy. Perfect for a couples weekend away, we did notice there was a sofa bed too and a second bathroom so you could comfortably sleep 4 guests. The kitchen is slightly on the smaller side however it has everything you could need, including a dishwasher which was great. Location was better than we remember, the street is full with places to eat, drink shop etc and you are a couple of minutes walk from the heart of York and places such as the York Minster.
We love York, this is our go to flat for future visits.

Very clean apartment, there is free parking and very fast free wi-fi.
Great location only a 5-10 minute walk in to the centre.
The kitchen had all the equipment that we needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone.

Great apartment in a brilliant location for a small family. only a 5 minute walk to the york minster and other york attractions! it is spacious and has great interior with comfortable beds. there is free wi-fi and has a smart flat screen TV which we made use of.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, we were very impressed with it. we stayed here for 2 nights and it was very comfortable for us. it has free wi-fi and free parking which we made use of as we arrived by car. the property is fully equipt with everything we required and more! The location is also perfect, only a 5 minute walk in to the city centre.
It was left very clean for us and the customer service we received was great.
Overall a great stay, we will definitely return.
