We really enjoyed our stay here recently. We were two people, meant to be 3, but one of our party wasn't able to make it. So between 2 of us we had plenty of space and it would have been just fine with 3 people as well. All rooms in the apartment were comfortable, beds very comfortable. Slept great! The location was fab - York is very walkable and the apartment is very close to the main part of the city so we were able to get back easily wherever we went. I highly recommend and I would book again for a party of up to 4 adults. 6 adults might feel like too much of a squeeze as two of the bedrooms were small, and although there's two spacious bathrooms one is attached to the master bedroom.

We loved it. Parking 2 mins away opposite the flat. Walking distance from the town centre. The flat was really comfortable with all possible amenities. It was easy to access. Excellent stay ☺️

We stayed here for my daughters graduation from York St John. It was a perfect location, only a five minute walk for both the Uni and the Minster.
Could not fault the property in anyway.
The free parking was very convienient.
I had one query while we were there and this was answered extremely fast.
We would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

The location is excellent. Just outside the city walls and only 5 minutes walk to the Minster and 10 minutes to the Christams Market in Parliament St. There are several restaurants and welcoming pubs in the vicinity. Views from the property's small outside area across the battlements and the Museum Gardens make the property quite memorable. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are modern and of a good standard. Absolutely, nothing to complain about at all.

We love staying in York during Ghost Week. After staying at the same location for the last few years we decided to look for a 3 bedroom place this year. The apartment is 5-10 minutes walk away from the Minster and most of the other York attractions in the town centre.

Communication with the owners in advance of our trip was great. We found a parking place in the council car park (which was included with the apartment) just across the main road from the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living/dining room was cosy with lots of seating. The main bathroom was a good size, the beds were comfy and the largest bedroom had a great en-suite. We would definitely stay again.

Please take me back!!!!! well where do i start , this was a trip for the four of us to experience a different Christmas to go away instead of being at home . Our boys are 15 and 16 and it was a big leap of faith. We arrived on Dec 23rd and the accommodation was so comfortable, tidy, and so cosy with heating that made the place a luxury always so warm after being out all day. Our rooms were pristine and the kitchen was just perfect.
This beautiful property is so close to the main York attractions and parking only took 20 mins to find a space so close we could check on the car if needed. It has made our Christmas 2024 and memories very special, thankyou so much x

Priestly House is the ideal house to stay in York.
It's location makes for easy access to the station, Minster, Theatres, Betty's and the Ivy all less than a 10 minute walk away. Lovely accommodation with comfortable beds and nice clean fresh linen and towels.
Sainsbury's local just across the road and lots of bars and restaurants very close by too.
We had a lovely stay and would be keen to return I'd recommend this property to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Great location it was clean and the bedrooms were nice. Only reason it’s not a 100% perfect stay is that the amenities are lacking a bit. Two toilet rolls for 5 guests and no shower gel felt a bit stingy for the price paid. Especially for a “boutique” let. Luckily sainsburys is over the road so we were able to get our own easily.

I’d recommend the stay overall.

This was the second time that the women in our party had stayed at Priestley house and we had returned with our spouses because of its central location and large living space. York and this property was an excellent meeting point for us coming from different UK cities by train.
As before the beds were comfortable and the property met most of our expectations. There were a few things that could be done to make the property even better and we have passed these onto the agents like the need for extra tea towels and towels. If you are reading this and considering renting just be aware that it can be a bit noisy if you like windows open, and the two second bedrooms have little spare space.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for me and my two friends. Beautiful property with everything we needed and more! We each had our own double bedroom, which is important to us being ladies of a certain age, we like our own space! Very comfortable beds, we all slept so well! Such a beautiful home within easy walking distance if the town centre. Sainsburys directly opposite, which made everything very easy. Takeaways on the street and two bookshops! Perfect! Parking was easy and free. House was stylish, warm, and clean. Some street noise but that’s to be expected and did not in any way detrimental to our stay. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our weekend here - the house was very comfortable and central. The kitchen was well equipped, although there was no shower gel or soap, so remember to bring your own! We will certainly be back.

This house was amazing, it had everything we needed, it was fully private, very spacious. The décor was lovely, so modern! Would absolutely stay here again, the location was great, the handbook in the property was so useful and very informative. The hosts were brilliant, couldn't have actually asked for more. We will be back.

This property was absolutely stunning . The interior was done to such a high, unique standard. It had a very modern, yet extremely homely/cosy feel which you don't often get both. There was a nice little window/balcony area that looked out onto the city walls. It was perfect. There are so many positives to this property and absolutely no negatives. They even provided discounted parking in a nearby car park. Happily stay here again.

We were a group of 3 couples and stayed here for our joint anniversaries, there is plenty of space for 6 people and the balcony are has such a stunning view, the property was spotless and very well put together!! The staff were excellent and very accomodating. Would certainly reccomend

Excellent communication with the York Boutique Lets team. Would definitely stay here again and we stay at a lot of holiday lets. Lovely property with everything you could need. Beautiful property, amazing location to the Minster and that side of York. Great set up for a group of friends/family/couples. Double beds in each room with very comfy mattresses!

We had a good weekend staying at this property which Is convenient for the City. Beds very comfortable and kitchen equipped for our needs. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties as two flights of stairs to two of the bedrooms and I would suggest a warning re the step in the hall down to the lobby.. Automatic light in the bathroom a good safety feature but bit dazzling in the middle of the night and could perhaps be more dimmed!

The accommodation has beautiful views, I was pleasantly surprised. My husband enjoyed his Birthday present, we will be coming back. The staff was very attentive.
