The Warehouse is a beautifully decorated and very stylish and modern 2 bedroom newly built property, based in a lovely quiet area just outside of York City centre.

This lovely property has the convenience of being located in a quiet, friendly village while still having a direct bus route in York city centre , the bus stop is located within a few minutes’ walk at the end of the drive way.

The apartment is newly built therefore upon entering the property, you will immediately notice that everything is done to high boutique standard.

This stunning property offers 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests very comfortably. It is also has the added flexibility of being dog friendly, allowing your furry friend to come along and enjoy your getaway for a small extra fee.

The accommodation is all based on the ground floor level. As you enter, you arrive into the open plan living-dining and kitchen area, the whole space is tastefully decorated and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you will need to cook a basic meal. There is also a stylish table to seat 4 guests, offering the perfect space to enjoy your meal together, or indulge in a takeout from one of York’s many restaurants.
The large patio doors, and floor to ceiling windows open the living space and look out onto the private garden which is fully enclosed with a small seating area for you to enjoy.

Heading through the corridor towards the bedroom, you will find a utility area with a washing machine for your use, alongside an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
The First bedroom offers a King size bed with en-suite and tv, and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, with the option of having these turned into a Super king bed. The single bedroom also has the added bonus of an en-suite. Each of the bathrooms offer modern tiling, and walk in showers.

All beds are of an excellent hotel quality and linen and towels are provided throughout your stay! The fixtures and fittings in the property are top-class with luxurious modern furnishings throughout.
The lovely village of Haxby offers excellent commuter links and bus links into the historic city centre.

This friendly area has good, close by amenities including pubs, shops, various choices of restaurants a hairdressers, supermarkets, a bakery and a fish and chip shop, and there is also a village park and a superb golf course just 7 miles away.

Millers fish and chip shop is award winning and definitely worth visiting and Haxby Bakehouse is second to none, along with Quinns as an option for an evening wine bar, and many coffee shops to choose from.
This property is perfect if you are wanting a nice relaxing stay with family, friends or your partner, with easy access to the city centre but away from all the hustle and bustle of the City Centre! Free parking on the driveway and high speed Wi-Fi is also provided, alongside parking is for two cars.

This property also provides sustainable and eco-friendly living, which includes solar PV panels, ASHP and underfloor heating. Most of the fixtures and fittings have been sourced either locally or with sustainability in mind.

Excellent accommodation, great for York - about £8 in an uber. Lovely area and great, clean space. Really recommend this wonderful accommodation.
