Woodlea House is a lovely 3 bedroom house located on the outside of York city centre, located a short walk from a main bus route to take you directly to the city centre..

This stunning house provides off street parking for up to 2 cars.

This property can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, The main bedroom is a super king bed and the other 2 bedrooms both have a double bed. All beds linen and towels are of a hotel quality. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, providing comfortable sleeping accommodation for an extra 2 guests.

Plenty of seating is provided in the lounge area for sprawling in front of the smart Tv. The house has a large solid oak dining table, that can comfortably seat 8 guests, which is perfect to sit and enjoy a meal or a take out!

The spacious fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal, it comprises of a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the utility area.

Super fast WIFI is provided throughout your stay, with 59mb download speeds and 16mb uploads speeds.

The house has a spacious outdoor garden with a decked area and garden furniture.

This property is the perfect for any length of stay with friends or families, this property caters for group bookings or hen parties!

Myself and family stayed for the weekend and we felt right at home. Cosy, beautiful house. Rooms were comfortable and the dining area great for our family meal. Short drive to the town centre which was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

A beautiful house in a quiet location, the hot tub and garden was lovely and the highlight of the accommodation. A short taxi ride into the centre of York which was convenient.

Quiet location. Local bakeries and pubs are walkable. The house was secure and nice, but a bit more tired than the photos let on. The bed linen and towels were hotel standard.
You can bus to town easily, or the best park and ride is Poppleton Bar, which is about 10 mins drive away.

Loved having access to the hot tub and found the house to be tastefully designed with very comfortable bedrooms and a great shower and bath in the main bathroom. Also a wonderful garden.

For the price it's incredibly hard to beat considering it easily slept 8 people. Good utilities and the only hiccup was immediately sorted and dealt with. Great communication and the hot tub was an added bonus!

We had such a great weekend with family and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and gardens, which were very well looked after, the house was very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped for some great family meals!! The large 8 seater dining table was great! overall a great stay and a very good holiday house! We will certainly return next summer!!

I highly recommend this place if you need to travel in to the centre of York or for the race course as Uber where very cheap. It’s also very accessible from the out skirts of York if you’re traveling in. Very clean house with 2 parking spaces and plenty of room to park on the road I’d highly recommend this place.

Great property, the gardens were well maintained and the hot tub was nice and warm for our wet weekend away, the rain didn't dampen our spirits in this beautiful property, a home from home and we would reccomend to anyone for a retreat away from teh hussle and bussle of York, also a place close enough to enjoy it when you like with it been a 10 minute drive to the centre.

The house was better than pictured. Lovely and clean, large hot tub. Large garden. The sun was shining for most of our stay which was glorious. Parking for two cars and on street. Plenty of glasses and mugs etc, comfy beds and an extra toilet which was handy. Loved it would deffo stay again.

The house was very spacious. Large bedrooms, downstairs toilet. Large fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Parking on the drive. Property was very clean!! Really big garden which was perfect for the children to play and run around. The Hot tub was amazing and really made our stay after exploring the city and all that york has too offer! The bedrooms are spacious, great interiors throughout, living room cosy and lovely dining table. Excellent kitchen and bathrooms! The hot tub in the garden tops off this wonderful house. Every detail thought of, towels provided for every room, hot tub very clean and hygienic. Over all house was spotless! So clean, and comfortable, with tiny details thought of such a books, blankets, etc. Close to all facilities. Exceeded our expectations :)

We arrived to this lovely house with a great drive for parking, walked in and was so pleased with the property! the garden is a great size and the Hot tub made our break so much more relaxing!! We did plenty of site seeing so to be able to get away from the hussle and bussle was perfect for our family, the added bonus of a shower and a bath was also great for the kids. You can tell this property is very well looked after, all the details are lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Property was great, hot tub was the best feature of the house and it was perfect for the kids. We realised shortly after arriving that you can bring your dogs here as well which we certainly will do on our next visit.
House was well equipped and there was a folder with lots of details and recommendations in also of things to do in York.
We come to York often and will happily stay here again!

We had the best time here, we came for the weekend as a group and loved every minute.
It was really clean throughout and the beds were very comfy. All your towels were provided alongside little touches like a hairdryer which we packed and did not need to. They really have thought everything through here! The hot tub was just what we needed and the garden area was really spacious, which worked out well for us as we picked a warm weekend.
We had an issue getting into the house and called the host for assistance, it was our error using a key safe for the first time but they were so quick and helpful and made us realise how easy the check in process was!
Very happy with the service and with the stay and would happily come back here again.

great house with good garden space and a hot tub. The house is beautifully decorated and has very comfortable furnature The house is very clean and spacious also.
The location is good and is on the main bus route in to the centre of york, this wasn't a problem for us. There is free parking also.
Overall an amazing stay

We had a lovely stay at woodlea hpouse in york, it is cleaned to a very high standard and has very comfortable furnature. It is very spacious and is decorated beautifully, also very modern.

Very clean house with spacious bedrooms and living space. all the facilities we needed were present and there is free wifi along with a smart TV. There is free parking on the drive right outside the front door. The hot tub is a very nice touch it is very warm and very clean also. The services we used were very friendly and helpful with guiding us to find the house. Thelocation is great and only a short bus drive or car drive into york city centre.

Gorgeous house with great, modern interior. It is very spacious with a great living and kitchen area.
The beds and sofas are very comfortable, bedrooms also very big.
There is 2 free off street parking spaces which was great for us as we drove to york. Although the house is not in the city centre. it is close to the bus route and only a 15 minute drive in to the city centre.
The house is very impressive and has some garden space also which is nice.
There is free wifi and a smart TV.
We will definitley return to this property

we were very happy with our stay in woodlea ouse and the services we received.
The property is not in the city centre however is only a short drive to get there and it is also located right near the bus route which is very cheap to catch.
The property is stunnung inside and has very modern interior which looks amazing. We were very comfortable in the bedrooms and living space and had no issues what so ever.
The hot tub is a great touch to the rpoperty and we made use of this.
The hot tub was spotless and warm as well as the property being very clean.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at woodlea house and will definitley return here again.

my husband and i stayed here with 2 other couples and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. the property was absolutley spotless and it was noticable that the cleaner has taken that extra time perfecting the property.
Although the property is not in the centre of york it is only a small car journey of about 10 minutes, so this was not a problem for us because there was two off street parking spaces available for us- free of charge!
There is a great living and kitchen area which is very spacious and there was more than enough space for 6 adults to lounge around at times.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and will definitley return

Real nice place, spacious throughout, plenty of seating in living and dining area. Good size kitchen with downstairs WC and a utility was extremely ideal. Lovely garden, plenty of space and seating and hot tub was a huge bonus, perfect place for a summer stay with some nice weather.
Comfy beds, nice décor, easy parking. Outside of city centre but easy access to a bus route.
Great property, highly recommend and would love to come back.

A nice family property well placed for driving into York. 3 nice, clean double bedrooms with comfortable beds. The hot tub was well-placed and warmed up quickly and was great fun - the kids loved it, even in the cold weather. Once we worked out how to make the heating work, it was fine. Dishwasher didn't drain (reported) and a small part of the decking was broken when we arrived. Overall, a great stay. York Boutique Lets were excellent - friendly and responsive. We wish you success for the future:-)

This house is extremely spacious, 3 comfortable bedrooms, spacious living/dining area and a decent size kitchen, plus a utility! There is also a larger than average garden, the garden really was lovely and the hot tub was a massive booking point and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean throughout and we was surprised to how well equipped the house was, the kitchen in particular! We was able to stay in most nights and cook using everything provided. High speed WIFI was provided as was parking on the drive which was handy. Easy access to the city centre via Bus, the bus route was nearby.

The house was very spacious. Large bedrooms, downstairs toilet. Large equipped kitchen and utility. Parking on the drive. Property was very clean!! Really big garden which was perfect for the children. Hot tub was amazing and really made our stay! Outside the city centre but easy bus routes to York. Would love to come back.

We had great stay here the garden and the hot tub was so nice especially with the lovely weather !
House was clean and spacious and had everything we needed .

Had the best stay in York in Woodlea House. The house was very spacious and bright, lovely furniture and cosy feel to the home. Large dining table which was perfect for our family. Beds were very comfortable! The garden was really spacious, brilliant for the kids and the Hot tub just made our stay so perfect. Parking on the drive was great, easy access to a bus stop that takes you straight into York! Easy check in details and really helpful responsive host. Faultless stay:)

Would reccomended this property to stay at. York Boutique were welcoming and helpful owners, kept me informed before the trip. Impressed with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. Is a short drive into York centre, from the accommodation, but plenty of shops available for your essential needs in Acomb. Would book with York Boutique again, for sure. ThankYou.
