I have stayed many times at Wharton Lodge and several times at Harewood Cottage. It is always very clean, warm and comfortable with fresh flowers and supplies in the fridge on arrival. Nicky and George always make you feel very welcome and I appreciate their very friendly and helpful approach and attitude. The whole team at Wharton Lodge are great and nothing is too much trouble. Nicky is very good at suggestions for places to visit and what is happening in the area. The fact that I keep returning and feel very well looked after in Harewood shows how much I enjoy my visits! Highly recommended.
What a lovely, comfortable cottage in a fabulous location with everything you could possibly need. All the team have been so welcoming, helpful and friendly and nothing has been too much trouble to ensure our stay has been comfortable. We’ve had such a lovely time and there are so many great places to visit in easy reach of the cottage…we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you, this is definitely one to return to!
We have stayed at these cottages several times & they never disappoint. Elgar was perfect - very clean, comfortable, decor wonderful and it had everything we needed. Gardens and grounds beautiful. Very tranquil, but plenty to do in surrounding areas. Nick, George & the WL team made us very welcome as always. A wonderful stay & we feel very chilled. Looking forward to going back
