Rose Vale Villa is a beautiful newly built house which offers accommodation for up to 8 guests and boasts a large sunny garden with an outdoor hot tub.

Decorated throughout with lovely seaside hues, the villa offers a light and airy open plan kitchen diner, a large living space with a log burning stove, four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Centrally located, just a few minute’s walk from the harbour and the award winning beaches of St Ives, Rose Vale Villa is the perfect location to explore all St Ives has to offer.

More than 8 people in your party? No problem! Rose Vale Cottage is located next door and can sleep a further 8 guests.

This is our third time staying at the house. We had a lovely time celebrating my birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary. As always Christine was so helpful in arranging for us to stay an extra couple of nights, looking forward to staying again soon

Our 4th year returning to the amazing Villa. It has everything you could wish for.
A short stroll down to the centre of St Ives with a secure parking space.
It’s plenty big enough for 3 families, both upstairs and downstairs.
The kitchen is equipped so well and you can cook anything from a light snack to a full Sunday roast.
The beds are extremely comfy with 2 out of 3 bedrooms being on suite, the 3rd is served with a big bathroom.
The garden is fabulous and very dog friendly as it’s so secure.
The team at Cherished Cottages are a lovely friendly team and on the other end of the phone for any questions/issues.
We have already booked our 5th year there and can’t wait to get back.
Thank you Tim, Christine and team Cherished for yet another fab year.

Perfect location. Lovely house and garden. Would have liked an umbrella over the garden table so we had some shade when eating outside. Also the location of the hot tub would be better in the main garden (like the next door cottage) as not very sociable at the back. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here in September 2020 and knew when we wanted to book again with family this was the place to stay, it’s a great size for 5 of us, all the rooms were big including the bedrooms and great having two en-suites and a bathroom.

Perfect having a secure garden too if you take a dog with you..

Overall a brilliant place to stay and only 5 mins down Bedford Road into St Ives, we will definitely stay again when we come as a family.

This is our 3rd stay in the villa and we have also stayed in the cottage previously.
A big property with fabulous rooms and plenty of space for 3 couples.
Great secure garden for the dogs too.
The parking in a bonus too.
A short 5 minute walk from the centre of St Ives, but far enough away for it to be quiet.
Already booked for next year again.
The team at Cherished are second to none and always on the end of the phone should you need anything.

I can highly recommend this house it’s very comfortable clean and such a lovely welcome pack ,
Flowers were my favourite as if you knew
To me it’s the perfect place to stay close enough to the town and beaches harbour
Yet far enough away from hustle and bustle,
I just love it here I certainly will be coming back highly recommend

We spent a week in the Villa on the run up to Easter and had a lovely stay!
The villa was very clean, welcoming, and the location was just wonderful! Only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour.
The hot tub was lovely as was the secure garden for the doggies to play in.
To improve the Villa I would suggest better equipping the kitchen with cooking utensils and also its the first holiday home that I’ve stayed in that did not provide salt and pepper!
The gate is difficult to get in - the code provided on the paperwork did not work and only one of the fobs for the car park (which is tight squeeze in a big 4x4) worked.
Other than a few tiny suggestions we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.
The welcome bag was a lovey addition too.

Stayed in rose vale villa for a week to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday, first time staying with cherished and exceeded our expectations. The house was very spacious and clean. The layout of the house is perfect and although the house is modern it still has a very cosy feel. The garden was very big which was perfect for our two dogs. The hot tub really made it feel luxurious and was perfect after a day of shopping or walking on the beach. Location is great as you can just walk down to the town or to the many beaches st ives has to offer. Parking for one car in the underground car park and cherished recommend the st ives rugby club for second car, can book online. It is quite a walk up hill but we just got a lift up in other car, parking prices are very reasonable. Communication with cherished is great! Could do with slightly later checkout but understand cleanliness is a priority. I would definitively recommend and hope to return again, thank you cherished for the great stay!

This is our 3rd year returning to this property. It is so conveniently located to never need to use your car.
The kitchen is so well equipped that we cook a full Sunday roast every holiday.
It’s clean and fresh. The beds are all so comfy and bedding hotel standard.
The hot tub is an added bonus too.
The garden is safe and secure for your dogs too, very well equipped with loads of garden furniture.
We are already booked in for 2 weeks next year.
If there was any criticism I’d say it could maybe do with one more sofa rather than a chair as we were 6 and it was a slight squeeze.

The house is in a fantastic location and is the reason we have returned for several years. Its a short walk into the town and a nice base to come home to after trips out. The kitchen is good and well equipped. The parking space allocated is in the adjacent underground car park, to access it a very steep road is either driven up or down, fortunately this doesn`t bother my husband. The living room is spacious but more seating is required for bigger groups. Facilities are good and the fenced garden great if you bring a dog. There is a nice set of patio furniture in the garden.

We absolutely loved every moment of our stay at Rose Vale Villa. Everything was wonderful, and the customer service was excellent- The twin bunk beds were a little uncomfortable for an adult and so I called to see if a Mattress topper could be provided. A brand new memory foam mattress topper was delivered the very next day and resolved the issue. Beautifully decorated throughout, although there were a few scuff marks on the walls which need painting over, and one of the paintings in the living room is coming off the wall- Other than this, the place is absolutely spotless. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival. We would definitely stay again in a heart beat. Thankyou Cherished cottages for a really special stay.

This is our second time with Cherished cottages. Last year we were in Rose Vale Cottage, which is beautiful
This year we rented the Villa for 5 of us.
The cottage is just stunning. The master bedroom is huge with high end textiles.
The two main bedrooms have well equipped on suites.
The other bedrooms are large enough and too have lovely quality bedding etc.
The kitchen is short of nothing light, airy and very well equipped for cooking a full Sunday lunch.
All high end tools and two ovens were a bonus.
The garden is big, secure and perfect for dogs to run and play.
A wood burner for cooler evenings with a supply of logs made it really cosy.
The only thing I would say negative is that there isn’t enough seating in the lounge for 8 people as the sofas are on the small side, but other than that, it’s perfect!
The hot tub is an added bonus too.
As for location, you couldn’t get a better spot as it’s just 5 minutes walk into the centre, but far enough away to be very quiet and relaxing.

We already booked in June to go back October 2022 and are waiting to hear if we can book 2023.

A good sized house in an excellent location. A plus having a garden and a parking space in St Ives. The hot tub was a big hit! However, there isn’t enough seating in the lounge for 8 even though there is space for larger/more sofas and the kitchen equipment is somewhat lacking.

Underground car park not ideal for our larger suv vehicle creates hassles when wanting to go out for the day.

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your review, sadly, the parking has been moved and is now located in the underground car park. This has caused an issue for our lovely regular guests like yourselves with bigger vehicles. The parking was moved to this location as previous guests had issues in the open air car park, and the owner felt it was safer to for the guests to be in a secure parking area. However, I am pleased to note that once again you had a fab stay and enjoyed the amazing Villa and all of its facilities. Take care, Tim

A fabulous, well kept, stylish and immaculately clean property.
No expense has been spared and you will not be disappointed.
Beautiful garden, free dedicated parking space and a short walk into town.
On arrival we were greeted with a lovely goody bag, a warm house and a bubbling hot tub.
We had a wonderful week and hope to return!

Rose Vale Villa was just perfect for our family Christmas holiday! It had everything and more. We loved it. A quiet location but only a 5 minute walk to the shops and sea. The garden is fenced in so it was safe for our dogs. We couldn’t of asked for anything more we had the best family holiday ever we’re already talking about when we’ll go back!

This lovely Villa was perfect for our growing family, the location was far enough from the centre but close enough to walk up and down to during the day.
We had a wonderful time and despite the weather we still managed to use the hot tub as we used the large umbrella to shelter us from the rain!
The garden was totally secure for the dogs to be allowed out and had the weather been better the set up of the garden would have been very well used by us all.
We will be returning.

Our stay at rose vale villa was even better than the photos on the cherished web site. The house was beautifully furnished extremely clean and comfortable. We all throughly enjoyed our stay.
