Hardys Studio was very clean and was very close to portgwidden, porthmeor beaches and the Island. Easy walking distance to harbour and shops, restaurants. Useful having microwave and washing machine. Flat a couple steps down from street level.
This flat was in wonderful location with amazing views from both the lounge and main bedding. It was very comfortable, warm and cosy with just enough room for 3 adults and one happy dog. Such a great base for everything beach’s, shops, restaurants and lovely coastal walks. Would be happy to return anytime of the year. Perfect for seeing New Year fireworks without needing to be outside.
We stayed at the West Coast House for the second time and it won't be the last. It has everything one needs and more. The location is top, the sea views spectacular. It is beautifully furnished and decorated as well as comfortable and practical. An amazing house in one of the most beautiful spots I've ever been to.
Outstanding property in an ideal location,The apartment was extremely well-equipped toa very high standard.The outside decking was spacios.High quality bedding ,towels and kitchen equipment.We appreciated the bag of tea ,coffee etc from the company.Our only issue was the very tight parking space but we managed .Our holiday accommodation was perfect.
Back for a 3rd stay and loved it just as much, Couldn’t ask for a better location 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants 5 minutes from the beach. This house has a great feel about it can’t wait to come back next year. Love the treats and flowers on arrival nice touch, Thanks for the stay to all the staff.
Bellair house is in a great location overlooking the Harbour and bay of St Ives. The house is beautiful inside and out. This is our third time at the house. And we will be back for more.
An excellent cottage in heart of St Ives. Comfortable, well equipped, clean, perfect location, everything thing you want for a perfect holiday. Definitely an A+++
This is a truly amazing house to stay in for your holiday, the location and views are second to none The bedrooms are spacious with luxurious bedding, en suites and bathrooms are of an exceptionally high standard The first floor kitchen, dining room and lounge area make the most of the stunning views, as do the decking areas Plenty of outside space to store paddle boards, surf boards, belly boards and wet suits together with an outside shower too We enjoyed every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave
We stayed at The Beach Snug for Christmas 2025 myself and my husband. It was perfect for the 2 of us, comfortable bed, The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. The view was lovely looking out onto Porthmeor Beach with a little balcony with 2 pulldown seats. We don’t have mobility issues but for info there are stone steps down to the front door which is at the rear. Would definitely stay there again.
Great location. View from big top floor bedroom is stunning. Comfy beds and sofa, light airy kitchen, parking absolute bonus. Lovely and clean, plenty of kitchen cookware and crockery. Small showers and no downstairs toilet, otherwise would get top marks! Loved it here, and would stay again for sure.

I’ve stayed in this house many times now. It never looks tired or older. It always feels like we are the first people to stay. This house location and views are absolutely awesome. Fixtures and fittings of the highest quality and so warm and cosy. Just love it here.
We had a lovely week in Hardy’s Cottage. Good size in each of the rooms. Beds were comfy. Nice bathroom with great water pressure for the shower. Kitchen well equipped. We didn’t cook at the cottage. Nice little outside space. Some might struggle with the last few stairs up to the bedrooms/bathroom. No hand rail at the top of the stairs. We would definitely stay again.
We have stayed in about 40 holiday homes over the years. All have been 5 star rated but none have compared to Harbour Lights. Spread over 3 floors it offers everything you would need from a perfect holiday home - cleanliness, comfort, privacy, peace, space and then you have a view that will stay in your mind forever. From the balcony you look down on to St Ives bay and harbour. Sitting out there with a cold drink, watching the boats and yachts coming and going is paradise. This was our second stay in Rock House. Great location and garage and parking space a real plus. Appreciated the welcome bag (wine, tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, and doggy chews). Flowers were a lovely touch too. Cutlery, plates, glasses etc were plentiful. Wash room at back of house was very useful for cleaning dog after going on beach. The table in the front room had an excellent selection of games as well (which we didn’t find until almost the end of our stay as the chest just looks like a table). Had a wonderful stay at Sailfish Cottage. The Cottage provided comfortable and good facilities and location was perfect for accessing all local amenities in the heart of St Ives. The private Car Park space was an added bonus to our stay. Would definitely recommend.
Great use of space having stayed at another studio which wasn’t as spacious, this is fabulous. Big kitchen surface area, cupboard and shelves for luggage and lovely bathroom! We would definitely stay again!
Another quality property from Cherished. Superb location with stunning views from lounge and master bedroom which never failed to make me smile. Lovely balcony overlooking beach and another overlooking the town. No parking but can use Barnaloft for dropping off luggage. We arranged private parking which saves any uncertainty of finding a space. Ideally situated for restaurants, shops and walks. Only negative is poor lighting for reading but I would not hesitate in returning.
Had a amazing stay at St Nicholas court and st ives is always a place we holiday in and never disappoints.
We've been taking family holidays in St Ives for the last 20 years and Panorama is probably our new favourite place to stay. Plenty of space, good facilities, a stones throw from Fore Street and fantastic views over the harbour and North coast. Customer service was great with clear and accommodating information.
Another great holiday at the oldbakehouse. Great location. Decent size fridge freezer. Comfy sofas and bed. Step outside the front door and you’re 2 mins away from everything. Cherished cottage team can’t do enough to make your stay perfect
Westholme is a wonderful house in a great location. Just a couple of minutes walk down the hill to Porthmeor Beach. The house had everything we needed and is beautifully decorated. The living room upstairs was my favourite, with fabulous views of the sea. We loved this house so much that we have already booked for next year
Located on Porthmeor Beach, 8 St Nicholas Court provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday, regardless of the weather. Finished to a very high standard, the apartment is very comfortable with excellent views across the beach and only a short walk into St Ives town. Highly recommended.
First stay here buts it’s now in our top 5 faves list!! Great place to stay location wise & it’s full of everything you need & beautifully done throughout. It’s cosy but the living area is so light with the high beamed ceilings.. we just loved it all ! And as ever the service, helpfulness and care of the team at Cherished outstanding!! Thanxx again xx

This was our fourth time staying at this property so, obviously, we love it here. It is extremely comfortable, convenient for everything that St Ives has to offer and the view from the property onto Porthmeor beach is stunning. We will, of course, be back.
A return visit to 4 Island Road, and the cottage was fully up to the usual exceptional standards. We have been visiting St Ives for eleven years now and have used Cherished for most of those visits. They are a friendly, helpful and efficient company that we can recommend without reservation.
