Experience Woodpecker Lodge on the edge of mature woodland, providing holiday accommodation in Ribchester. Relaxation is certainly on the cards, perfect for a romantic couples break in Lancashire. The lodge has the benefit of an onsite spa and swimming pool which houses both a sauna and steam room. Dedicated therapists work their magic in either or double or single treatment room, they come highly recommended and provide a range of treatments.

We have now stayed in 6 different cottages and each and everyone has been superb. This is our second time in this cottage, and although compact, it has everything you need for a great stay. Staff are so friendly, and always at hand in case needed. Would recommend anyone to try RVHH

Our lodge was pristine with everything we needed for our break. The views of the countryside around were stunning and it was lovely to hear the birds and sheep - so quiet. A perfect escape from our busy city life. We will return.

I was only in this delightful cottage for 12 hours as took poorly and taken to hospital, but the staff have been superb with my wife and family as always. The cottage is superb, with exceptional fittings, and we could not fault it at all. The setting of the cottage is beautiful, with a great view of the surrounding countryside. A superb place for a couple to stay for a break. Thanks to the staff again. We have stayed in various cottages in this complex over the years and cannot recommend them enough as they are all excellent.
