Lundin Farmhouse is a truely stunning property in a beautiful location. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 are en-suite. All beds area zip and link for maximum flexibility. There is a hot tub, fantstic games room, TV snug and even a private lochan for some fishing and wild swimming. The kitchen and living area is huge and is so well equipped. There are wood burners and full central heating.
There is ample parking and a large enclosed garden ideal for dogs. Up to 4 dogs are welcome.

We were joined by two families and there was plenty to do for all ages. Lovely kitchen to cook in. Views stunning (enhanced by warm, sunny weather). Enjoyed Birks of Aberfeldy walk, Crannog Centre and watching kayaking in Grantly.

Amazing house! Warm, clean and instantly comfortable. We used the pond to have some fun paddle boarding The views are stunning, wild life too ducks, pheasants, hairs, hawks and on the last day we saw a white deer.

I honestly don't know where to begin with how lovely this house is! It is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The views from every angle are amazing and the gardens are immaculate.
The kitchen is absolutely amazing, it made cooking for 9 a pleasure. It is so well equipped, there is everything you could ever need. It even has two ovens and two dishwashers! The owners have thought of everything to make staying in their home comfortable and luxurious.
We loved the hot tub, the games room and even tried fishing in the lochan. The owner Patrick was so kind to spend some time with us, showing us how to catch a fish.
We've been coming to this area for almost 20 years and always find something new to do. This time we were torn between going out to explore and staying in the house. Our week here disappeared and none of us wanted to come home.
The fact that this is a pet friendly house is an added bonus. We love that we can take our dog to a beautiful holiday home and not compromise on quality.
This house is definitely a credit to its owners and Highland Perthshire Holiday Homes. We hope to be back again soon.

This farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and in the most perfect location for exploring wonderful Perthshire. The views from all the windows were so good for the soul, there was plenty of room for everyone and it was very well equipped and comfortable for a large group.

For any group wanting a break away this is the place to go. Exceptionally clean and roomy with an extremely well kitted out kitchen , with everything you need. There was someone at hand if needed. Had great fun in the games room. All in all a fabulous time and we will be back !!

Lundin Farmhouse is the best equipped house I have ever rented. Location and house are beautiful. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are superb and the bedrooms and en-suites are sheer luxury. There is one smaller double room which is still very lovely. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Lundin Farmhouse is very well appointed with the games room being a real favourite with our family of teenagers, parents and Grandparents. The hot tub was a big hit too. The kitchen had every appliance we needed for our stay. The decor is very pleasing, fresh and calming. There is nothing about Lundin not to like. The owner Patrick is very helpful.

Lundin Farmhouse is a truly beautiful property. Our multi-generational party especially loved the games room and the fabulous kitchen / dining / lounge area.
The views are beyond spectacular and the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.
The fully enclosed garden areas were great for our little dog - he loved it - and the parking area was more than big enough for all of our cars.
We have stayed in a variety of holiday homes over the years but none quite as lovely as Lundin Farmhouse. Highland Perthshire Holiday Homes make the booking process seamless and we can honestly say that this is the best so far!
We hope to return in the very near future!

We were a family of three generations visiting Lundin Farmhouse. The house is absolutely beautiful in stunning scenery. Everything for your comfort was included even fluffy dressing gowns and slippers. The games room was a great area for all members of our family. And the hot tub in the garden was an added bonus with a fire pit to sit by and enjoy an evening.
