Beach View Cottage is a stunning two bedroom bungalow with sea views and direct access to the dunes below. The decor gives a nod to mid century modern style. There's also a separate one bedroom annexe which means the property sleeps six in total. Two dogs are welcome free of charge.

Beach view is a fabulous property with amazing views of the sea. Communication was great, the cottage was lovely and clean, The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of plates, cups etc. Both bedrooms are very nice with very comfortable beds, which was great. It was really peaceful and quiet, plus we found people there very friendly. The views from the back of the cottage are amazing. It was lovely just looking out at the sea, and hearing the sound of the waves. Great bonus with the gate going down to the dunes, and straight to the beach which our dogs loved. We didn’t use the studio at the side of the property, as there was only the two of us.
This was our first visit to the Norfolk area, and it did not disappoint. We found it to be very dog friendly and people friendly to, which was fab, one of the best holidays that we’ve been to. Plus the weather was kind to us, so all in all fantastic week.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage big wow from the moment we walked in
Absolutely perfect everything you need for a perfect holiday is there
The owners have put so much love into the cottage
Very spacious and comfortable
The garden is lovely with beautiful view of the dunes and sea
Go through garden gate and it just carries on down to the dunes
Perfect location for walks to Hemsby if you want amusements etc or walk to quiter winterton where there is a dunes cafe
Dolphin clubhouse is a short stroll from cottage very nice staff and food
We have already booked our next visit
