Cleveland House is a large detached house in the centre of Winterton-on-Sea, just five minutes walk from the beach. It has a large enclosed garden with a hot tub for the sole use of guests. Sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms with a maximum of four dogs welcome free of charge.

We booked Cleveland House for a family get together to celebrate a 60th birthday. From the initial booking everything went smoothly and the owner really helped us out. The property is large and spacious with everything we needed - even towels to use for the hot tub! The large dining room was great for a large family meal. The property was spotless and bedding and towels were great. The late check out on the Sunday was a real bonus as we were able to do a full Sunday lunch before leaving.

We thoroughly recommend Cleveland House and look forward to returning soon.

We booked Cleveland House for my daughter’s 40th birthday , the booking process was easy and communication from Rachel was very good . The house was so cosy, very clean and comfortable for our family of 10 . We cooked our meals in and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need , also so many mugs and plates etc so you could load the dishwasher and still have lots of stuff to use .Beds were all very comfortable and the hot tub was used even though it was sleeting outside . We all agreed that we would love to come and stay again especially in the summer ! If your looking for a large house for all the family you can’t go wrong with Cleveland House it was amazing

Booked Cleveland House to celebrate my partner's 30th Birthday in November with our family (8 adults, 1 toddler and 3 dogs). The house was clean, well equipped, cosy, warm and just felt like another home from home - we all loved it! The hot tub is a bit of added luxury. The beach is a lovely 5 minute walk away and is the most gorgeous sandy beach, we had lots of fantastic dog walks and even saw the seals in the sea nearing the shore. There is a convenience store a 1 minute walk away, alongside a pub and cafe. The booking process was seamless, Rachel was so helpful and even provided us an earlier check in so that our family could prepare the house ready to surprise my partner! If you need a cake ordering for a special event I recommend 'Semire's Cakes' - she even delivered the cake directly to the house for us and it was just totally delicious. An amazing weekend making memories, thank you so much Winterton cottages!

We have just had 3 nights at Cleveland house, the house was perfect for our family and 2 dogs. The house was so well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved having the hot tub in the garden and the supply of towels was great, saved extra space when packing. Lovely walks through the dunes and onto the beach, the village pub was lovely and everyone was so friendly. We had some lovely fish and chips from chip shop and used the local shop too, we didn’t get to go to the tea rooms this time but we will return. Everywhere is in walking distance and very dog friendly.

We loved our stay at Cleveland House. The house had everything we needed, it was warm, comfortable and had loads of space for our family. The hot tub was a particular hit.

I think what we liked most was the location though, we didn't know anything about this area or village before we came, but we would likely return now. The house being right in the middle of the village with a shop, chip shop and nice pub within a minutes walk, only a few minutes walk to the beach and just a few miles from Great Yarmouth, really an ideal location and especially being such a nice village as well.

We stayed this weekend at Cleveland House and have to say it was beautiful. Clean, spacious and super quality, it provided us with the perfect base to relax and catch up with girlfriends. Meals around the spacious table, evenings in the cosy lounge and great walks to see the seals within 10 mins stroll. We would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a perfect base to relax.
