Eva’s Lookout is a modern ‘upside down’ house with a spacious open plan living area upstairs, making the most of the fabulous sea view. There is easy access to the dunes and beach via steps. This stunning property sleeps eight in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. Two dogs are welcome free of charge.

The house is stunning, with amazing views from nearly every window. We stayed for a long weekend, with 8 of us the house had more than enough room. Plenty of bathrooms which were all really clean and modern. The beds were all a great size with good quality bedding and pillows.
The open plan living area is huge with amazing sea views, good large balcony, plenty of seating and large dining table for 8.
Access to the beach through the back gate, the steps going down are steep but do have handrails either side, we walked to Hemsby through the Valley which is a lovely walk.
Staying in February I was worried that a large house would feel cold, but we was warm all weekend, really good heating.
Overall the house is stunning, and look forward to staying again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Eva's Lookout, the house itself is fantastic, very well equipped, plenty of off road parking, and the sea views are just amazing. The location is great with direct access to the dunes and beach so perfect for walking the dogs, and It's only a short walk to the village where there is a pub, local shop, and very nice fish and chips. We really couldn't find fault, and enjoyed our stay so much we've already booked to stay again later in the year.

This is a wonderful holiday home and an absolutely beautiful space to spend time in. You can spend all day just watching the light over the sea or you can be more active walking the dunes for hours, or going to the lovely beach cafe. It is really well equipped - we wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend. Honestly, if it ever comes up for sale, I would buy it!

A fantastic stay, in a fantastic property.

- Communication from the owner was extremely quick and she was incredibly accommodating.
- The property was stunning - in great condition and very clean.
- The views from the balcony were beautiful, from sunrise to sunset. When you have the door open you can also hear the waves in the distance.
- I was travelling alone with my dog, and felt very safe & secure there.
- The access to the dunes & beach was even better than expected. While the steps down are steep, they have metal on them to help avoid slipping and handrails either side.
- The beach was almost otherworldly. I visited in early January when there was frost and snow, and seal cub season also. I don't think I've ever experienced a beach like it. In the mornings at sunrise there was almost no one there, so you felt like you had it to yourself - other than the seals, who you'd find along the beach and the dunes!

Overall, it was one of the best stays I've had on a UK break, and I really can't wait to return in the future.

Lovely house and location. Amazing view. House is well equipped. We really enjoyed our 4 days here and the area was very quiet and peaceful during our stay, just the sound of the waves crashing on the shore - bliss.

My family had a great new year in Eva’s Lookout. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
The view was amazing with plenty of walks in the area. The local pub was good too!
We will definitely be back.

One of the best value properties I have ever stayed in. The dune and beach access is second to none. We stayed over Christmas and they even provided a tree and many thoughtful touches. Will be staying again. Thank you!
