In a peaceful location overlooking the village green in Winterton-on-Sea, Ketch Cottage offers a relaxing stay for couples or families all year round. The cottage is just five minutes stroll from the beach, and sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms and welcomes two dogs free of charge.

This cottage is perfect location, pub is across the road, local shop too and the beach is a 10 minute walk.
Very homely, everything you could think of or need is there. The garden was perfect for our dog, just the right size (when he wasn’t too tired from all his beach walks).
There is also an enclosed dog field you can hire walking distance if your dog doesn’t have great recall it’s perfect, it’s called Winterton hound ground.
Only negative I have is the towels were small and the mattress could be harder.
Loved our stay there and would recommend to friends.

We had a lovely week at Ketch Cottage. The cottage as everything g you need, we arrived to a lovely basket of goodies which was very welcome. Everything was clean, comfy beds and bed linen. Towels could be a bit bigger. Plenty of parking, garden lovely, our dogs loved it. The fact that the beech is a short walk away is a massive bonus with some lovely walks. The pub at the end of the drive also great, food was good and really friendly. We would love to go back.

Beautiful cottage in quiet, central location with easy access to the beach. We have stayed in Winterton for several years and this is by far the best cottage that we have stayed in.
Secure garden for dog and direct access to kitchen/ utiliy room to clean up before accessing the rest of property
Comfortable beds, well equipped and clean throughout.
We had an excellent stay- thankyou

Great central location. The cottage was very clean inside but the outside needs attention especially the windows. Lovely quiet back garden for sunny days very secure for our dog. There was a dead pigeon full of maggots that my husband had to clear away before the dog enjoyed it. Front garden was perfectly presented and plenty of parking space. Would have preferred an upstairs bathroom and a better shower but it was fine for a week. As usual Winterton is a lovely village and has everything we need for a doggy holiday.

We stayed over New year and had a lovely week in this cosy cottage. It was nice to arrive to a warm house with a Christmas tree and a welcome basket of treats. The kitchen, although quite small is well stocked and it was nice to have a separate dining room. The garden was perfect for our spaniel. It's location was good for walks onto the dunes/beach and the shop and pub. We would definitely stay again.

A very comfy cottage overlooking a green and very near an excellent pub. Short walk to the beach and nature reserve. Really enjoyed our stay at Ketch cottage
