Marram Sands is a spacious detached bungalow with an enclosed garden, just five minutes walk from Hemsby beach. The property sleeps six in three bedrooms with two bathrooms, and you can glimpse the sea from both the living room and garden. 1-2 dogs are welcome to stay free of charge.

First time in this accommodation at Hemsby. Very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the private garden and plenty of seating options. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and fresh. Plenty of crockery. Lots of containers/dishes. Juke box a great novelty. Plenty of parking. Two towels plus face cloth per guest - although the bath towels were rather small. Generous sized fridge/freezer. Found one bed with a 13.5 tog duvet, far too hot for the summer particularly with the summer we’ve been having. Lots of blankets/cushions everywhere and lots of odd things in the kitchen cupboards. Lots of boxes filled with children’s toys - not at all required for our stay. Missed storage for clothes, was quite tight trying to fit into the small wardrobe by the bed. Had to hang up everything but happy to say they were plenty of hangers. Having checked the layout before arriving, brought my own wheely bedside table and usb chargeable lamp so could read in bed and have somewhere for those ‘bits’ that you keep beside the bed. I always also take a wheely plastic narrow unit that happened to fit nicely beside the sink behind the door for the extra bathroom storage needed. Worked out perfectly. We were happy we chose this accommodation this year.

Second time at marram sands fantastic location access to beach great for the dog. Amenities close everything we needed only thing found seating uncomfortable for sitting as we had inclement weather we were in more than normal . Didn’t detract from the holiday would book marram sand again without hesitation .

We stayed last year ,was so good we came back again ,a lovely property , everything you could need and more, perfect location, great for taking dog down for morning and afternoon walks, nick quite area, will definitely come back again, check in was smooth

The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious, well-equipped and totally safe and practical for your dog. The location is perfect - dune walks nearby and the beautiful beach and clear sea just beyond that. The area is so quiet and peaceful - even the seagulls were quiet. We had a wonderful time - especially as I was recovering from surgery.

Marram sands is the perfect place for the Beach and walking to Hemsby. The accommodation is comfortable and the jukebox is fun. It was so good we have booked again.
