Old Church Barn is a contemporary barn conversion, mixing traditional with modern style. With a footpath just outside the cottage, it's just a 10-15 minute walk from Winterton or a 2 minute drive. Sleeps four in two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, and welcomes two dogs free of charge.

We totally love Old Church Barn, this is our third time there, but first time going in December, it was all beautifully decorated and so warm and cosy….quite different from our September stays but it never disappoints. The location is perfect for us, a lovely walk to Winterton beach, and our dogs love it too! Needless to say we have booked again for next September!

Perfect in every way. We were so delighted when we entered the barn and saw how beautiful and spacious it was. A lovely generous welcome basket full of treats.

The Old Church Barn is situated in a beautiful area of Norfolk. Close to the beach,the Broads and gorgeous little villages.The accommodation itself is amazing and immaculately clean. True Norfolk !!

We had the most wonderful stay at Old Church Barn. It’s spotlessly clean and beautiful designed inside. Literally on the circular walk for Winterton and has everything you need for a really chilled stay. We will be back without doubt!

My family & I had a wonderful, 3 night break at Old Church Barn and what a way to celebrate 17 years of marriage. Thank you to the owners for this beautifully designed cottage. Very clean, welcoming and great location.

The cottage was lovely & clean & very comfortable. The treat basket was very much appreciated. There was lots of literature about the local area and some very nice places to eat.

Great walking from the door. Long way from the beach at Winterton. Modern decor. WiFi sketchy at times. Nice and quiet

The barn is in great location, short walk to beach via quiet lane, no cars. Great for dogs as back garden walled and paved and access from kitchen. Front garden grass but not totally secure for some dogs that jump or could wiggle through the gate.
Kitchen is amazing, everything you need.
Comfy bed, great shower, plenty of hot water and powerful rain head. Best to take a shower cap if you don't want wet hair!
But the best thing about this barn is IT IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! Never have I been away and not washed plates etc before use. Sue has put a lot of work into making this barn amazing for her guests and she is responsive to any contact you may have.
The welcome hamper with goodies, wine and milk was lovely.
There are tea bags and coffee, dish washer and washing tabs.
