Seaview is a detached single storey cottage with amazing sea views and direct access via steps at the bottom of the garden to Winterton Dunes below. Recently renovated, it's ideal for a family or couples all year round. Sleeps four over two bedrooms and welcome four dogs free of charge.

We loved staying for Christmas week. It’s so relaxing because of all the creature comforts provided. Amazing views and access to golden beaches. Host was friendly and very helpful.

This ended up being a relatively last minute booking with two friends for a doggy weekend away.
Booking was smooth and pre check in information was comprehensive and helpful, particularly the online book.
The actual property has been finished to a really high standard and whilst modern is cosy.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you could think of and more.
The communal space was plenty and this was with three large dogs.
Beds and bedding were comfortable with ample space in both rooms for storage.
The view and access to the beach from the property is perfect. Winterton is only a 20-25 mins walk away, which is a lovely little village.
The host was easy to contact and quick to respond.
Would definitely recommend a stay here!
