The Net House is a charming cottage with two bedrooms, tucked away down a quiet lane yet only five minutes walk from the beach. This stylish cottage is perfect for a family or two couples. The pretty back garden is fully enclosed and three dogs are welcome at no additional charge.

Our 3rd stay at Net House, still our favourite cottage in the village.
Ideal position in the village & perfectly set up for a relaxing stay, can accommodate 4 adults easily. Thanks to Rachel who is always contactable & we hope to return early in the new year.

This is our third visit to Winterton, first time staying at The Net House.

Extremely close to the dunes and beach which was lovely for walking the dog. Cosy cottage to be able to chill and relax which is why we come to Winterton every year.

Would definitely recommend the Fish and Chip shop, but order on the app so you dont have a wait and definitely visit the Fishermans Return (dog friendly).

A lovely cottage in a great location. Great size lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the sofas were very inviting after long walks over the dunes. We sent a text to Rachel the owner asking if they had a hose to wash our dog after walks and she responded very quickly.
If you’re looking for a welcoming cottage in a lovely village you can’t go wrong with the Net House.

Perfect cottage for the 4 of us for a short stay in Winterton. The cottage was well equipped, modern interior and very clean. Beds were comfy.

The Net House was clean, tidy and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and pub. Nice garden. Recommend.
