Where do I start. Fabulous house - very comfortable with everything you should need and more. Sitting in the most beautiful estate. We will certainly be back!!
From minute I contacted Kinnaird and explained situation they were very helpful and gave useful information allowing decision on holiday cottage best suited to our needs.
Also contacted to inform of work being carried out, as turned out didn't bother us, but appreciated they told us.
Heron cottage beautifully set out and clean.
Sofas bit soft and not very supportive for husband over 6ft, but certainly didn't spoil break.
Our dog settled well on 1st trip away in cottage, good porch area for shoes and drying dog.
Will definitely be back as cosy, comfortable and central for walks.

Our team stayed in 3 of the cottages, they expressed how beautiful the location was. The cottages were very clean, cosy and accommodating. Sandra made the whole booking process easy and smooth. Highly recommend a stay here.
The cottage was so clean, well equipped and cozy. At dawn and dusk the geese flew over, the ducks landed and the trees were full of bird song. Cottage was warm and welcoming. As I left I spoke with lovely woman who showed me inside of adjacent cottage for possible booking next spring. It's very lovely too. And she does an amazing job. Highly recommend staying on Kinnaird.
Could not imagine a better cottage for us in Perthshire! Have stayed in J Scott for years in every season and always enjoyed our week there - location, walks, hunting, fishing - great management team - who could ask for more!
We had another great stay at Keepers cottage. The cottage itself is very spacious and well equipped with loads of space for four people. We could not really enjoy the outdoor decking as we went in late October but there is more than enough space yet again.
It is very comfortable throughout - the only negative comment would be that the mattresses in the twin room were very soft and bouncy - too much for our liking.
There was some information about the local walks but better maps would have been really useful.
The only other negative comment would be that there is not a lot of space when ente...more
My wife and I, together with our two spaniels, enjoyed our second stay as much as the first.
The immediate access to the Estate hill walks, lovely views, lochs etc is just what we were looking for.
A small flag would be that the fridge froze our milk salad and ham solid (temp control ?). Probably worth checking.
However we would thoroughly recommend the cottage.
