We stayed last year and loved and loved it even more this year - 3 couples with dogs, was absolutely perfect - the weather behaved well enough for us to enjoy a bbq on the deck one night as well - lovely location great house with 4 equal bedrooms, great social kitchen / eating area plus a good utility area and plenty of parking

Our second stay in Osprey cottage was just like coming back home. The location, the quiet, the cleanliness and comfort is more than you could ask for. Sit in your garden , over looking the river is delightful.
A weeks fishing holiday almost ruined before it started due to ridiculous amount of rain- on arrival after 9 hrs drive cottage inaccessible due to flooding, no worries hosts booked hotel for us . Once flooding receded accessed beautiful cottage perfect location 5 star prepared everything included that we could need for our week . Sadly fishing cancelled only downside. I would recommend the location , the venue ( 3 cottages all very high quality) and the Hosts both helpful and accessible when needed , all round top draw.
Excellent cottage and a pleasure to stay in — loads of space for two people !! They even provide bags to clear up behind your dog - if required And being tucked around the corner — peaceful and quiet Would not hesitate to go back — in fact - more than likely will do so One or two minor improvements ?? Would be nice to have. Light by door as tricky to find key hole in dark TV’s in bit on the small side for me ?? But being there in June I hardly watched one — winter time might be different ?

Simply the best holiday cottage I have ever stayed in. Comfortable and spacious - the log-burner works well and is very welcome in typical Scottish weather!
Castle peroch should not be missed, a very clean and well equipped cottage with amazing views. Looking up the hill you should spot deer in the evening and if you take a walk up you will come across the mill pond and a loch. It is a great base to explore around the area.
