Directly overlooking the beach and grassy Bookers Green, this hugely popular first floor flat has stunning views to the Isle of Wight, direct access to the seaside, and a large south facing sun balcony for al fresco dining and to further appreciate the incredible location and views.

Sunny and comfortable, 3 The Moorings is perfectly placed with only a 250 metre walk on the flat to the village centre, passing cafes and shops on the way. It also has a small, private, gated garden which leads to the foreshore.

3 The Moorings was the Property we stayed in on our second visit to East Wittering way back in 2013. It was a fine back then but upgraded since to make it an ideal place to stay for a smaller group that can manage with the fact it is on the First Floor. Obviously that First Floor location means you have as good a view as any I have seen in any Holiday Let we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a few over the years !!

We only moved on from 3 The Moorings back in 2013 because of an increasing family size, but we didn't move on too far taking another seafront Baileys Holiday Let, (Fairhaven), which we have stayed in each Summer from 2017 - 2024, and are already booked to return in 2025.

Our short weekend this time was just the two of us so we had no hesitation to go back to 3 The Moorings. We will certainly look to return when it's a smaller group of us, certainly a group of 5 will find enough space here

Admin / booking / management handled professionally, as is always the case, by Baileys. Whether you book 3 The Moorings, or any other property through them, you won't be disappointed

This is such a special place, our whole family love it here. Come rain or shine, looking out to the sea is always a pleasure and it is truly a magical experience to be there. We would have loved to use the balcony during non rainy moments and hope it will be fixed soon. The neighbours are still renovating their building and it was noisy on occasion. We love the place so much that it did not detract from our enjoyment, but it is worth being aware of.

Fantastic location. The flat was very clean, warm and comfortable. We settled in immediately. Our only criticism was the loo seat in the main bathroom was very flimsy and not fit for purpose and not in keeping with the rest of the flat. Also, as my wife had arthritis it would have been nice to have a handrail in the shower. Having said that, we will certainly try to return again in the near future.

A little gem with stunning views of the sea. Our 3rd visit to this property, 6th to location. Its our happy place!
Flat is in a perfect location, direct access to the beach. Village has lots of amenities, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger, supermarket.Well equipped.
Interior could benefit from a little TLC now regarding curtains etc but very comfortable and doesn't takeaway anything from a happy holiday in this property.

Had a lovely stay in this little flat, was such a beautiful view of the sea from the front room and so close to the sea.

It is a warm and comfortable flat with a lovely view of the sea out of the window. It is very spacious.
The only things I would like to make things even better are some new comfortable dining chairs, as the existing ones are not very comfortable. The shower also needs updating, as it is very difficult to get the right temperature, and a lot of water is wasted in trying to!

We have stayed at 3 the Moorings on many occasions and not all visits were in my name and it is always in perfect conditions- the only thing one of my daughters would change is the living room curtains but that is a minor thing compared to our enjoyment of the week

We have had holidays in this apartment several times. And have to say the view and location is amazing. But other things have let it down . But we were pleased to see it had been cleaned thoroughly, which makes such a difference. Still a few issues, like taps are loose in bathroom and inner front door is very very difficult to unlock.
But we had great time. Love wittering…

We had an amazing time at the Moorings. The flat is lovely, comfortable and the views are stunning. The kitchen is well equipped and also has a dishwasher. There is a smart TV in the lounge with Netflix etc. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning!

Our second year at The Moorings. Lovely flat, a little tired in places but comfortable and well equipped. Amazing location and fantastic sea views situated in a lovely village. We've been holidaying in East Wittering for a few years now and we love it, suits us perfectly. Looking to return to The Moorings next year. Hassle free booking and key pick up. Accommodates my little dog too who loves the beach walks.

The view is amazing , and that is what draws us to this apartment . But unfortunately the prices have risen too much and it can’t be justified, especially with building work going on next door!!!

We had a fabulous week at The Moorings (family of four and our dog). The location of the first floor flat is perfect with it being right on the beachfront and seconds away from the village's cafes, restaurants and shops. This made it really easy and safe for our teens to come and go as they pleased. The proximity to the sea meant we could swim and paddle board whenever we fancied it and we loved the walks along to Bracklesham, West Wittering beach and East Head at high tide. The views from the living room are stunning and the balcony was a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by with a glass of wine (our dog loved doing this too!). The flat is beautifully furnished with lovely nautical and marine themed accessories. The kitchen is well kitted out and has everything you need. We know Wittering and the surrounding areas very well so didn't explore much but there are so many places to explore in the area if you are unfamiliar with it. We would definitely return to 3 The Moorings.

A view to die for, we love cruise ship spotting and watching the ever changing sea conditions. Even whale watched this year (verified by Sea Watch Foundation) comfy warm house (for those chillier days!) great location in the village of East Wittering. Our 4th visit to East Wittering, first at the Moorings as we now have a pup, great walks for him too! We'll equipped and bedding provided, no trouble parking .

Really enjoyed our stay, and easy access to the beach meant we could take advantage of any bursts of sunshine, or at least enjoy the views of the rain across the sea. The flat was very comfortable for 2 people, but having the cloakroom as well as the bathroom would work for a family of 4 just as well. Easy parking was good. East Wittering is a really nice little village, not pretty exactly but has a great range of shops, so very easy to cater at home, but also nice cafes for coffee/eating out/takeaway. The local agents were very helpful in dealing with queries.

Absolutely delighted with the apartment. Parking right outside the door. More spacious than it looks in the advert. Beautiful view of the sea from living areas plus the balcony. Great for the kids - straight on to the beach from the garden - no roads to cross. Well equipped and seemingly recently re-furbished to a very high standard. Will almost certainly re-book next year.

The carpets are a bit stained which is to be expected I guess from this property as dogs are allowed. The sofa is not comfortable I guess most guess do not sit for long but we have a five year old he keeps us on the go from 6 am till 8 pm so we need a comfortable sit at this point. The stripy one is more comfortable but was not facing the Tv and we didn’t like to move it. I would definitely recommend to some friends as they need to have places that take dogs and for this it is a fab location. The view is amazing and the location fab the owner who we met on the first day is also very very friendly. Kitchen lovely but scared me with the fab work tops!!!
