We had a wonderful vacation staying at Polkerris which is child and dog friendly. Direct access on the beach and a very short walk to the shops . We enjoyed a perfect week holiday by the sea.
The snug is a lovely modern and bright bungalow, lovely garden, well equipped, the location is excellent walk to shops and beach , frequent buses to Chichester which is a lovely city , also bus to West wittering, very realaxing holiday
Lovely house that is well looked after by the owners. This is our second time staying here and we have booked for next year too. Great location near the village and not far to walk to the beach. We bring our little dog and the dog shower is handy in the garden so we can get the sand off of him before we go in the house.
Fairhaven is a wonderful seaside retreat with the most lovely views. We often sit on the balcony admiring the wonderful vista over to the Isle of Wight. As a family we have been coming since our children were very small and they are now both at university - we have many many happy memories hear - long may they continue !
All the family had a brilliant stay at East Winds this summer. This is our fourth year in a row- as we love it so much. House was perfect and the addition of a gift bag very welcome. Everyone at Baileys was very attentive and made everything easy from booking to checking out. Hopefully, back next year.
First visit to Seashells and it won’t be our last! Fantastic location very close to the centre, super facilities lovely enclosed dog friendly garden. Great cooking facilities, comfy beds and overall a great experience. The owners have clearly put a lot of love into the property and have provided everything you would need to have a relaxing week by the sea. Thank you Coffey family x

Sunnyside is a great house and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The house was spacious and outside area/pizza oven a big bonus. It is in a lovely, quiet location yet only a few minutes walk from the shops and beach. Baileys were great as always, helping us with a little issue that occurred. Will not hesitate to book Sunnyside again for our next visit !
Kestrel is like home from home- great for children of all ages. Also, has a lovely al fresco area for the adults chilling after a long sunny day on the beach. The beach is a stroll away, with East Wittering village also close by. This was our 5th year visiting Kestrel and we will return again next year, highly recommend Kestrel.
The apartment is located on the ground floor however there are a few steps to the front door lobby. Aqua View apartment is located in a gated community estate off a private road, very secure. A code is given to open the gates. We were fortunate to have good weather during our stay which was spent most of the time on the beach. The view from the from the dining/living room is superb, we miss the view. A co-op supermarket is nearby and would recommend The Beach café / restaurant a few minutes walk from Aqua View. West Wittering beach is worth a visit so is a trip to Chichester. Recommended.
The flat is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Amazing views from the huge windows. Marineside Estate is a lovely place to stay, and having been here several times before over the years, the residents are very friendly. Baileys were easy to book through and provided clear instructions on check in and check out.
Tamarisk Cottage is beautiful and in an amazing position at East Wittering. It is very well equipped inside the house. It is in desperate need of the windows being repaired as most are rotten and unable to open. Also the back door is rotten. Also an improvement of the back gate entrance to the beach side. It is difficult to manoeuvre a push chair/wheelchair over an old piece of wood.

Unfortunately we experienced gale force 10 winds and stormy seas, but as always the family were all very happy to be sharing time together in a lovely house. I would recommend the house to other people, although I would rather keep it special for our family.
A delightful week, the family all eager to return next year. The layout of The Breeze ideal for our famliy on 6 aged 7 -77. Just wish we could bring the dog too.
It was our second time staying at 4 Elms Way. We are a family of 6 adults and two small children. The property is light and spacious, with a large, secure garden. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and there's a washing machine and dryer. We had a couple of issues that needed attention, but Bailey's were very efficient in getting these sorted out. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach. With both children in pushchairs that's no problem. Recommended.
Wonderful .Property. Teenagers loved the kayaks and table tennis. Superb position. We are looking forward to next year.
Excellent property, so well presented. Plenty of space for all eight of us, 2 children, 1 teenager and 5 adults. Our second year at 'The Rife' not our last, already booked for 2027. Excellent facilities both in the house and in the garden. Very good location for the village shops and the sea. Plenty of parking space for 3/4 cars over your private 'moat'!
This is a lovely flat in an amazing location. Overall an excellent holiday property. We enjoy returning there every year.
We were fortunate enough to book 9 nights. The house is well equipped, has plenty of space, comfortable beds, a huge eat in kitchen and a fantastic garden. The house is a right by the creek and is perfect for swimming at high tide and paddle boarding.

We loved our week here especially as the weather was so perfect. Walks around the estuary and along the beach are superb and the shops are just a short drive. Only thing is the parking which is very limited doesn't appear to be monitored so non-residents do block it out sometimes, which is frustrating.
The house was in a great location and relatively clean and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and we did really enjoy our stay and would definitely consider staying there again. The street was lovely and the people friendly. I have stayed in many properties in the Witterings and this is def one of my favs for location, general space and feel of the house. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay a 5 star. Repeat booking, convenient location, well thought out internal design and great to see a few upgrades to the property (new flooring) this year.
Lovely flat in an excellent location, great views. Comfortable with everything you need. Unfortunately the single beds are very very uncomfortable. You can see & feel the springs, not good for older children or adults. We have been coming for years & love East Wittering
Lovely light spacious house in good location. Suspect would be too hot in heatwave as no blinds or shade. WIFI can barely cope with one computer and dipped in and out.
We had a great time due to the weather being so good. One of the children became ill and was diagnosed with strepA and spent a couple of days in Chichester Hospital. The house was perfect with a gate to the sea. Possibly a bit soulless if the Weather was bad. A functional house more than cosy. We had a great time there. Great if the weather is good.
This was out first visit to the Witterings although I know the area a little from many years ago. We booked 9 Ella Close through Baileys estate agency in East Witterings. They were very helpful and I would book through them again. The house is in a very good location with an easy walk to the beach. It is a pebble beach but there is a sandy beach a bit further along to the west. East Wittering, with a good range of shops, is a fairly easy walk away too. If you love the sea and want a beach holiday this place is in a great location. It is a bright, comfortable, functional flat with amazing views. We have stayed for a week here for 4 years in a row and are planning to return next year.
Jaknelee is a chalet bungalow in a pleasant spot, down a quiet lane, clean and tidy, close to the beach, a little further to the village shops. There are a few places for drinking and eating out in East Wittering. If you like walking plenty of country walks around. Ideally placed and clean enough,some parts a little dated,garden could do with a trim.TV a little small and no dvd player. Good value though and minutes from the beach.Hope to be back.
This holiday bungalow is lovely and spacious, with tons of character. It is just 5 minutes walk from East Wittering shops and the beach, yet it feels quiet and peaceful. We found the place very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you'll need. There's a big garden and a large covered porch area, perfect for outside dining out on a sunny evening. The only downsides are the lack of a modern shower and no WiFi so we had to manage with phone hotspots etc.
