An amazing property in an amazing location. The most perfect place for a family gathering. I could not recommend this property enough.
Everything was excellent, except that the shower in the main bedroom was blocked and flooded. But, having reported this to Baileys, a delightful man came round instantly , cleaned out the showertray, and all was well. No hairdryer was found, but again , excellent service from Baileys , replaced one swiftly , thus avoiding a three woman hair crisis!! Thank you Baileys . We shall certainly book the same property again.
Great house and perfect location for a weekend break with friends. Kids room with 4 bunk beds a huge hit with the little people as was the trampoline and the well stocked playroom. We stayed during February half term and super lucky with the weather. Would love to come back and enjoy the full benefits of the location in the summer.
We rented the house for a family get together to celebrate a late Christmas and a special birthday for me. There were 10 of us including two teenagers and two younger children. The house was ideal as there was plenty of space for the children to watch TV by themselves or use the game room . Our 4 year granddaughter is a dab hand at table hockey and football now! The bedrooms were lovely and the bathrooms exceeded expectation. Perhaps the most important thing is the view and situation. Stunning!! We hope to come back.
A lovely stay with nice views Very convenient for East Wittering beach and shops Kitchen floor a bit creaky but didn't detract from our stay
This was the second stay at this property in 2018 & we have booked again this year, the location is perfect, quiet & peaceful, near the beach & not far from the shops. The accommodation was very spacious & comfortable & the garden was private.
The flat was extremely comfortable and in an ideal location. The wifi was very good. The heating system is so out of date (electric storage heaters) that I brought my own oil filled radiator which was far more efficient and cheaper to use. The only complaint is that that there is no mobile signal to be had anywhere on the estate which is very frustrating.
This was our second visit to Happy Days, we stayed from 13th Feb to the 1st March 2019 as well as 2018. Again, we found the bungalow lovely, well obviously we did, as this was the second time of staying at Happy Days. It has everything we could possibly want & more. The size of all the rooms are excellent. The three bathrooms, which are brilliant & very well designed & decorated. The whole place has everything you could want & need. We can't recommend Happy Days highly enough. Hopefully, see you again, same time in 2020.
We have returned to stay in Seacourt on several occasions at different times of the year because it is a special place to stay. I can sit and watch the sea for hours. It is bright, spacious and comfortable. It’s warm when it needs to be but south facing so it gets the sun most of the day. The views are stunning especially at sunset. There are many places to visit locally and it is convienently close to shops . I can thoroughly recommend it.
This week long break was a post-Christmas Retreat from my busy Parishes as Vicar of the Arun Churches. The location is really lovely, and especially having the upstairs balcony where we could sit and have our cup of tea overlooking the sea. Its quietness enabled me to do my study in peace, and we both felt refreshed by the time we went home. It was lovely being able to bring our dog as well, and she loved the direct access to the beach for lots of walks.
Excellent position and good holiday home for young families. Beach front and own gate on to the sea front
