A beautifully presented house which has been thoughtfully furnished for laidback and leisurely holidays.Situated in a peaceful close, Seasalt's contemporary living room with full-glass French windows gives onto a spacious patio with a secluded sun-trap garden beyond.

Very nice stay. Clean, well equipped and amazing location.

As above. Bedroom and shower downstairs quite cold spaces but otherwise just a lovely place to stay.

We had a really lovely stay at Seasalt while visiting family in the area. The house had plenty of space and felt very comfortable, which made it perfect for staying with my son. The kitchen was fantastic and very well equipped, we ended up using it a lot during our stay. The fireplace was also a great addition and made the evenings feel really cosy. It was also a really nice touch that the owner had remotely turned on the heating before we arrived so the house was warm and welcoming when we got there. Overall it was a great base for our trip and we’d happily stay here again.

We stayed at seasalt for a week with our young family . It was perfect !

Seasalt is in an excellent location for beach, walks and pubs as well as castles, cathedrals and marinas. It has all amenities needed in the property for relaxing , entertainment and cooking .

We always book with Baileys because we know it will be top quality, Seasalt did not disappoint it is such a beautiful house that felt like home when you walked in. Everything you needed was there although we didn't use the oven or dishwasher it's nice to know they're there if you wanted too. We recommend Seasalt for a lovely holiday, plus Netflix and wifi are excellent.

Second stay at this particular house, but have stayed through Baileys at a number of properties now in the area, and will continue to do so.
We love West wittering and find holiday letting through Baileys so very good and simple to do. Very reliable and consistently welcoming. This house was the best yet. It had everything for a perfect stay, and the weather was Amazing too.

We had a lovely week at Seasalt, the property was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Very handy for Chichester, Portsmouth, Arundrl and Bognor. We have family in Pulborough and Horsham so this was the reason for choosing this location and we were not disappointed.

This is our second stay at Seasalt and have already enquired about staying again.
The property is well stocked on all household items and white goods.
It is very well situated for all local amenities and places of interest , there are lots of walks straight from the front door.
The beach is lovely and within a 10 minute walk.

All good. Well equipped kitchen - very comfortable all round.

We were very happy with sea salt. It is in a nice quiet location with a number of ways to walk/cycle to the beach. The house is clean and airy and has plenty of space and a very nice kitchen. We were very happy with our stay there and had brilliant weather to boot.

Seasalt is a lovely place, very easy to get to the beach. The house it’s self is modern light and bright with a nice open plan concept which worked well for my family. Tv has Netflix and prime which was a bonus and WiFi.
Bedrooms are a good size, with comfortable beds.
Kitchen is a galley kitchen but lots of work top space. The only negatives were the hob, which is induction but hard to use and unless you have a pan which fits the exact size it won’t work which was very frustrating. I have an induction hob at home and followed the Owners useful instructions but I admit I really struggled with it, I found I had to put hot water in the pan first to even attempt to boil it. The microwave/ grill oven was also difficult to operate; ok if you want to just warm something through but to microwave fully we struggled. Having said that the oven was fantastic and so was the dishwasher.
Lovely enclosed garden at the back ideal for children, all in all we loved our stay at Seasalt and would happily stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay in Seasalt , it was roomy with a sunny garden. We had a few issues with the dishwasher but Bailey’s were super efficient and provided a new one quickly. The house was very comfortable and well equipped apart from needing more wine glasses , plenty of other nice glasses but only 4 suitable for wine.
We had a very sunny week and West Wittering was great for a relaxing holiday .

We had a fabulous long weekend in West Wittering . Seasalt is in a great location , 5 min walk to the beach . You can walk to East Wittering from there . The house is comfortable and has everything you would want for a holiday home .
Great to have 2 bathrooms too with a lovely big shower enclosure downstairs and a bath to relax in too.
Bedrooms comfortable too .
Well equipped kitchen .
All in all good value .

Seasalt was clean , well equipped and well furnished.The kitchen and bathrooms well set out. The garden was a lovely sun trap. Off street parking for 2 cars was definitely needed.The location was perfect for us, families with young children may find the walk to the beach a bit long it was a good 10-15 minutes. There were plenty of walks right from the front door.The local shop was well stocked as was the local butcher , so we didn't need to travel by car to pick up groceries.

This was a lovely property which was well presented throughout and where we were able to safely bring and care for an elderly relative who was attending the family wedding. Rooms were all nicely presented and adequately furnished/equipped.
We would be delighted to recommend this property to others, given that we had such a pleasant experience during our stay.
The lounge and kitchen area were spacious, opening out to a pleasant garden. Bedrooms were nicely presented and adequate. There was a nice patio area with attractive wooden furniture which was in good condition. Had the weather been bad, there was a lovely wood burning stove but a lot of time was spent outside, as the sun was shining for most of the break. We used the TV and WiFi and all worked perfectly.

Overall, this is a great property for a break; it is comfortable, modern and well equipped.
It is very much a 'home from home' meaning that it is easy to settle in, relax and get on with the break. We had a great time and our family wedding passed off nicely as well.
A first class experience overall! Also, the staff at Baileys were most pleasant and helpful.

We had a wonderful week at Seasalt this summer and will definitely be returning. As a family of five we appreciated the light and airy feel to this property and its lovely garden. The house was exceptionally clean and is simply, but beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Both bathrooms have great showers in them and the utility space was helpful for hanging beach towels etc. Our girls appreciated the wide screen, HD TV!! Seasalt is located in a quiet residential turning and in easy walking distance to West Wittering beach. We loved being able to avoid the roads and cut through the picturesque country tracks to get to the quieter end of the beach. We also enjoyed exploring the area by bike and side access to the garden made bike storage very easy. We look forward to staying again.

Seasalt is in a quiet little close perfectly situated for access to West wittering beach. The flat walk to the beach took about 10 minutes. The property was beautifully clean and really well equipped. Good sized rooms and a lovely sunny rear garden that was completely enclosed and safe for small children. We would highly recommend the property and will look to book again next year.

We are a family with 2 young children and this house was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated and with all the home comforts you need. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach (I guess you could do it quicker without children!) and we found this house to be a lovely base for a week in West Wittering.

We stayed at Seasalt over the New Year period and it was perfect for our family. The house was clean, warm and inviting on arrival and we quickly found everything we needed. There were good instructions both for the house and for things to do in the local area. We mostly spent our time enjoying lovely walks on the amazing beach close by and warming ourselves back up in front of the wood burner back at Seasalt. The house is well presented, everything we needed was there, the beds were comfy - what more could you need? We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Lovely house. Well located for seaside or country walks. Modern furnishings and very comfortable. Will definitely go again.
