Little Marlows is in the perfect place for the seaside holiday. Within easy walking distance of the village of Bracklesham which has shops, cafe and restaurants whilst being just stonesthrow from the beach!

Little Marlows has been designed to maximise the space in the bedrooms by providing a double and a single in the second bedroom and a double in the main bedroom. The open plan living / dining area has a woodburning stove for those winter evenings.. The patio doors opens on to a fully enclosed garden and patio area, there really is no better way to spend your evenings after a day at the beach.

We really enjoyed our short break in this cosy bungalow, it has everything you need and the beds were really comfortable. Pretty close to the beach if you don’t mind a little walk. Much better value than East Wittering which is way overpriced nowadays.
We will definitely be back!

A lovely little bungalow, perfectly situated within walking distance of a dog friedly beach. Nice sized secure and private garden. The bungalow was clean and comfortable however patio window was dirty from previous dogs paws.
The bungalow is in need of decoration as it is a little tired. The dishwasher top basket is broken and falls of when full.

A lovely cottage which is fully equipped and close to the beach. In an ideal location if you want to explore the area. Great if you have a dog as the garden is fully enclosed. The cottage is quite compact but the three of us were very comfortable. Will definitely rebook.

I would highly recommend this property, the kitchen had everything we needed and was well equipped with both a dishwasher and washing machine. The shower was powerful over a lower sided bath which which would suit the older visitor. The WiFi was excellent. I particularly liked the beds and bedding. I found the bed was more comfortable than my own and the pillows and linen felt like hotel quality. We slept very well in this quiet location. The property had taken care with covid safety. The car parking space off road just adjacent to the property was excellent. It meant we never had an issue parking our car. Overall I'd rate the property as really excellent. If I was pushed to suggest ways to improve I'd say a larger frying pan, fly screen on the patio door, a privacy screen of some kind in the smaller bedroom and a grab handle on the wall of the shower for the older generation with a bath mat for safety.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Marloes. We found the house very clean with everything we needed and couldn't ask for better communication with Freddie at Baileys Estate Agents. One of the blinds fell down during our first night and this was repaired the next day with no disruption to us at all.
If you are planning on cooking most nights, the fridge is a little small. And it took us a while to find the dustpan and brush! You will need a car if you are planning on exploring other beaches, but Bracklesham Bay is a stony beach only 5 mins away and also a play park. Some big waves for surfers, which my young twins loved.
I would recommend this holiday home and we are planning on returning next summer (fingers crossed!)

A nice well equipped place to stay, has a private enclosed garden perfect for children ( note open steps down to the lawn) or a dog. 5 minutes walk to the pebble beach. Ideal for a couple or family of 3 or 4, perhaps not for 4 adults as the second double bed is against a wall. It is a quiet area with the better local shops being in East Wittering. A lovely area to explore, we really enjoyed our stay but did have perfect weather.

A great little property, spotless and well equipped. Great location with a lovely secluded garden. It felt like home away from home the moment we stepped in. Great bedding and really comfortable beds. We felt very safe with the covid precautions put in place. It had a really great feel and to walk in to a very clean bright and airy rental was wonderful. Great service too from Freddie at Baileys, made it a very easy process to book.
