Sunnyside is perfectly situated on a private road right in the centre of Wittering village. With easy access to East Wittering beach and a short stroll across to the renowned West Wittering blue flag beach this deceptively spacious home has been imaginatively designed with luxury holidays in mind.

Another year, another great stay at Sunnyside. This place is ideal for families or adult groups as there is plenty of space to spread out, either in the lounge/TV area, open plan kitchen/dining area or outside with lots of space for sun loungers and the games room with pool and darts.

The upstairs bedrooms are more suited to the shorter people in the group as the ceilings are quite low in places. Apart from that, all the bedrooms are spacious with space for clothes and suitcases.

However, the showers and taps in the bathrooms weren't great. On most occasions, water coming out was a dribble which mean having showers was nigh on impossible. This put some of us going into the sea as there was no guarantee of having a nice hot shower to warm up afterwards.

The kitchen had a large fridge freezer so plenty of space to fill up for a long weekend stay. Its a well kitted out kitchen with microwave, ovens and 5 hob stove.

Overall a lovely stay (apart from the water pressure). I would recommend this place but feel the owners should do something about the water pressure - maybe put electic pumps in?

Lovely stay and everything was comfortable and clean
Wittering is a quaint and accessible area and the property is central to the beach and restaurants and shops

Lovely bungalow in an ideal location, close to the shops & short walk to the beach. Beautiful modern kitchen & lovely downstairs double bedroom, a private garden with the bonus of a washing line & plenty of parking. A very enjoyable relaxing holiday, thank you once again to the staff at Baileys for their friendly & efficient service.

Such a lively house, just a few mins walk from the beach and the local shops.

There’s enough space for 3 cars and the bonus of an electric charging point.

Loved the open plan kitchen and dining area, that opens out to the large outdoor space (no grass but that’s fine with us).

The kitchen was very well laid out with high end ovens, large fridge freezer (with ice/water dispenser), microwave and coffee machine (espresso).

Bedrooms downstairs well laid out and the upstairs one would be suited to the shorter people in the group .

There’s a pizza oven outside which we made use of but as the door wasn’t attached it was difficult to maintain the heat for more than an hour at most. Plenty of outside seating.

Only downside of this house was the showers as there didn’t seem to be much water pressure and so they were that powerful.

I would stay here again though.

The location of this property is perfect. Close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. It was really quiet and the garden is an absolute sun trap. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The only thing we would change would be the dining area. Whilst the bi-fold doors open up this room to the outside making it feel nice and spacious the dining table chairs are uncomfortable and the egg chair wasn't available, as shown in the pictures. Inspite of this we would consider staying here again.

Fabulous location, very close to lots of shops, cafes, pubs and the beach at East Wittering. Short drive to the beach at West Wittering. Lovely converted bungalow. Lots of space downstairs, a bit limited upstairs. Everything you need for a short break by the sea.

Really nice little house in a convenient location. In good condition and very nicely presented - also easy to keep clean and tidy! Plenty of glasses, cutlery, china etc and cosy living space. Definitely a property to keep on file!

This house is in a perfect location near to the shops, restaurants and beach, but tucked away enough to be in a quiet area. Parking for 3 cars. The downstairs is the focus and the enormous kitchen opens out to a great garden with the pizza oven. It was my Mum's birthday so the family visited for the day and we had the space to feed and water them all.

We would definitely stay there again. Lovely house. Didn't want to leave.

I found the stay at sunny side very relaxing and comfortable. It was spacious and very well equipped. My family visited and were able to stay overnight as well and they loved the place.
This was the first time staying in this property and although expensive well worth it to be near the sea and village. Ample parking at front of the house

Sunnyside is a well located property with easy access to the beach and also shops in the nearby village

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sunnyside. Great location on a quiet private road with easy walking access to shops, beach and places to eat. Plenty of off-road parking space at the house and a small hard-surface outdoor rear garden area. It is a small extended bungalow but well designed for comfortable downstairs living. Wonderful, fully equiped kitchen and dining room. We didn't have the television on for the whole week in the cosy sitting room but enjoyed the peace and quiet apart from local seagulls which were comical to watch. Upstairs was a bit of a challenge with sloping ceilings but fine as guests for a week. A lovely home, I wish it was mine!

The downstairs bedroom has the comfiest mattress! In fact I took a picture of the label. I do feel that there were a couple of small things missing, ie a bin in the upstairs bathroom/bedroom and neither showers have anywhere to put shower gell/shampoo etc. Also very small showers. My husband did have a bit of trouble trying to get out the downstairs shower sideways and he's not big. The extremely large kitchen seemed a bit sparse, no bowl to put a salad in. Also for the money charged it seemed a bit mean not to supply wood for the pizza oven which is a nice feature to advertise but I'm sure people don't want to have to go out to source wood while on holiday. Also sleeps 6 but only 2 deck chairs, and 2 loungers apart from the pub bench in the garden.

This is our 2nd stay at Sunnyside and we love the house! Perfect location with a couple of minutes flat stroll to the beach.

The house itself is comfortable, clean, well equipped and well decorated. The upstairs rooms are under the eaves and only suitable for people maximum 5’6 really and even then you will need to stoop a lot. The upstairs shower isn’t great but the downstairs bathroom is lovely. Downstairs bedrooms are prefect and.

Highly recommended!
