With a dual aspect living/dining room with far reaching views across the Solent from a penthouse location. Above the Beach is perfect for all ages, there are steps leading up to the apartment. Beautifully designed with a twin and double bedroom and a family bathroom.

No smoking.
Sorry no pets.
WiFi.

We had a wonderful stay at ‘Above the beach’ thank you! Relaxing and chilled!
The apartment has the most wonderful view which you could look at all day!
Good decor, comfy beds and kitchen fully equipped for our stay.
Couple of suggestions to make it even better:
Tap in kitchen sprays
New kettle?
Oven makes a funny noise (might be normal!)
Think about a guest handbook just with WiFi code and info about bins, washing line etc
Thanks again, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Moved here after staying temporarily at another holiday let .
The flat was supplied to myself and family as a short term 2 week stay . The property has a fabulous location and well worth a stay .
Baileys estate agents were extremely professional and helpful.

It literally is right on the beach with amazing views. The apartment is in a great location, is clean, bright and well equipped.
