Aqua View sits on the seafront with breathtaking, panoramic views sweeping from Selsey Bill to the far end of the Solent and across to the Isle of Wight.

Situated on the ground floor and accessed by a short flight of steps to the apartment. The open-plan living accommodation makes Aqua View a superb holiday retreat for guests wishing to explore the area. With full width windows looking over the beach this is the perfect place to watch both the sunrise and sunset in a tranquil setting.

We’ve been holidaying at various places within Marineside for nearly 20 years.
This property is one of the closest to the sea and was perfect for our needs for a week to ‘get away from it all’.
The shower could have been more powerful and the cooker hob more efficient, but overall, it was a wonderful place.

A return visit from last year and again we loved every minute of our stay in the apartment. It was a much needed mum daughter and granddaughter stay having a totally relaxing time in Bracklesham. The nearby Goat coffee shop and village of east wittering just minutes in the car away.
Aqua View was like coming home……

We enjoyed coming back to have the ever changing sea view. The flat is very spacious and comfortable, not so keen on the replacement chairs on the balcony though .

Aqua View was recommended by a friend who had stayed here before and we weren’t disappointed. The sea views from the lounge were amazing ..very relaxing. The flat was very comfortable and provided everything we could want and more. Ideally situated only 5 mins drive to east wittering village for some great independent shops plus a small Tesco and Co-Op. We bought fresh shellfish from the Fisherman’s Hut on the beach. The nearby Goat Cafe provided the real taste of coffee plus delicious cakes.

We enjoyed our stay here with the sea views to the Isle of Wight.
The property was comfortable and clean.
Although close to the sea with some very windy weather during our stay the property was not not noisy or cold.
Opening a window, in calmer weather, the sound of the waves provided a pleasant backing.
Visits were made to the Weald and Downland site, Fishbourne Palace, Portsmouth and Chichester.
Billys on the Beach is recomended and East Wittering with its groceries and cafes.

This flat directly fronts onto the sea with beautiful views. Being able to see and hear it is perfect. The area is quiet and not crowded. The flat is clean and comfortable and mostly well equipped. We had a lovely few days there and would definitely return.

On the beach in the sunshine a bit of fossiling if the tides are right. Great location and views. Close to eating places and the Sandy Wittering beach a 5 min drive away

TV volume linked to speakers and not easy to work out how to use it. Not all channels are loaded onto TV as catch up. You need to use your phone and channel thorough TV, which is complicated, though very helpful man at Baileys came round and showed me how to do this.

More tumbler glasses needed in kitchen; also ideally plastic cups. Otherwise well equipped.

Aqua View was quiet clean & comfortable with a beautiful location on the seafront
The only downside I believe is that the cooker needs updating
My partner was recouping from a recent illness & this was an ideal place to relax & unwind.

My family had a fab stay at Aqua View. A comfortable apartment for my partner and our two children. Aqua view was well equipped to eat at home or venture to nearby restaurants like Billy’s. The view from the lovely large windows is beautiful and can be watched and admired all times of the day. The location is great to see other parts of this area too and parking on site is good. Aqua view has a nice community feel and is a little bit of paradise tucked away in a two bed apartment. And come rain, shine or wind. Aqua view provides a nice retreat. We had a lovely stay and was all sad to leave at the end of our week long break.

This flat was a long way from East Wittering. There were more stairs up than we had anticipated for 98 year old and the parking situation was terrible. The communal car parks for the blocks of flats were too small. It was very difficult to get a parking space and the spaces were very tight with people parking alongside the curb because there was no where else to park, making it very difficult for those who had parked in marked slots. Otherwise the flat was really great. Very clean and quite spacious, though the loo was very tightly fitted in close to bathroom door. Really comfortable with single beds quite large. Amazing views. Wine in fridge much appreciated!

The flat was comfortable, bright, and with a great view of the beach and sea. Being carpeted throughout it was nice and quiet, much appreciated when you wear hearing aids, and the blackout blind in the second bedroom was a huge asset.
