Beautifully presented and perfectly situated East Winds is the ideal holiday home for those wishing to spend their days relaxing on the nearby beach, whilst only a short stroll from the village of East Wittering with it's array of shops and restaurants. This contemporary designed home has accommodation over two floors with a downstairs bedroom and a shower room making this the perfect place for families.

The property is stylishly and comfortably furnished and has a superb large, open plan ground floor which includes a beautiful and well equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. Large patio doors lead out to the garden and this provides a wonderful sociable space for guests in warm summer months and on cooler crisp days with the sound of the distant sea and seagulls.

East Winds has two further bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom and ensuite.

The gardens which wrap around East Winds are mainly laid to lawn. There is parking for one car in a marked space by the front gate and two extra spaces by the garage

Less than five minutes to the beach.
No smoking.
Sorry no pets.

Had a brilliant stay at East Winds.
The house was perfect - just the right size for a family of five.
Enjoyed the enclosed garden and the location being close to the village and beach.
Baileys are great and are so helpful from booking to making sure everything is perfect during our stay.
See you next year.

We booked this lovely property at short notice for another short break, the property is ideal for us near the the shops & restaurants & only a short stroll to the sea. We have booked already for a longer stay next year. Thank you Baileys once again for accommodating us & being there if we need you.

A lovely short break in this very well equipped, comfortable & clean property. In quiet location near the shops & only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Whilst we live locally on a holiday park, we need somewhere to stay for around 16 nights every February. Having seen this property on Bailey's website, it looked perfect. We are so pleased we did book East Winds, it was exactly as it looked on the website and the location was ideal for us, including our disabled mother, so having the downstairs double bedroom with the bathroom with walk in shower just more or less opposite the bedroom, was perfect for her.

There are two further bedrooms upstairs with one en-suite & the other has the main bathroom on the landing. Both bathrooms included walk in showers & a generous size. All the showers, bathroom facilities, decor, wall tiles etc were great, really done to a high standard & more importantly all worked well & were clean, tidy & looked more or less brand new, so we were very happy with that.

The kitchen is done to a high standard, amazing induction hob & generous size & the oven, again, modern with touch control, good for us, but not for my mum with her disabilities, plus it was all done by touch & black, but then, she can't be on her own anyway, so no complaints there. There were are plenty of plates, cups, glasses etc, you honestly couldn't want for more in this property.

If we have just two little moans, it would be about the front door & the furniture.

The sofa is too low, but more than anything, it is very uncomfortable, sorry! the two chairs in the lounge, again, not very comfy either.

The front door, whilst amazing security, my mother, being indoors all day, couldn't open the door, she didn't have the strength to push the door whilst turning the lock to pull the door open. This was a little scary as, had there been a fire, how could she get out.

When at the weekend, I took my mother out to eat, when back, we couldn't get in. You have to pull the door whilst turning the key to get in. The key is so hard to turn past a certain point. I had to call my brother to come back to help to get us in.

As I say, a very good security door & obviously a very expensive door, but was a problem getting in for me & I don't have any issues with strength in my arms or hands. I don't know if a long handle could be put on the door, so as to have a better grip when pulling on the door to open it from the outside.

Now that said, don't be put off by renting this lovely house, it is in an ideal location, so lovely inside with everything that you could possibly need & the wrap around garden is beautiful. Bailey's Estate Agents were lovely to deal with, this isn't our first time renting in February with them. Bailey's will do their very best to accommodate you in any which way they can.

Great position for beach and shopping. Very well equipped and super comfortable with a lovely garden.

The front door is a slight challenge to open but otherwise a lovely stay thank you.

Beautiful house. Great location. The extra crockery, glasses, cuttlery and hand soaps etc were a small indication of hiw comfortable and easy it felt during a lovely stay.

East Winds is a fantastic place to stay. The property itself is modern, comfortable, well laid out, and has a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms. It’s also in a great location - just a few mins from the beach and the shops. We’d definitely stay here again.
