Situated right on the seafront directly overlooking the beach, a superb ground floor apartment providing absolutely stunning southerly views across to the Isle of Wight and also westerley along the Solent to Hayling Island, Portsmouth and the Millenium Tower. The apartment, reached by a short flight of steps, is situated on the south west corner, ideally placed to take in the stunning sunsets.

Comfortable and right on beach with good views to I of W.
Walks either direction but East Head and back takes a while so lunch at car park a good idea.

This apartment is in a lovely position, if it's raining you can spend hours looking out the window at the beach, surfers etc

65 Marineside is situated in a beautiful spot right on the beach. The apartment is light & airey. Very well equipped feeling like a home from home. Angela is always very helpful on Baileys letting desk We will definately be booking two weeks again next year.

This is our second time staying at Marineside and yet again it didn't disappoint.
The apartment is comfortable with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The best bit is the amazing sea view, you can just sit and watch the waves all day.
Highly recommend a stay.

It is a lovely location and really spacious,

Cons
Lists of sand under the sofa and rug, major issue with the bathroom window that didn’t lock so anyone could climb in. Which with the wind rattling the doors really didn’t make for a good nights sleep

We loved the location of Marineside, right on the beachside with great views of local sails and distant ships and the sound of the waves on the shore. A bright and airy apartment, well designed, equipped and comfortable. Easy & safe parking. A great location for wider regional exploring also.

The flat is in a lovely area with amazing views of the sea. The beach is quite quiet. The flat is very comfortable and very well equipped. Baileys provide excellent customer service; we are usually unable to arrive before they close and they are happy to make other arrangements for us to collect the key.

This 2 bed apartment looks out over the sea, you couldn’t get any closer.
It’s well furnished and comfortable, just perfect for our needs.

A real gem right on the beach. Baileys make booking and check in and out simple. Lovely to deal with people rather than virtual check ins. Some lovely touches that add a bit of luxury but also a really functional place if you want to cook.

We go to Marineside regularly when we are visiting family in the area. We always love it and have a relaxing time whatever time of the year. It’s position, facing right on to the beach, is perfect. We had a storm this time and we enjoyed watching the drama of the waves. Unfortunately, the gales and rain blew rain water under the front window causing puddles in the living room. Otherwise it was a lovely, relaxing break.

A great place to stay - right on the beach and 20 min walk to the strip of shops and restaurants at East Wittering.

This was our second stay at Marineside, Braclesham and, as before, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable.
The sea was only yards away and shops only a few minutes drive.

The location is fantastic. Furniture uncomfortable all needs replacing especially the beds.
Settee soft and uncomfortable.
Windows leak.
Airer broken.
Just needs starting again will be our last visit as too uncomfortable.

Great location right on the seafront. Parking a bit is a nightmare. Apartment aittle tired could do with a new suite in the lounge . Also a new bed for main bedroom. Not comfortable.
Would go again though as location fantastic.

This is a modern appartment with an exceptional location. Light and airy living room with a panoramic window immediately overlooking the beach 20 yards away and sea front. We have used this appartment for the last three years. The agents, Baileys, are very helpful should you have a problem. Reccommended

If you love chilling by the sea, taking long walks along the beach and have a paddle board or body board, this is the perfect place to be. Bracklesham is the new West Wittering!

Perfect for a quiet and peaceful break beside the sea. Accommodation very comfortable with everything you need during your stay. So nice to wake up to panoramic views of the sea through the windows whatever the weather. Location of apartment ideal - quiet for relaxing and the cities of Chichester, Portsmouth and others easily reached for when you want to venture out. Would definitely recommend

Our very clean and well appointed ground floor beach front apartment had remarkable views across the Channel to the Isle of Wight and the Solent. In particular the sunset had to be seen to be believed.

A variety of ships could be seen travelling to and from Portsmouth and Southampton and watching para gliders and sail boarders was amazing. It was also very pleasant walking along the uncluttered sandy beach.

The location was perfect for short trips to local places of interest and, although we cooked some meals in the apartment, we also took advantage of the many good nearby restaurants.

The only surprises were nice ones and we had a very relaxing and interesting week. We look forward to a return visit.

We’ve stayed here 4 times now, and each time we walk through the door and see the view, we’re blown away. Coming from a rambling country cottage, the modern furniture and minimalist decor is a refreshing change - it’s all about the view, not the trinkets.

The apartment is comfortable and functional but not cosy - but that’s not it’s purpose.

I do bring a few essentials from home with me - hand soap, dishwasher and washing machine powder and extra bin bags, as these aren’t supplied. But otherwise the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay.

We’re now moving to the area and are still contemplating renting it for a week each year.....just for the view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short holiday in Marineside. Its a fantastic location if you don't mind a short walk along the shingle to the shops and restaurants of East Wittering. If you plan your trips to coincide with the tides then you can walk on the beach. Some mornings it felt like I could almost touch the sea from the front window. We love this area and this flat gave us great accommodation for the week.
