Could not have had a better apartment and superb location near to all amenities. This put us right in the middle of the Up Helly Aa celebrations which was wonderful. Clean and spacious, 5 star is not enough for this apartment. We could not fault this apartment or the owners who were superb. We wanted to move in , will use Nort Bode Apartments again.
Booking was easy. The location was great. Plenty of on street parking. We had everything we needed to make our stay a success.
Clean, well-equipped, well-maintained and a great location. What's not to like! If you need a self-catering stay in Lerwick this is a great choice.
We had a great time in Lerwick, and the accommodation was clean, well equipped and had a great location. One note I would suggest to add to the listing is that the bed is a UK double and therefore 190cm long, as someone who is 6" this would have been nice to been aware off, as well as the roof being at a slant, and therefore parts of the flat, especially the shower, have an extremely low ceiling. I would not advise anyone over 6'1" (182cm) to stay in this particular flat, although I can't say that of any other one in the same building. The apartment was lovely, modern, but homely and was spotless. There were many extras, and location was also good. The host was very helpful from booking to check in and check out. A very pleasant and relaxing stay and would stay there again, and happy to recommend to anyone else.
A big and lovely apartment in the center of Lerwick with most necessities in close range. Very clean on arrival and the perfect place in Shetland for either a short or long stay.
This was an excellent flat for the four of us visiting Shetland for wool week. Central location in Lerwick meant we could walk to shops and events in the town but also easy to drive to locations across the islands. Good kitchen and lounge/dining area meant we were comfortable when in the flat for an evening. Comfortable beds meant we slept well. Host responded quickly to problem with the oven. Easy parking either just outside the flat or in streets very close by. When we visit again we will check availability of these apartments first.
We stayed all over Up Helly Aa for which this location is brilliant, but to be fair it’s five minutes walk to town, to the museums, restaurants, take aways - central to everything . The apartment itself is very thoughtfully put together - the kitchen has everything you could conceivably look for, but is uncluttered - with instruction manuals for everything if you’re unsure; and the bedroom also has an office set up if you need to work from your laptop.
