We have stayed here 2 years running and it doesn't disappoint. Everything you would need from an apartment in a great location, and superb customer service.
Always stay here when I visit Shetland. Excellent Accommodation. Central location. Always cleaned to the highest standard
I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Nort Bode Apartments during my recent trip to Shetland. As noted above, it ticked all the boxes for cleanliness, comfort, condition, location and value for money. My apartment was on the ground floor, which made access easy, particularly since I had a large suitcase, and there was plenty of parking outside. The apartment was very quiet. The customer service was great, starting with a very warm welcome from the owner. The process for managing the servicing of the apartment was very unobtrusive. If I return to Shetland in the future, I will definitely be ...more
Have stayed many times there accommodation, first time in the single bedroom one but to the same high standard as the rest of the flats are, would recommend them to anyone.
World class. Spiggie is very comfy & cosy, with all that’s needed. Precise entry instructions & comprehensive compendium. Host offers warm genuine hospitality. Recommend highly.
The apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped and furnished. It is maintained to an excellent standard. The location is ideal for access to the centre of Lerwick, the museum and other attractions and amenities. There is a cafe only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. On-road parking is available either outside the apartment block or nearby. In summary, a perfect place to stay in Lerwick.
The apartment was great - in good condition, comfortable and clean. Was surprised by the amount of space. It was obvious that the owners had opted for good quality furniture and fittings rather than the cheapest stuff, which makes a refreshing change for managed apartments. Only (small) quibble is that the sofa is not overly comfortable. The owner was friendly and accommodating and the apartments are well managed. We had a comfortable 6-night stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
So much better value than the hotels we looked at in Lerwick. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfortable bed, well located. Really couldn’t fault it.
Very comfortable, modern, well equipped ground floor flat in Lerwick. Great location. Easy free street parking. In fact all parking on Shetland apart from the airport was free! Great service from owners, restocking tea, coffee etc. Recommend a visit to the excellent Douglas Arms pub around the corner and the friendly Olive tree cafe Thoroughly recommend.
