We had a lovely time at Lower Wood Farm Country Cottages, so much so that while we were there we booked to stay again next Summer, you can’t say better than that!

From the moment we arrived the owners were welcoming and friendly. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is lovely, our 5 and 7 year old had lots of fun, the daily private swim slot is great. The play barn is so well equipped with toys for babies through to adults with the pool table etc. We couldn’t fault Lower Wood Farm and the team and can’t wait to go back next year. An amazing set of holiday cottages, very well kept and managed by Jill. The location is ideal and perfect for families. It is quiet despite the number of cottages, due to the outdoor space. The kids love the large green outside area with toddlers play area and swings. There are football goals and a cricket set to play with. The swimming pool is utterly amazing and kept warm. It is all superbly clean and the cottages are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for a proper self-catering stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lower Wood Country Cottages. The Farmhouse was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Every utensil you could think of was available in the kitchen and the children's facilities (although we didn't use them) were a great touch. A separate stand up shower on the top floor was the only thing missing that would have been useful as one shower for 6 people can create a queue but that didn't really affect our stay. The owners were on hand when required and the communal facilities including swimming pool and games room were excellent. We would definitely return.

Lower Wood Farm offers families excellent facilities. Our grandchildren couldn’t have been happier with the pool and play barn, and loved being allowed to try out the jacuzzi in our upstairs bedroom. The Farmhouse is a smart and comfortable holiday home for six people with everything you need for a weekend or longer stay.

This is the 5th time we’ve visited and, as always, we had a wonderful time. Jill is incredibly welcoming and the cottages are always immaculately clean and really well appointed and very comfortable. The toy barn and beautiful pool were a hit with us all as usual. The Halloween fancy dress event and trick or treating went down a treat too. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back.

A fabulous stay in a quiet complex of a few cottages. Clean, friendly, comfortable, with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The play barn is extensive, with table tennis and table football for older kids. The pool is clean (and heated!) and you get your own time slots so it’s peaceful - enjoy a leisurely swim or play with family. The campsite is adjacent and is quiet. The farm is wonderfully tranquil and beautiful. We saw stags and deer, owls, dragonflies. The local farm shop sells local sausages, eggs and bacon - yum! It’s a perfect place to chill out or explore. We went cycling and running and the local walks are quiet. The beach is very close by and we swam with seals!! Jill is the perfect host and quickly sorts anything that needs attention. My family had an amazing holiday and got a very needed break.

We stayed in the Farmhouse; granny, grandad, mum, dad and two children aged 3 and 8 months. We couldn't have hoped for a better week away.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean and extremely well equipped, and the swimming pool was warm and clean with private bookable sessions which were great (though some peak slots booked up in advance even on a relatively quiet week)

We enjoyed trips to Great Yarmouth, a boat on the Broads and the steam railway at Holt. Some of the local attractions were not open weekdays outside school holidays however which caught us out so we would recommend checking in advance.

We will be back!

Once again, another wonderful visit to Lower Wood. No complaints at all. Jill is a very good host and tries her best to see that you have a very enjoyable stay. Our party was, our daughter and husband and their 1- & 3-year-old and us 'the grandparents'! (Our son stayed in Pipkin cottage with wife and two children, 7 & 11)
We had the upper floor, huge comfortable bed, large TV and a bathroom opposite.
Our daughter had the first floor, them in a double with the cot and then there was a twin room and a family bathroom.
Downstairs, a well-equipped kitchen/diner and lounge. There is also a little kids table with two chairs.
Outside an amazing play/games room, outdoor swings, slide etc. Indoor pool was available to book privately per hour and also there were 'shared' pool times. Jill gave a few pony rides as some of the holidaymakers showed interest. Overall fantastic holiday.
We visited Pettitts Adventure Park, very good.
Also, Bewilderwood which was a really great day out for all ages.
Miniature Worlds at Wroxham was model trains (Hornby like) amongst other things.
Lowestoft beach was better than we expected after reading reviews!
Gt Yarmouth was good too and we did the Model Village, which you can visit for free for 7 days after buying the first tickets.
Caister beach ok, but not much there. We looked around the Lifeboat station. And it actually launched while we were there!

My family stayed here for a week and had such an amazing time. Everything was perfect and well thought out. We had 15 people from age 3 to 72 and can honestly say there was something there for everyone. The cottages were spotless and just beautiful. The land was well used and clean and everything had been well thought out. Definitely would love to return.

A fabulous week stay with Jill and her team at Lower Wood Farm. The cottage was clean and has everything you need for a family holiday. It was our first stay at Lower Wood Farm Luxury Cottages and we were not disappointed! From the cream tea provided on arrival to booking 1 hr private sessions in the lovely indoor pool, there was so much that contributed to us having an extremely relaxed and welcomed holiday - one we will never forget.

The facilities both in 'The Farmhouse' and in general made us feel at home. Our grandson couldn't get enough of riding one of the many bikes that was available to borrow. We had read there were bikes available but hadn't realised how many and the different sizes, resulting in both my husband and our grandson going for bike rides together, along with cycling with other children who were also there on holiday. The games room was an added bonus and useful if you had older children who needed to be kept entertained. Jill also provided leaflets and information as to what was on in the area which helped us plan our stay. The pool was clean, tidy and the temperature just right and we enjoyed having both the option of booking 1 hr private sessions as well shared swimming. Our grandson ended up swimming with the fab friends, he was fortunate enough to meet, in the shared sessions.

The Farmhouse was kitted out with quality furnishings and equipment, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the rooms very spacious and you had everything you needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The Farmhouse had the benefit of being located in front of the spacious gardens where there was also a picnic bench should you wish to eat outside and a BBQ area. Being afforded the opportunity to see where our grandson was playing all the time was fully appreciated as it meant he could play safely at all times, and we could relax too.

Its safe to say that we had such a lovely time we are going to be booking to come back again!

A very minor suggestion would be if the goodbye message and laundry bags could be delivered on the Thursday as the Wednesday just felt a little early, especially as we were enjoying ourselves so much.

Jill is a great host. Extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our 2 year old loved it and he could have just stayed there for the whole week without needing anything else.
The whole team were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

We stayed in the Farmhouse and other family members were in 2 of the other properties, and it worked incredibly well to have our own space, yet the layout of the houses meant we were all together as well!
The accommodation and facilities are in excellent condition and kept to a really high standard. The indoor pool, play barn and kids play equipment really is excellent, and it kept the kids entertained even when the weather wasn't great! Even the bikes on hand were brilliant!
There is a lovely little farm shop down the lane, which makes for a lovely walk to get a treat milkshake and cake with fresh raw milk! Delish!
The owner was very pleasant and went over and above to celebrate the Queen's platinum Jubilee by hosting a party for everyone! We would definitely come back, and recommend Lower Wood Farm.

We were made very welcome by Jill, who helped adapt the furniture for our son with autism .. definitely went “ above and beyond “.
Beautiful location, lots of walks nearby and within less than ten minutes of Caister beach. Lots of other good beaches nearby. Jill has very handy information packs in the cottage which are well organised. There is also useful local information on the wall near the pool. As a result we really enjoyed Winterton beach and the Airstream cafe. Saw a seal !!
The pool was fantastic and we loved having an hour to ourselves every day.

Perfect place for children. We didn't actually leave the complex! The Farmhouse is in my opinion the best placed of the cottages, as the door opens straight out onto the playing field so you can see the kids at all times. The games and equipment provided in the barn are frankly amazing. The pool is lovely and warm and clean. The Farmhouse itself is perfect for a multi-generational holiday. All fittings and appliances top quality. Lovely and quiet everywhere and felt very private.

This is our second stay at LWF. We visited with more family this time around and therefore booked the Farmhouse. The Farmhouse was beautiful and certainly didn't disappoint. It was so lovely sitting on the bench outside watching my little one roam around and explore safely, playing with all of the wonderful toys/equipment that's provided for children (and always so clean!). We love the private swimming slots, particularly with a small toddler! We'll certainly be back!

We stayed in the Farmhouse cottage for a week in June and it was absolutely brilliant. The cottage was perfect with everything we needed provided. All of the baby essentials that we needed were provided so we didn't have to bring everything from home and the welcome tea tray and message on arrival was a nice touch. Jill was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed during our stay. The farm has everything that you need on site to keep the kids entertained - heated indoor pool, huge play barn and outside play area and we loved the addition of the little hut with play kitchen. Our kids also had great fun meeting the horses and ducks on site. We loved the fact that you could book your swimming time and then had the whole pool to yourselves and our kids spent a lot of their time using the ride on toys and bikes to do circuits around the farm. It is a great location with beaches and other attractions really close by. The perfect week away!

Our accommodation was first class. We were a party of six. Grandfather,grandmother, mum, dad and two boys - aged four and eleven months.
Large lawned area with play equipment perfect for children to run about in safety. Indoor play barn was full of great toys as well as a table tennis, pool and table football.
Swimming pool was small but more than adequate.
Whole site was immaculately maintained. Owner and staff very welcoming and friendly. We were lucky with the weather but there was plenty of indoor stuff to keep everyone happy if it was raining.

Absolutely fantastic time in a superb location. Fantastic walks and good access to everything around by car. There is also a really nice kind farmer with a farm shop on the way to the property who was kind enough to let us watch him milk cows in the morning. Such a great experience for my 3 year old daughter. Lastly, the property, owners and amenities were all fantastic for the adults and kids. THANK YOU

On arrival the door key was in the lock for us, which meant we had no fuss getting in, the accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. Because of Corona Virus there were some restrictions but Jill did the best she could with hand sanitisers placed at the front door and anti-bacterial wipes and spray inside.
The play barn and barbeque area was closed because of Corona but this didn't spoil our enjoyment because the children still played in the field with the swings and slides. We were unlucky with the weather but this didn't stop us enjoying the farmhouse and surrounding places of interest. Jill called on us a couple of times to check everything was ok and to give us any relevant information.
We will certainly return in the future.

Very pleasant stay with good communication with Jill the owner who lives on site. We went as a family of three generations and the facilities were great for our needs. We made the most of the three sunny days, playing with the toys in the garden, swings, slides, Swing ball, ride-ons, etc. Even had footballs and goals! A couple of Shetland ponies to watch too. Ample different bikes for all ages too. On the wet days we went to a local Soft Play and used the on site swimming pool which you had to book an hours slot for during these unusual times of COVID.
The property had everything we needed. There’s a local Mace shop and PO just a 5 min drive away and beaches a ten minute drive away. A farm shop is just a walk away.
The Farmhouse was beautiful but some very minor things Could be done. More hooks in hall and bedrooms for coats and dressing gowns please. The pool feels chilly on entering but ok once in,,,,, coild go up a few degrees?
Otherwise we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and rebook in the future. Thanks Jill.

This was our 2nd stay at Lower Farm Cottages and the experience was just as great as the 1st. Wonderful location, close enough to a main road to be easily accessible, but far enough away not to hear noise from the road. Views from the property were exceptional - open farm land. Great open area with good quality play equipment, bikes, goal posts and mini 9-hole golf course for all to enjoy. Cottages done up to a high quality and cleaned thoroughly between occupants. Owner easy to contact. Farm shop within walking distance, supermarkets just a short drive away. Looking forward to spending a 3rd holiday at this location.

This little group of cottages is excellently organised such that families barely bump into each other. The accommodation is excellent; very clean and well presented with everything a family requires for a self-catered holiday. All amenities are of a high quality. All safety precautions have been made against Covid-19, but somehow this doesn’t intrude into the holiday. Hand sanitiser is provided at each door And plenty of space exists between properties! The paddock allows for quiet sitting with a book or for kids to let off steam. We’ve been 4 times and never get disturbed by other families, though our kids often befriend other children. The space is simply large enough to absorb everyone. The coast is very close by (with seals if you are lucky to spot them) and you can run/cycle from the house. There is plenty of wildlife (owls, foxes etc) in the surrounding area and on a clear night, the sky is beautifully starry! I can not recommend this holiday enough. It provides a truly relaxing break from normality! Jill and her team are friendly and look after your every need.

We booked this last minute as soon as lock down rules were changed.
Jill was very helpful and we booked the farmhouse as it had a lot of space and 3 bedrooms for my husband and I and our 2 kids.
The farmhouse is spacious and comfortable, it was immaculately clean and Jill had even provided extra cleaning supplies specifically for each cottage. The bedding was lovely and there was a great tv in the loft room and living room was lovely for evenings when the kids were asleep!
The only downside with the farm house is that there’s no loo downstairs (little hard with young kids) but it’s not a big deal.
The grounds are just beautiful and the indoor pool (which you booked an hour slot for) was an amazing bonus especially on rainy days. It was warm and very clean too.
The outdoor climbing frames were brilliant and there were plenty of bikes and trikes (you wipe down after use). We could also see horses and the kids loved that.
The location is great- we visited the local farm shop, the aquarium, beach (a favourite) and Roaar dinosaur adventure park. If the weather was better we would have been at the beach most days!
Overall it was the most wonderful stay and we can’t wait to book to go back :)

Lower Wood Farm is a fantastic get-away. We stayed in the farmhouse which was very comfortable with space enough for our entire family to relax comfortably. The sitting room had 3 sofas, plenty of space for all of us to lounge around and watch films and socialise. We took our 3 year old daughter with us and found this catered to all our needs well, with a stairgate already installed we didn't have to worry about our daughter's safety, it has two bathrooms which was plentiful for our group, the kitchen was well stocked innterms of utensils and with plenty of fridge space, which suited us as we love to cook! There is a play barn which is great for all ages with toys, games, puzzles, even a pool table and ping pong, great for adults and children alike! Was so lovely to let our daughter play and for us too!! The swimming pool is fantastic with great facilities, with seperate changing rooms and a shower. The pool itself was very comfortable and we made use of it everyday!! There is a laundry room and bbq area too! Lots of space to wonder and walk! There is so much more I could say! Anybidy thinking of booking should try without hesitation!!

The Farmhouse was spacious, bright and in brilliant decorative order throughout. All fixtures and fittings were high quality and everything was provided for our comfort. A welome tray was awaiting us with homemade cakes, tea/coffee, fresh milk - everything we needed was there.

The surroundings were picturesque - ponies and cattle beyond the garden area and many walks locally around the Broads. The swimming pool and games room were excellent. The BBQ area was well thought out and under cover. Our family of 15 had a wonderful time, thank you Jill and all your team.

7 of us stayed in the Farmhouse- 4 adults , a near 4 year old and 19 month old twins. The Farmhouse was equipped with everything you could need for children - highchairs, stairgates, changing mats, steriliser. The Farmhouse was very comfortable, home from home. Kitchen was fantastically equipped including 2 ovens and a large fridge and freezer. The children loved the open space with outdoor play equipment and the indoor playbarn was great too. Indoor swimming pool was amazing.
Location is fab, so close to the coast, with many great beaches. We will be returning.

We stayed with our toddler, baby and our friends who have two little girls between 1 and 4 years old for a short 3 night break.

We absolutely loved our weekend away. The setting was beautiful, peaceful and immaculately kept. The children's facilities were fantastic - a big outdoor play area and a very well resourced play barn. We were so impressed about the toys we almost forgot about the indoor pool - a gorgeous pool in a barn conversion with views of the fields and animals.

The farmhouse was spacious, beds very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with lots of children's cutlery, which was very useful.

We would definitely return for another weekend. Lower Wood Farm is a gem - don't tell too many people!

We have stayed at Lower Wood Farm on a previous occasion and had a wonderful time. The Farm House was clean, warm and comfortable with excellent cooking and general kitchen facilities. The swimming pool water and atmosphere are warm a real plus for the younger children who never feel chilly or uncomfortable. The play barn has an amazing variety of toys, especially good on a rainy day or the hour before bedtime.
The whole of the complex is spotlessly clean and very well maintained.
Winterton Beach is about a twenty minute drive away, it has a completely unspoilt sandy beach with a beach cafe selling very tasty food and there is plenty of parking.

Lower wood farm is beautiful and every detail has been thought of. For someone with young children it was refreshing to not have to go out all the time to avoid going crazy (!), because the facilities at the farm are so catered for children... so it means you can relax where you are. The Farmhouse was great, comfortable, clean and spacious enough, and because of nice weather we only did a small amount of the things there are to do nearby, we could definitely go again and fill another week or two! It's ideally located. Try the Waterside or The Boathouse for food, especially on a sunny day (playground for kids).

Customer service was great, I would just say that if you're looking for a completely private retreat it may not feel like that, as there are other guests around and the owner lives onsite. But even with this the farm is quiet and peaceful.

We had a few power cuts because of problems in the local area, not sure if this is a common thing or a one off.

We had a lovely week here and would think about coming again....thanks!

This was our second stay at the Farmhouse. It is very modern, clean, and to a high decorative standard. It is well equipped with enough utensils available for all the occupants. Nothing was lacking. It is also spacious to accommodate all the occupants.
The facilities are also of a very high standard. Good size and clean swimming pool at a good temperature even for very young members of our party. Plenty of outdoor activities to participate in for all ages and a very well stocked play barn especially if the weather is inclement. Finally, the location is ideal being very near to Great Yarmouth, many other beaches and the broads.

I celebrated my birthday with family, including my 23 month old grandson, in the Farmhouse at Lower Wood Farm. It was the perfect choice for a winter break. Despite stormy weather, we had a fantastic time. The cottage was comfortable, immaculate and cosy. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and well equipped playroom. The grounds are beautifully kept. A walk along the nearby beach at Horsey to see the seal pups was also very special. We are returning in the summer to enjoy more of what this lovely part of Norfolk has to offer.

The accomodation was outstanding with every comfort and luxury provided, the facilities (incl pool and play barn) were also outstanding. This is the most well appointed holiday farm stay we have been to with everything in its proper place. This is likely due to the management who take an active interest in everything that is going on. This is both good and bad, as we did feel a little on tenterhooks about making sure our kids and visitors didn't disturb things too much.

Overall it was a great place to stay for a weekend and enjoy an early christmas dinner with friends.

We stayed in the Farmhouse at Lower Wood Farm at half term to celebrate two significant birthdays. The welcome tray, with tea, coffee and homemade cakes was a lovely touch! The house was very well presented and with two children aged 9 and 2, and five adults, catered for all our needs. The children loved the play barn, which is full of toys and games to keep them entertained. The pool was also a great attraction. An added and unexpected bonus, was the Halloween party organised by Jill, who supplied pumpkins for all the children in the different cottages to carve and, even brought sweets for us to give to the 'trick or treaters'! The cottages are in a good spot for visiting the coast and the Broads. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again

We have previously stayed at The Farmhouse, Lower Wood Farm on three previous occasions with friends and returned this time with the whole family and even invited Nana to come for the week.

Such a lovely, tranquil environment with everything you could possibly need/desire on site. Our daughter spent hours in the pool each day and whilst we enjoyed the peace.

Centrally located for days out and shopping if needed, we would recommend Lower Wood Farm for anyone, especially if you have young families as it is safe and secure.

We shall be back!

We stayed in the Farmhouse with our son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren aged 7 years, 5 years and three years. The property was excellent, well furnished, spotlessly clean. The children were able to go out of our front door to the play barn, the football pitch and the swings and climbing frames and play quite safely within our sight. The bikes for everyone were a great idea, even down to the 3 year old who still has stabilisers, all in such good condition as well. The swimming pool was a great hit, you could only access it with the code, so again no worries about children finding their way in on their own. We used the communal BBQ area, again beautifully kept. Had some super days out, Bewilderwood and Thrigby Hall, just two of the places we visited were great for families and both very near to Lower Wood Farm.

Lower Wood Farm is an excellent holiday base for families with young children. Lots of safe space to run around, generous provision of outdoor toys including bikes for all ages (including grandparents!) and above all lovely warm swimming pool and well equipped playbarn with toys for little ones and pool, table tennis etc., for older ones. Much appreciated when weather disappointing! Cottages very comfortable and well fitted out, good cooking facilities, comfortable beds. We used the local catering firm for one meal, which was tasty and good value. Many sandy beaches within easy reach, but of course you do need a car - the site is at the end of a mile long farm road, and nearest shops are a couple of miles away, nearest supermarket four or five miles away. Local supermarkets will deliver though. Owners very helpful and live on-site if you need to contact them. Difficult to think of any negatives - we had a spa bath, which some people may love, but we found it took ages to fill, used a lot of water, and very difficult to clean! Despite cold and windy weather, we had a really good half term break here.

We have just returned from a long weekend break. We stayed in the farmhouse and all facilities were excellent for a family of 7. Kitchen very well equipped, lounge very comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size for us all.
Outside of the farmhouse there was everything you could wish for, a well maintained and clean swimming pool kept to a very high temperature which enabled the youngest member of our family (5 months old) to remain in the pool for a very long time . There were lovely grounds for the adults to relax in and the play equipment inside and out were of a high standard and well maintained.. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely family holiday. We like to relax when we are away and it is the perfect place to do so. Our children (two boys - aged 5 & 7 years) had plenty to do to keep themselves occupied. We swam in the pool every day, even the adults were happy to join in as the pool was very inviting. There were plenty of bike rides, walking and running trails to follow. The games was also well used by our children and ourselves. The Farmhouse was very welcoming and has everything you need. It was very clean and in great condition. We all felt at home from the moment we arrived. We have already booked again for next year!

They were spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished and contained everything we needed and more. The whole site was wonderful with a fabulous pool, Playbarn and lots of outdoor play space. Jill, the owner, was always on hand should there be a problem. The home made cakes were much appreciated on our arrival.

My wife and I Rented Cape Cottage and The Farmhouse for a weekend to celebrate my disabled wife's 70th Birthday. Although I never actually stayed in the Farmhouse, my impression was one of delight when looking around prior to the family's arrival.
We fitted kitchen and a welcome tray which would delight my Grandchildren. The lounge was cosy and warm, and the bedrooms were excellent and well appointed. There was a 'fight' for who got the master bedroom with Jacuzzi so it became first come, first served.
My family had nothing but praise for the quality and comfort of the property, and the Grandchildren made excellent use of the Play Barn and swimming pool, so we were never concerned that they would be bored.
I cannot recommend this operation enough, it was excellent.

Arrived at lower wood farm later than expected on a Friday evening,the welcome from owner was welcoming.
We were showed around promptly & then left to our own devices.
Lower wood farm has picturesque countryside views especially from the farmhouse.

Our only gripe,we could not use the swimming pool on our morning of departure which was strange!

A wonderful holiday. The Farmhouse was well equipped and maintained to a high standard - the beds were very very comfy! Children welcomed - the play barn had plenty to do for all ages. The heated indoor pool was excellent, we swam twice a day .Everywhere is kept really clean . There is loads to see and do nearby : beaches, unique scenery and wildlife , family entertainment parks, old-style seaside attractions at Great Yarmouth, relaxing days sailing the Broads, history At Norwich Castle - to name only a few! We have just returned from a long weekend at Lower Wood Farm, our second stay in 5 months and it didn't disappoint the second time round. We received a warm welcome, tea tray laid with fresh cupcakes and flowers, a lovely touch. We have stayed in two of the cotages and both have been clean, well furnished, homely and comfortable. The facilities for children are wonderful, the well equipped play barn is the best we have seen and the swimming pool is a great bonus. Tyrones catering service is definitely worth trying, having a good meal delivered on arrival takes away any stress, the portions are generous and it tastes wonderful. I can't recommend lower wood highly enough, we would move in if we could.

A group of 6 of us stayed in the Farmhouse this weekend and had a fabulous time - such a lovely house and great facilities. The pool and play barn were so much fun to use and I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. Wish there was heating in the play barn (as it's a bit cold, this time of year!) and also a freezer in the house but not major things that would stop us from returning of course! Very sorry the play barn heating was on tick over as aggressive table tennis players had asked to turn down as they had found it too hot. We stayed at Lower Wood Farm in November as my daughter was getting married nearby. We were joined on the site by numerous friends and family who had rented other properties on the site. The facilities are without doubt exceptional and rate among the best we have experienced over many years of holidaying both in U.K and other parts of the world. Jill was a real help and the cakes she provides for guests when they arrive were a great start for our stay. The facilities in the Farmhouse were excellent and al family and friends were similarly delighted with their accommodation. The playbarn is a great recreation site with games to please old and young sedate and sporty. The quality of the equipment in there looks as if it is straight from the toy store. While we didn't have the good weather nor time to explore the outdoor facilities they looked as if they could keep a range of generations happy. This is a great place to stay either as a family on your own, but brilliant for several families to meet together.

10/10 for this place. Can't fault it. Would highly recommend it.

The facilities for children were tremendous.

Would return every year except that we've run out of things to do in the surrounding area.

But I'm certain we'll never find anywhere as good in terms of facilities and quality.
