The Barn is a ground floor barn conversion with an open plan living and kitchen area. It has one bedroom, with a double bed. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge and washer-dryer. The open-plan living area has a table which seats two, a double sofa, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Outside there is parking space.

We stayed in The Barn during August. It is a small but characterful and cozy cottage with views of Ivinghoe beacon. Town farm is a well run campsite and cottage resort in a beautiful location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. In the summer there are various food vendors attending over the weekends including fish and chips and a wood fired pizza van. We would definitely recommend.

The family camped while we enjoyed a comfortable stay in The Barn. Adjacent parking, outside seating area, a well equipped kitchen area, a comfortable bed, a spacious shower room with a hot shower and plenty of storage. Walks in all directions, good views and space for the grandchildren to play.
We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

We have stayed in various accommodation in the area whilst visiting family. Town Farm is the only property where everything is there for you, due to its popularity, sometimes its difficult get a short break. It is comfortable and private. The facilities are of a good standard. It is reassuring that any problems can be resolved on site. The views are fabulous, with plenty to do in the local area and beyond. We will definitely return.

We were so comfortable here for our weeks stay.
Everything was spotlessly clean and it was well equipped and nicely decorated. We couldn't have asked for more and hope to return next year.

We spent an enjoyable 9 weeks at The Barn. Great hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely surrounding countryside with good walks. Accommodation was immaculate and provided the perfect short term rental with our cat in between house moves. Highly recommended. .

We enjoyed our stay in the Barn and it was good value for money.
The noise from cars on the gravel sometimes proved uncomfortable.

A great place to stay with everything you need. There are amazing views, lovely walks & plenty to do in & around Ivinghoe & the surrounding villages.
Nothing was too much trouble and we left feeling very relaxed. We would definitely recommend Town Farm to others.
