Had a wonderful stay in the Granary, comfortable, great amenities, comfortable and great location. Enjoyed the long walks in the farm, icing how beacon and nearby areas. Highly recommended. Thanks to team at Town farm for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We enjoyed a four and a half month stay at The Mill whilst having work done to our home. The Mill is a surprisingly spacious 3 bed set up with all the facilities we needed having packed all our bits away. The cottage was clean on arrival with fresh linen provided fortnightly. The staff were always on hand and extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is incredible with views over Ivinghoe Beacon. Our dog had a very happy stay! The campsite gets busy over the summer holidays but that means you benefit from the catering trucks that turn up on Friday and Saturday nights. We thoroughly enjoyed...more
This is an excellent place to stay. We have no bad comments. The proprietors could not be more helpful or friendly. The surroundings are beautiful with fabulous views. Excellent walking from our delightful cottage. All in all one of the best places to stay and we have been here for 3 months!
All of the properties at Town Farm are wonderful. They are spotlessly clean, well equipped and really comfortable - just like being at home. The family running the properties are incredibly helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here.
We stayed in The Barn during August. It is a small but characterful and cozy cottage with views of Ivinghoe beacon. Town farm is a well run campsite and cottage resort in a beautiful location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. In the summer there are various food vendors attending over the weekends including fish and chips and a wood fired pizza van. We would definitely recommend.
The hayloft was a lovely small compact one bedroom with everything inside that you would require and need for a stress free break very cosy great for walks and scenery we would definitely stay here again
Excellent week staying at Barley End - Town Farm Cottages. I have stopped there before but this time the cottage was exceptional because since my last visit stopping in Barley End there have been upgrades and excellent redecoration which now include a new central heating system. Cottage was very good previously but now as I say is excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to friends or family !!
Our family recently stayed in Town Farm cottage. It was a beautifully decorated and spacious cottage which was very clean. The location is absolutely beautiful, the customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. We were made to feel at home and our fur babies were in a lovely dog friendly environment. We especially loved the extra attention to detail of having fresh flowers on arrival and tea/ coffee making items. All of the instructions were clear and everything is very well organised. We have stayed in Grooms cottage several times. it is spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped we felt very much at home. We appreciated the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The dogs enjoyed the garden. We enjoyed trips to the farmers market in Marlow and the market in St Albans. We love coming here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. The family owners are very welcoming and are happy to sort any little issues that arise .
Cowmans cottage is a very comfortable cottage with a living room that has a nice sunny outlook to the patio and farm courtyard. The host family are so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The entire farm is well kept and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Our dogs have enjoyed the fresh air and there is so much space for dog walking. We love the special touches of a welcome pack of essentials and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers adds to the welcoming and homely feel. We love it here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.
we had a perfect 3 weeks staying here. great views, luckily great weather. relaxing a peaceful. a short walk over the fields to a great little pub. the dogs were living their best life. Highly recommended.

This was the third property we stayed in during our 3 month stint at Town Farm. The team managed to accommodate us for a longer period when our house purchase was delayed. It seemed daunting that we would need to stay in short term rental accommodation when our initial house purchase fell through, but thanks to Town Farm it was actually a special time that we will remember. The staff are SO friendly and helpful, and the location beautiful. Thank you so much to everyone!!

Needed a bolt hole for a couple of weeks while our bathroom was being refitted. Town Farm was convenient, well organised and suited very well.
