Beacon View -- superb accomodation that would be a dis-service to describe as a flat as it is a very large accomodation best described as an apartment. The stairs up to the property look a little daunting (probably one of the reasons for unsuitable for children & pets) but on reaching the apartment and entering it is a stunning property.Large rooms with high vaulted ceilings give it a very spacious feeling and with the large sash windows very bright rooms. Super location for walking and running. We had everything we needed and it is all a high standard. Town Farm are very responsive to any issues and extremely professional. Booking and billing spot on too. 10/10 from us.

We have been living at Town Farm cottage for a month now while we are waiting to move into our new build. We absolutely love it. The cottage is home from home and has everything we need to make our stay comfortable. The views are also amazing, looking up towards Ivinghoe Beacon.
The family camped while we enjoyed a comfortable stay in The Barn. Adjacent parking, outside seating area, a well equipped kitchen area, a comfortable bed, a spacious shower room with a hot shower and plenty of storage. Walks in all directions, good views and space for the grandchildren to play. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.
This was our second stay at Town Farm Cottages and it was as good as our first. Barnyard Cottage is very well appointed and was beautifully clean. We had a few really chilly days even though it was June and we were pleased to be so cosy there. On the better days we were were able to explore the many nearby footpaths and the grandchildren had a great time walking to The Beacon or playing in the playgrounds and play barn. Once again our booking experience was easy, our welcome warm and we are very much hoping to return again in the autumn.
As my daughter was having a zoo experience for the week at Whipsnade we need a base that meant we could easily drop her off and Town farm was perfect. Set in the AOSB the views are amazing and just a quick walk from the farm and you can see for 360 degrees amazing views. The cottage itself was great, plenty of room and very homely. The whole site was pleasant and the staff we saw were friendly and helpful. I would give it 5 out of 5 and if I’m back in the area would be looking to stay again

We have nothing but praise for our recent stay at one of the Town Farm cottages. Booking was very friendly and helpful and after our arrival we were made to feel genuinely welcome - as was our little dog and also our grandchildren when they came several times to visit! They absolutely loved the place and its play facilities. The cottage itself was very clean, bright, warm and comfortable and we appreciated the fresh flowers and fridge items that were left for us. Very spacious well equipped property with good additional outside facilities for children. Situated in an excellent location for walks and Whipsnade Zoo. Local villages and towns are interesting with some good walks and local pubs. Hosts are helpful and efficient. Our only minor criticism is the comfort of the beds and the time it takes for hot water to come through the taps.
Very comfortable beds, peace and quiet, walking on your doorstep, well equipped cottages with great countryside views. Highly recommend.

My family and I stay at Town Farm on our visits to the UK from Australia to visit family in the surrounding areas. It is a real home away from home for us and the cottages are clean, comfortable and familiar. The overall facilities at TF are great for my family, extended family and friends to utilise. The tennis court, gym, games room and overall glorious UK countryside are wonderful and the team at TF could not be more accommodating.
All the apartments in this location are of high quality. Each apartment is well equipped, clean and perfect for short to medium term use. I cannot recommend Town Farm highly enough having stayed her for 5 months every year for the past five years. Tony Pike
We love town farm. We have stayed at several different cottages and have loved them all. Lime kiln has high ceilings, an open floor plan, an amazing view and enclosed garden. It is a perfect cottage for a small group. We loved it and can’t say enough about Town Farm in general. An absolute gem run by friendly people.
We had a lovely stay at The Dairy. Towels and bedding were lovely quality and very comfy. The house was left clean and tidy for us. Ideal situation near our son in Berkhamsted. Nostalgic for us too as we stayed several times in our caravan with our darling dog Charlie. Managed with just the one loo and if anyone got desperate there were camp site ones literally a few seconds away. Could have done with more of an enclosed garden area for our dog. Dishwasher had no salt and rinse aid. Had a takeaway from the Haldi . Delicious as always. Many thanks.
Needed a bolt hole for a couple of weeks while our bathroom was being refitted. Town Farm was convenient, well organised and suited very well.
