Beacon view has everything you may need with great views in a lovely historic building. The apartment is very spacious and feels like being at home rather than away. Would highly recommend. The Town Farm team are always on hand to help with anything too. Thank you Town Farm
Thank you to Town Farm, we had a great stay at your cottage. our friends were camping but we chose to stay in the cottage. all the facilities were great. the Cottage was very cosy and just perfect.
We enjoyed a four and a half month stay at The Mill whilst having work done to our home. The Mill is a surprisingly spacious 3 bed set up with all the facilities we needed having packed all our bits away. The cottage was clean on arrival with fresh linen provided fortnightly. The staff were always on hand and extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is incredible with views over Ivinghoe Beacon. Our dog had a very happy stay! The campsite gets busy over the summer holidays but that means you benefit from the catering trucks that turn up on Friday and Saturday nights. We thoroughly enjoyed...more
I enjoyed my stay at The Barn and I especially liked the enclosed outdoor patio space. The cottage was very clean and had a super comfortable bed with good quality bedding. My own parking space directly outside the door was very convenient. I was very pleased to see a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc when I arrived as well as a lovely vase of fresh flowers. The team at Town Farm were all friendly & very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again
We rented Ridgeway for a 4 month period over the spring and into the summer. It was absolutely perfect for our needs with plenty of space and everything we needed to live comfortably. The only thing we would have liked was maybe some comfortable outside furniture to be ale to enjoy the weather and the view. Location is fantastic for Leighton Buzzard, Tring and Berkhamstead. The team at Town Farm were very efficient and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when we visit Leighton Buzzard in the future.
We absolutely loved our recent stay at Grooms cottage. We have stayed at Town farm before but this was our first time in Grooms. We loved the open plan style of living area and it was great having a bedroom & bathroom downstairs for my elderly mum. Having an en suite in the upstairs master bedroom was fantastic. As always the house was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The private garden was lovely and has great views. The staff at Town Farm are all really friendly and welcoming and there’s even food vans that come around some evenings. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back soon too.
We were very impressed with Barley End and with the environment at Town Farm. The beautiful scenery, friendly staff, countryside air all made for a relaxing stay.
Town Farm Cottage was excellent for Myself and all My Family, Couldnt fault it in any way, would have loved to have stayed longer.
Lovely large cottage with a beautiful garden for the dogs to run around in. The decor is homely. The kitchen is very well stocked with a variety of cooking pots, pans and utensils. The extra bathroom is very handy having two teenage girls. Lovely stay and would recommend to others and return in the future.
Cowmans cottage is a very comfortable cottage with a living room that has a nice sunny outlook to the patio and farm courtyard. The host family are so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The entire farm is well kept and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Our dogs have enjoyed the fresh air and there is so much space for dog walking. We love the special touches of a welcome pack of essentials and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers adds to the welcoming and homely feel. We love it here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.
This was a second stay in one of the cottages on Town Farm, staying in Town End Cottage. Even though my stay was just for four days one can't help but be refreshed by such a comfortable feel when entering the accommodation. The cottage is spacious and has all amenities. A second visit has been booked! My thanks to the family for making my stay so enjoyable.

A well organised cottage with all you might need, in a quite and restful area with outstanding views.
We recently stayed in the Dairy for a short Easter break away. This is our third stay at Town Farm and our second time staying in the Dairy. The farm is perfectly situated, peaceful with incredible views. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all essential items. We love how dog friendly the place is and very safe for children. The owners are lovely, helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back in the summer and I recommend Town Farm cottages to anyone looking for a relaxing break close to all amenities.
The Old Stables is beautifully located within Town Farm at the foot of Ivinghoe Beacon. The master bedroom window frames the view of the Beacon perfectly so that you can see it from your bed! This cottage is spacious and well equipped and feels like a real home from home. Very convenient for stunning dog walks, strolls to the local pubs and Tring and Berko are easy 10 and 15min drives away. Visiting breakfast van and mobile bar are great additions in the summer.
Needed a bolt hole for a couple of weeks while our bathroom was being refitted. Town Farm was convenient, well organised and suited very well.
