Town End is a ground floor serviced apartment, with a spacious open plan living and kitchen area. It has one bedroom, with a double bed. The kitchen corner is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also in the spacious, open-plan living area there is a dining table which seats four, a double sofa, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Outside there is space for two cars.

All the apartments in this location are of high quality. Each apartment is well equipped, clean and perfect for short to medium term use. I cannot recommend Town Farm highly enough having stayed her for 5 months every year for the past five years.

We have now stayed at Town Farm a number of times and always receive a warm welcome. The cottage is great and provides all the facilities needed. Location is excellent with access to countryside walks from your doorstep. Highly recommended.

We recently had a two week stay in the cottage called Town End. The cottage was beautifully presented and had everything you need for a self catering break. The staff are lovely and friendly and always happy to help should you need anything. I would highly recommend staying here. It is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside but close to Tring station if you wanted to hop on a train to London. There are pubs and restaurants in walking distance and supermarkets in the local towns. I can't recommend Town Farm Cottages highly enough. Just to sum up, great location, fabulous staff, beautiful cottages, need I go on? We've booked for next year already. Thank you to all the staff.

We booked to stay at Town end cottage as we needed a short term let whilst we had building work done. A well appointed and comfortable cottage. Lovely rural location but close to local amenities and Ivinghoe beacon.
Beautiful walks and countryside to enjoy.
Only thing I would say as a minor point is the shower room cold as only heating is a wall fan. Rest of cottage lovely and warm ( stayed January) - well equipped and comfortable also dog friendly.
Would recommend and would stay again

We have been regular holidaymakers at Town Farm for several years now and have already booked to return next Summer.

You are always assured of a warm welcome, and nothing is too much trouble for Angie and her staff.

Try it for yourself, you will not regret it.

Town farm 'Barn Conversions' are first class. Well designed , well furnished and beautifully managed. I have stayed in most of the appartments and have never been disappointed. Rates are reasonable and vary with the seasons. Perfect accommodation for a weekend function in the area, or just a place to çhill', play golf or walk.

I have stayed at Town Farm many times over the past few years and have never had cause for complaint or criticism. The cottages are very well appointed and maintained, while the location is perfect for my requirements. The management team are both friendly and accommodating while providing a professional service.

Well presented cottage, very comfortable and spacious. The staff we had to deal with was very friendly and great help whenever we had a question. the location is on a hill, very practical for us to walk the dog, and it's also just a few minutes walk away from the paths to the beacon. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a few cosy and peaceful weeks with our dog in Town Farm. The accommodation itself was lovely with all mod cons we needed, and despite the cold winter weather it was warm inside. The area is perfect for walking the dog (or longer walks in general) and is great for feeling isolated while being just a few minutes from all conveniences. Definitely one to recommend.

All the properties are well appointed, clean and very comfortable . The barn conversions are not cheap but well worth the money. The office staff are extremely efficient and always helpful always ready to solve minor problems.

I was looking for holiday accommodation in the Beds/Bucks area as we were looking to visit our extended family who live within that area. I chose Town Farm Cottages after seeing their online page, To me it looked just like an ideal accommodation in an ideal location. On arrival we were more than pleasantly surprised to find that both the property (Town End) and the overall site exceeded our expectations. The property was exactly as described as were the facilities in the cottage.
Although we were there for ten days to visit family in the area we did travel to surrounding areas during "family free" time. Pitstone is a village within comfortable walking distance (via fields and lanes) and boasts fine places to eat or drink. Tring is within a short driving distance as is Ivinghoe/Dunstable Downs (National Trust), Aylesbury and Whipsnade Zoo or Woburn Safari Park.
Overall I would say that this is an ideal property that is in a great location plus it has the added benefit of being run by very friendly and helpful staff. Would we stay there again? Already looking to book later this year if there is a suitable vacancy.
