The Elephant Room is a first floor studio flat with kitchen area, and separate shower room. The bed is a 5 foot kingsize. The bathroom has a basin, power shower and separate toilet.

The kitchen corner is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Access to a washing machine and dryer is available by arrangement with the main house. The table has seating for two people.

Needed a bolt hole for a couple of weeks while our bathroom was being refitted. Town Farm was convenient, well organised and suited very well.

The room was evidently freshly refurbished so was in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. The kitchen was rather cramped so we were limited in what we could cook but it was well equipped and we managed. A cleverly designed IKEA wardrobe was really useful and held a surprising amount. (We were there for 8 weeks between house moves so had to take a lot with us to continue with work etc.) It was a bit awkward negotiating the steep, angled stairs up to the room when we were moving things in and out.

Town Farm is in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks around the farm and the area. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.
