The Homestead is a two storey property with open plan living and dining area with separate kitchen and enclosed garden. There is one twin bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, and the other two bedrooms are upstairs (one double and one twin). The ground floor bathroom has an over bath shower, and the upstairs bathroom is a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large pine dining table in the living area which comfortably seats six. There is a sitting area in the rear garden and parking for two cars at the front. The farm is surrounded with fields, and has views of Ivinghoe Beacon to one side, and the Aylesbury Vale on the other.

Very spacious well equipped property with good additional outside facilities for children. Situated in an excellent location for walks and Whipsnade Zoo. Local villages and towns are interesting with some good walks and local pubs. Hosts are helpful and efficient. Our only minor criticism is the comfort of the beds and the time it takes for hot water to come through the taps.

It was a good sized cottage with lots of facilities. It was a beautiful site with helpful staff. I would recommend it.

This was the perfect place to stay while our house was being repaired. Lots of space and storage for our belongings.
The view across the vale from the lounge is lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Angie & her family were very helpful and accommodating

We booked the Homestead for a group of friends we had visiting from different parts of the country, communications could not have been better and Town Farm made sure that directions of how to find them plus information for arrival and entry were clear and easy to follow. The cottage itself was spacious clean and welcoming, the views were fabulous and walking with the dogs straight from the site was a real bonus. You can walk straight out to the countryside or down to the village (Nice pub) without having to use the road. No need to use the car at all if you don't want to. Staff all very polite and helpful but not overbearing, just there when you need them. Our friends loved the place and said they would love to come again when they had more time to explore.

The accommodation was easily one of the best we have experienced. Comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen, lots of family space for six of us and super bathrooms all in such a gorgeous setting. The information file including house details and local points of interest was a nice touch and the very helpful staff were responsive to our individual needs. Our youngest members loved the playground.
The location is convenient for drives to local points of interest and walks to Ivinghoe for pubs and other amenities.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

I booked the Homestead for my daughter and son--in-law (and dog) and only visited it briefly. The feed-back from them was good and they found it comfortable and well equipped with a pleasant outlook over the Vale. i would recommend it to others.(the dog liked it too)

Excellent base for exploring Chilterns, suited our needs perfectly. Staff very helpful and informative. Accommodation roomy and well lit. Parking very convenient.

We stayed in The Homestead, which is a large property with three generous-sized double bedrooms, two bathrooms and excellent living space with two eating areas, plus an outside area looking out to the farm fields. There were six of us (three couples) and it felt very spacious even when we had a larger group of friends over for one afternoon. The location of Town Farm is excellent, and Ivinghoe village is a short walk away - a perfect location with lovely pubs/restaurants. We enjoyed our return visit to Town Farm very much and would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful from the time we booked and helped us find the right place for us. The cottage was big enough for the six of us, lots of room and comfortable. Requests were responded to immediately. Information about the local activities and places to see was very helpful. We stayed for 11 nights and even though we did a lot of travelling there was also times where we could enjoy the peace of the cottage, see the stars and planets, watch the sunset, take walks to the beacon or local town. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an alternative to hotels.

We have visited the farm on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed our stay. We have always found the staff helpful in all areas. Great family location.

We needed quiet, comfortable accommodation with consideration for parents with reduced mobility. The Homestead was light, airy and practical and ticked all the boxes but with a warm hospitality. We will be happy to return. If I have one suggestion, the upstairs double bed was very firm, and offering something of mid-range may please most of the people, most of the time.
